This is my first VA experience And I was surprisingly impressed! I got Cherry, Tony, and Rebecca as my team and they all seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and made progress with everyone of them. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

I came here for my recovery, and at first I would say that I didnt like it, but that was making excuses for myself. But I stayed and graduated, this place tought me to learn patience and roll with changes that can come up in real life and not have to turn to drugs. Now im a peerlead helping others in the community to see the bright side of things and fight those urges we all get. This is hard thing to do alone, but if u build a community it becomes easier. A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. Greenhouse has truly saved/changed my life and rewired my way of thinking. The classes were extremely impactful, filled with knowledgeable information, and kept me in a solid routine everyday. They took great care of me for a hernia surgery. The nurses and doctors all were very personable and professional, and I and my family felt genuinely cared for. The VA has such a bad reputation that I was a little nervous but those fears, for this location at least, seem to be entirely unfounded.

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track.
I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year.
BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest...
I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.
