Dr Crane is very good to me and is helping me though some tough times,I really appreciate how he takes the time to listen,I wish I could see him in person and not on camera which was kinda weird for me at first. So this place is not great but the only reason I am rating is this high is the nurse or doctor I’m not sure that saw me this morning Mendy Corter! She helped me so much I was seen Friday and they basically just brushed me aside did no testing didn’t even check my bp. Didn’t do a chest X-ray nothing.. well I went back today because I wasn’t any better and turns out I have pneumonia my lungs and trashed and she was mad that the last doc that saw me didn’t bother to check me out! Well 2 breathing treatments and two shots in my butt later and they had me feeling a little better sent me home with so antibiotics and an inhaler to make sure I got better!! Thank you so much Mendy Corter you helped make me feel better and didn’t make me feel like I was overreacting and being dramatic!

Beautiful facility. Friendly staff and counselors. AMAZING food. The only thing negative I would have to say is it’s a very expensive program for just 30 days. They give you a lot of freedom, which can be a good or bad thing, depending on how bad you really want to get sober. You can force a horse to the river, but you can’t make it drink. Other than that, I had a great experience here.

They never return phone calls. It's always leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you by end of day but no one does. If you do get lucky enough to actually speak to someone and they need to call you back, rest assured no one will call. Terrible telephone communication.

I was there in 2017 for about 4 months. I had previously been in 13 psych hospitals before this and none of them worked as good as this one. That was my very last hospital I ever went to and had stopped self harming from that place. Mrs. P and Tyron were my favorite staff members. They made me feel heard and listened to. Only missing one star was because of the food. Over all a great experience for me because I actually was made to feel like a person instead of a child with issues!
