I would not recommend Oakwood Springs at all! I was a voluntary admission for alcohol detox. The detox part worked OK as they drugged me into unconsciousness for 3 days. Once I finally woke up high as a kite, I knew they were overmedicating me and I wanted to leave. Please note: This is a LOCKDOWN FACILITY. They would not let me leave despite my wife and parents both going up there to get me released. They said I was too medicated to leave! On top of that, they started taking away the few privileges I had because I wanted to leave. They wouldn't let me go outside and wouldn't let me even eat with the group. This is a really crappy facility for voluntary patients and the staff seemed like they don't care. I was lucky to find one person there that did care and he was able to get me out of there to a rehab facility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Voluntary in does not equal voluntary out.

i am the legal guardian of my son. I wanted him taken to a real hospital not a psychiatric facility. He was illegally taken to this facility against his wishes and mine. This facility "repeatedly" assaulted my son and covered it up. I filed a complaint with the "feds" under an EMTALA violation and they did nothing. Oklahoma finally did a surprise inspection. I am going to post it online if I could post it here I would. The state of oklahoma refused to close this facility. They had more than 200 violations i mean 25 pages... to cover up what they did to my son.. they made up criminal charges.. beware of this place.. my son has since been to an excellent facility where he received excellent care i.e. Grand Lake Mental Health Care.. go there not to this place.. let me know where i can post the inspection I had performed.

Great people, out of 4 facilities I've been, it's the nicest, by leaps and bounds. I was inpatient for 28 days and outpatient for 2 weeks, they were very accommodating, the food was good if not great most of the time and the bedrooms are clean and spacious. They gave me the tools to be successful in my recovery and I have been longer than any period of recovery so far.

This place saved my life. I got sober February 12th of 2024 and I'm still sober 22 months later I've gone to several rehabs none of them worked. I have all three of my kids back, a house, a car, a job and I've never been happier. Thank you so much Riverwalk Ranch!!

One of the worst places to come, they are very disrespectful and when I first got here. I went to the window with my mother in law and they didn’t even acknowledge us they just kept talking to each other and having a conversation and never said hello can I help you. So we had to wait for them to get done talking. They need new employees in the front office. I’m gunna call the state and have a mystery person come here so they can see how people are being treated. This is ridiculous. Another thing is they don’t know I’m mixed and I have noticed if your not black you won’t be helped like all the other people they just look over you if your white. I’m gunna also call the board on the clinic and see what I can do for these people here who don’t have a voice for themselves. I would love to take the front desk women’s jobs from them they don’t deserve to work here. Theses women are more like fast food employees. When a client I just saw had an issue the lady at the front went ahead and just tried to degrade him. Told him that the doctors in the back don’t know anything going on here. Make that make sense. I have looked on the walls for a complaint number and haven’t seen anything. I hope I can change this place one person at a time. We need to get rid of employees who don’t want to be here. Also I have been her with my mother in law for almost 6 hours waiting like what are we waiting for?

Valley Hope has changed my life. I went from isolation in a motel room doing drugs, to being a productive citizen. I’ve been sober 54 days today and a huge part is because of Valley Hope. Sincerely thankful for all of the staff, from the nurses, to the kitchen to the custodial; everyone cares and gave me hope! Attending the Valley was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Valley hope is a wonderful treatment facility. Felt cared for in a very crucial and fragile state in my life. The meals were great and so was staff. The after care has stuck out tremendously too me. 6 months later and phoebe is still calling to check on me. What a place!

A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. Our family highly recommends Country Road for addiction treatment.

I went to dove tree, in Lubbock, Tx broken and very lost. Mentally, emotionally, and physically lost. They helped me get back on my feet again and have helped me gain more confidence in myself. There’s a lot of the staff that I’m very grateful for, but Josh Toney and Lex helped me out so much. I finally feel as though I’m finding myself again, and have been able to finally find my course in life and what I’m supposed to be doing. I give thanks to these two and am so very grateful for them.

The techs and nurses were mostly great. Especially Hilary, Juanita, Noah, Abigail, and Angie the tech. Atupele the group therapist was also amazing. However, the doctors/psychiatrists sucked. It took them half my stay to approve my pain medicine that I've been on for years on the outside, which I told them about, so because of that I ended up in a severe flare up. I've been a chronic pain patient since I was 15. Not a bad place but if you take any kind of opiate for chronic pain, just know you'll likely be in a flare up.

Had a great experience at Greenhouse. Unfortunately I’ve been to multiple treatment centers across the country, and Greenhouse is by far the best. Arturo was great. Alex, Carly, and Terrence were great Treatment Advocates. Julie was the best counselor I’ve ever had and help me so much! I recommend Greenhouse to anyone struggling with a substance abuse issue.

I am really happy with the clinic. They listen and help me.

The Medical Home here in Fort Worth will take very much care of you they are the sweetest of individuals who care for your health. Just please have insurance medical funding can get expensive.

All the homeless around make it a little sketchy sometimes but it's next to 2 homeless shelters. Everyone there is very nice tho.
