About New Season – West Palm Beach Treatment Center

During the process of getting connected to this facility an assessment and evaluation will be completed to help determine what care is most beneficial for you in your recovery. Their MAT program helps those who are struggling with opioids or alcohol. The medication is to help manage cravings so you stay stable during treatment and are less likely to relapse.

Their intensive outpatient program is most helpful for those who are still in the earlier stages of recovery but don’t need residential care. This level of care is throughout the day ranging from three to five times a week. During treatment, group, individual, family therapy, referrals, medical exams, and random drug screens will be part of your treatment plan and requirements. This is to offer extra support, encouraging you to keep your recovery first while also helping to hold you accountable.

This place is motivated by one thing the all mighty dollar. Should your insurance lapse or you not have money one day they'll deny you a dose and let you go use drugs. An individual has been harassing, blackmailing, and assaulting women including my girlfriend at this clinic and even with proof because he has good insurance they haven't thrown him out, even after police came. Staff is rude, unhelpful and not empathetic. The place is always crowded and it can take hours to get dosed. Go somewhere else

This is a follow up. New Seasons is on a downhill spiral. The wait time is well over an hour, there are no staff, no director for almost a YEAR, one nurse per day, and 2 counselors for this huge business. I must say, even if they had 3 nurses per shift and 6 counselors they would still be working them too hard. And yet New Seasons is still trying to maintain business as usual on the most minimal skeleton crew. It’s an injustice to the Clients as well as the remaining staff. Who despite obviously being worked to the bone, are friendly, caring, understanding, and helpful. In my opinion, they’d be better off closing their doors, than trying to remain treating people in this manner. It’s disgraceful. Please get it together New Seasons, your community needs you, but not like this. New Seasons saved my life and fostered the foundation and tools for me to recover and build a successful and happy life. The new Director and Trish have been a Godsend to New Seasons. New Seasons finally unlocked for me what so many treatment centers were unable to breakthrough. Thank you New Season. I honestly don’t know if I’d still be alive if it weren’t for that place.

Absolutely the worst clinic ever. The nurses are not supervised so they work very slow and are always on breaks. They need to fire these slow pokes and hire real nurses. The wait time is 30-45 minutes everyday now. Most of the time 1 nurse is at the window while the so called nurse Chris sits in the UA room playing on his computer. How about having him dose people until he is needed in the UA room? No, that would make to much sense and cut the wait time down. Then the nurses let people cut the line.. A woman comes in a wheelchair every day and goes right to the window. She doesn't even need a wheelchair. The new director is never there and when she does show up she runs into her office to hide. How about supervising these garbage nurses? How about hiring more nurses? How about watching and asking them why they are moving in reverse? More and more people are becoming patients yet they dont have money to hire? Its sad I wait 45 minutes then have to leave without being dosed because I dont wanna lose my job.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

The new doctor Diane is careless has no compassion for patient doesn’t listen doesn’t even care to listen and will add a drop of a dime. Make your drastic decisions regarding your life and future without a care as to how it’s going to affect you this this lady has I’ve been in this program for over four years and it has been nothing but wonderful and helped me get from living on the streets during drugs to having a house a full-time job a bank account money and Clean urine and on phase 27 so he has done nothing but help me and now this lady who doesn’t know me is coming in to abrupt and change my life without question she is an evil woman then you doctor is no good for this clinic. No good for her any clinic she is not follow the doctors out at all. I desperately wish our old director, Rachel Plaza, and our old Dr. Cheryl Was there. Cheryl showed so much love and compassion and would listen to each and every patient no matter what no matter what she would listen and she would address each individual with care and compassion. This new Dr. Diane does not her just hurt. Her outward demeanor is as aggressive and offputting. I do not feel comfortable even being in a room with her. She gives off an aura of impatience and like you’re annoying her, she is a negative aspect to new seasons wax and has caused me to consider seeking treatment elsewhere for the sole person so I gave the new doctor Diane a zero -5 if I could review, she is terrible and the worst thing I’ve seen in years I have been on methadone maintenance on and off for 20 years now and it has Been a stepping stone and saving my life and bringing me to where I am today. Very successful and clean, she doesn’t care about any of that. Be careful who you hire.
