The whole crew ( Betty, Tammy, Crystal and Dr. Perez) is very respectful and understanding even when some of us can be a little moody as we go in there. I can assure you that they will do everything in their power that the VA says they can do for you and if they don't, then you probably messed up somewhere. The counselors a some staff members have been in our shoes. They know what addictions do to us 1st hand. I loved that about it , because they really can help you through it.. The recovery coach Ms. Dee is awesome! If you need treatment I would go there.

A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

When I entered through the hospital doors I first saw a check-in desk.After
Checking in another lady offered to guide me to the office of my appointment. I was immediately greeted when I got to Dr. Nabi's office. The wait wasn't long and everyone was very pleasant. There were beautiful Christmas trees in various areas of the hospital that I really enjoyed!
All of my test results were back by the next day. Every time I go to Integris I am pleased with my care.

I chose this place because I wanted help for my son. The reviews helped me in my selection. If I could give this a negative review. I would. Yesterday my son was assaulted by another patient there who kept going into their room and disturbing them while they slept. My son reported it to a counselor named Priscilla and she did nothing and said that the person assaulted my son would be staying and not removed from the center. My son chose to leave and asked for a phone call and Priscilla once again denied my son a phonecall so that he could call his family to pick him up. My son had to walk over an hour to a phone to call someone to pick him up. What kind of place is this that offers no protection for their patients and people like Priscilla that dont care.

Priscilla Washington was my counselor and she was incredible patient, kind, and always willing to think outside the box. I didn’t feel alone or misunderstood, and she helped me set realistic expectations that actually made sense for me.
I can’t leave out the rest of the team either they were all so patient and helpful. Even the food was great (the chefs really nailed it!). And Jewels is just fantastic. I’m so thankful for everyone who made this experience such a positive one.

I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I still rant and rave to everyone, telling them this is THE BEST place to go if you really want help. Out of all treatment centers paid and state-funded, this is BY FAR the best one across the state of Oklahoma. I owe this place so much for the way the touched my life and helped me become the person I am today. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

This place is amazing!!! The people at this facility have been SO good to my friend she was a heavy drug user when they took her in. These people have been a true blessing! They have all worked so hard to help her, In my opinion, they have saved her life I am so thankful!!!

This was probably one of the best places I went to. I was really struggling with mental health issues and other problems and they really made me feel safe and validated. We got to see and visit our parents on the weekends and they had a vending machine so they could bring us snacks. Our parents could bring us bedding and shower products. We got to wear our own clothes and shoes. We had groups and lessons we did everyday and we're able to go outside most of time and play basketball. The food wasn't too bad and was mostly like school food and on holidays we got really good food and the staff would bring in the food they made which was really good. They really helped me when I was struggling and the staff and people I met along the way were so nice to me. They really outdid themselves and understood that we're just kids struggling and trying to better ourselves. I was able to go on pass and visit my family for a day outside of the place which was nice because I hadn't seen them in a long time. The groups and lessons they taught us really helped me be able to ground myself and cope a lot better than before. Ms. Mary really helped me with my issues and was able to get me out of there in a month. This place is one of the better mental hospitals and if your going to send your kid to one you should look at your options and this one would probably be the best choice to choose from.
