As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.

Sante has taught me the tools I need to have a great recovery. The staff cares and goes above and beyond for the patients there. My absolutely favorites are: Kelsey, Hannah, Robert, Jordan, Josh, Sean, Maddison, Melissa, Christina, Martin, and Alanha. These people helped me find peace and love during my stay. I have to say that I was impressed by everyone that had a hand in my daughter’s procedure yesterday. From the sweet lady that checked her in, to the nurses who took care of her. Bethany is a wonderful asset to this hospital. I know that God put her there for that occasion. Dr. Law is very informative before and after the procedure. I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person.
Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support.
I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. My husband and I began attending (SOTS) “Southern Oklahoma Treatment.” However, they were shut down after about four years of treatment. Subsequently, we switched to RightWay Medical, and they have been incredibly helpful.
There have been a few instances where they made mistakes. For instance, Carla, one of our former nurses, miscalculated my dose. At that time, I was taking 140 mg, but she gave me only about 100 mg. I usually can tell by the amount in the bottle and how long I’ve been on that dosage. I would check my bottles after receiving them, and they would be fuller than when Carla dosed me. So, I didn’t think to check my take-home doses at the time because they usually paid close attention. However, for some reason, she wasn’t paying attention that day. When I got home, I noticed that my bottle was almost empty. It wasn’t full like it should have been. When I contacted them, they informed me that it was already too late because I had already left the facility. I realized that I should have checked my dose before leaving. That was the first time my medication was messed up, and it’s only happened once since then.
The only other issue I’ve had with them was a failed urine test. I had to undergo a drug screen, and it indicated that I had narcotics in my system when I knew I didn’t. I asked them to resend the test and investigate further because I was innocent and knew I hadn’t taken anything besides my Methadone. However, I was still in trouble and had to visit them daily for about three or three and a half weeks.

Had an issue with a provider in Austin taking away a medicine I've been on for over a year and she wouldn't budge. Dr. Pierson helped me, provided an excellent level of care and showed compassion, something that is sometimes lacking in the VA Healthcare system.

Narcanon Arrowhead is an amazing, caring, no pressure facility thay cares about the individual and not the choices made to get them there. They work on cleansing the body of toxins then work on how to make better choices. If the student is willing to put in the work, they will show you tools to work with and work with you to become a smarter person about life choices. Our son graduated from the program recently. We are pleased, and grateful, for his experience and for our own. Staff has been helpful, supportive and kind as we all maneuvered this journey. Our son feels healthy and renewed and has a new lease on a better life.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Cynthia makes inappropriate comments to the guys in the center. She also harasses them after being rejected. Ceilings have leaks and no effort is being made to fix the issue. There was a case of bedbugs with minimum treatment to correct. It is impossible to get in contact with administration. My husband was left at the hospital for 6 hours after several calls had been made to be picked up. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

I’ve moved to McAlester but continue to use Ada. The doctors, nurses, PAs, and entire staff have provided excellent care and know my needs. Moving facilities would mean starting over with people that don’t know me. I’m very satisfied with this office and personnel
