BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. I could go through the list of names, but it would be too long. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person.
Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support.
I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did to support both my child and our family.

So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire!
I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat.
I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for.
I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do.
The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life.
I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety.
I'll be a proud member of their Alumni program, and maybe one day, I'll see who reads this review at the Alumni group as well!

There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called:
"Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer"
It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"!
If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth?

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. I truly owe a great and big Thank You to the entire staff, specially Cheri for putting up with me, even though I know she is probably crying because I'm gone. It's okay Cheri, I'm in a better place now, and that's thanks to Solutions.

Chris Truong was my PT, DPT for my back therapy. Chris was excellent, he truly understands what needs to do be done to resolve the issues that I had. He worked my back in a progession of exercises that were challenging yet acheivable.
Each session he ask questions about the pain and and what I was thinking about the progress of our sessions. Chris has a great attitude and really makes one feel very comfortable about what is is doing and the progress that is being made!
The staff there was great as well, always willing in any way to help out! I'm very pleased with the service provided at the Greater Therapy Center, it was outstanding!

I began my recovery journey in the inpatient program at Valley Hope, and after completing that phase, I transitioned directly into their outpatient services in Oklahoma City. The outpatient program offers two formats—online and in-person—and I chose the in-person option because of the structure and connection it provides.
Throughout my participation, I developed meaningful relationships with fellow patients and benefited greatly from individualized counseling sessions. These one-on-one meetings were especially impactful, offering personalized guidance, accountability, and a safe space to process challenges. To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I spent about 5 days at Millwood to treat my depression and suicidal thoughts. This place gets a bad rap apparently but personally I thought it was fine. Food was good, the rooms were pretty clean and neat, the group therapy helped a lot, and I made friends. The only thing that bothered me was how little time you get to talk to the doctor or the nurse practitioner about your issues. I only met with my doctor Dr. Day once, on the first day in the middle of the hallway, and that meeting lasted all of 2 minutes, during which he rather speedily diagnosed me with acute anxiety disorder and major depression. Never saw him again afterwards, only met with the nurse practitioner once each day afterward for similarly brief meetings. I feel like if we got more 1 on 1 time with the doctors or nurses we would receive a more comprehensive treatment. However, despite this issue, I overall feel much better than when I went in. My depression and anxiety have gone down massively. Special thanks to Carmen Davis, she was so nice and really made me feel comfortable.
