The whole crew ( Betty, Tammy, Crystal and Dr. Perez) is very respectful and understanding even when some of us can be a little moody as we go in there. I can assure you that they will do everything in their power that the VA says they can do for you and if they don't, then you probably messed up somewhere. This place quite literally saved my life. When I first arrived, I couldn't get myself to leave my room for the first 2 days (because I was so sick) but the staff worked really hard on getting me regulated on meds. I finally came out of my room, made a group of friends that I'll hold close for the rest of my life, and THE STAFF.... some of the most amazing people I think I'll ever meet. I went from refusing to talk to anyone, to a social butterfly in 29 days. I hope they know the difference they made in my life. I am myself again and it's all because of them. I seriously love each and everyone of them.

I was there in there twice last year in June not because they didn't do a good job but because of my family issues but I was treated amazing and the er didn't pump my stomach while I was oding on 18 different medication and I was kicked out of the hospital and just stuck the red river and they put me in a wheelchair and brought me up food and took my vitals, and they were very kind and they even wheeled me outside for outside time , honestly I loved it so much it gave me a routine that very helped with my mental health I was in the mockingbird unit aka the kid unit

This facility was amazing to my son. He went in very bad shape and had to be in there for 41 days and I can say neither him or I had any bad experiences with not one of the staff and I called every other day atleast. I had never been through this type of experience and the front office staff was always very kind to me and helped me calm my fears. I would strongly recommend this facility for your family member.

I can't express enough how AMAZING this hospital is. From Chelsea at er registration, to the sweet nurses in the er. Dr Jefferson. The nursing staff in the admission rooms upstairs. My husband got very lucky. Had blood clots in his legs and lungs and they immediately caught it. Got him tests, scans, IVs, pic lines, ultra sounds within MINUTES and we walked in through the ER doors. No waiting. No going without updates.
