The whole crew ( Betty, Tammy, Crystal and Dr. Perez) is very respectful and understanding even when some of us can be a little moody as we go in there. I can assure you that they will do everything in their power that the VA says they can do for you and if they don't, then you probably messed up somewhere. The care that we received was absolutely the very best that we could get. From the nursing staff, both shifts, to the physical therapist, to the dietary was so good. I grew up in Compton, California, searching for acceptance and belonging. I found it in the gang lifestyle, living as a gangbanger and hustler. Went to the EMERGENCY Department via ambulance. The staff at the hospital was very kind and listened to my concerns and I was out in less than 3 hours. The only “issue” I had with the whole process was the doctor on duty had an attitude. He did not have compassion for me. I went in thinking I was having a stroke and he acted like I was a drug seeker.. which is not the case at all.

Only had to deal with Urology, the Registration Desk, the Lab, Radiology, and Surgery, but they are the best! Such caring people, very professional, very friendly and always transparent about what is happening now and why, and what is happening next. There are two closer hospitals, both half the distance, but I will make the drive to Elk City and GPRMC every time if able.

I am truly thankful for the Serenity Center in Plainview. The program helped me with hurts and hangups that I carried from my addiction. I am more confident in my recovery emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The staff treated my daughter and I with the upmost respect and loved US every step of the 90 days. If you are a struggling mother they offer a women's and children's program, THAT WORKS! Thank you with all my heart. I now have a stronger bond with my family and children. Freedom Behavioral Health took good care of our family member during March 2021 and got his dementia medication adjusted so that he now has much better quality to his life. Yes, it was difficult to not visit him during the 2 weeks he was there, but we were able to talk to the staff on a daily basis and received very detailed updates from them. The nurses were very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, and Dr. Ryder was very effective in evaluating our family member's dementia and treating it successfully. Our family member has been successfully living in a memory care home for the past 2 months, and we all feel like we owe a big "Thank You" to Freedom Behavioral Health for helping him get to this point.

I cannot speak anything but appreciation and gratitude for Rob’s Ranch. I gained all the tools I needed to live a happy and sober life through the group and individual sessions as well as the fellowship with other clients. The counselors are incredible, they truly care about their clients and it shows even after discharge. The entire staff is courteous and respectful, the amenities are great and the campus is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking help and believe this is one of the best facilities to do so.

Had an amazing experience at Robs Ranch. They helped me understand my addiction to alcohol and gave me the tools to transition to a life of sobriety. I’m proud to say, with those tools I’m still sober today and doing great. Will never be able to thank the entire staff and counselors enough. They change lives at Robs Ranch.

This place saved my life.. Amber, Ms Julie, nurse Ms Kristy, and Ms Nadine etc where a big help and important part of my recovery they toke awesome care of me and made me feel right at home while during my stay of 69 days. All glory to God.. Amazing place, Amazing atmosphere, Amazing staff ,Amazing recovery. Special thanks to them all at touchstone ranch and can’t forget my amazing family/ clients that were and are still there. The people at Touchstone are truly wonderful. To be able to take the time to work on yourself and to become the best version of you is such a blessing! I'm so grateful that this is the place that I chose. The nurses and counselors are all caring and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and very peaceful!
