I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program! Although everything wasn’t perfect(there are some troublesome techs with authority/ communication issues on the night shift in particular) the overall experience was very enjoyable and enlightening as I made memorable connections with a majority of the staff whom try their hardest to care for patients in serious need of guidance and healing. The 1st crew was a man with a helper and his food was terrible. The 2nd crew was 2 females and their food was very good. Randy Robinson 3 weeks ago I was admitted to the Psych Ward (hopefully this is the right place to put the review) a little over a year ago because I was withdrawing from a drug (I'll be coy about which one it was, but those in the know can probably guess and whittle it down to one or two classes of drug) I no longer wanted to take that can cause death if the withdrawal is not handled medically. The staff at the psych ward for medical city Frisco are probably why I'm alive with a healthy body (I've lost a lot of weight since as well, another good side effect of quiting the drug was that I no longer would gain weight because of it) and doing well today and have not had to take said drug again to manage my condition. I feel morally obligated to thank the mental health and psychiatry people at Medical City Frisco for how well they handled my emergency. Also, the facilities at this hospital (not just the Psych Ward, I took a little stroll through the whole place as I was leaving) are truly next level. This is BY FAR the nicest looking architecturally and probably most advanced technological hospital I've ever visited (for myself or as a visitor for family). If you need truly top tier care, you can't go wrong with the Medical City hospital chain in my opinion, and especially their new Frisco branch, which is even more impressive than the one in Plano. Individual care and whatnot is of course going to depend on things like which doctor you get...but the facilities are truly really cool here and that IS something to take into account if you have an emergency. I imagine every good doctor in the DFW area wants to work here, and so the quality of care may be correlated to the facility quality, which is top notch. Hopefully others receive the same quality of care I received. If you are having a psychotic episode or other severe mental health issue that requires hospitalization, then please consider a Medical City hospital and especially their Frisco branch if you have the ability to choose the location of your stay. Also, the food while I was staying was really good. Just a little thing I know, but it goes to show they don't skimp anywhere in their treatment. They definitely push to medicate, so if you are not comfortable just voice your concerns and request a more thorough diagnosis. I was able to contact my loved one and they were able to call me anytime. I was able to see my loved one 3x a week but I had to sign up via signup genius in order to do so. Definitely read their policies thoroughly. We unfortunately came through intake around 3 am and I was very tired and missed a few rules. It makes visits and dropping off clothes easier if you read. While I recommend this hospital, one piece of advice is for aftercare. Definitely do your research on PHP and IOP programs because they are not all as good as this hospital. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! I recommend this place to anybody struggling with opioid Use disorder or pain. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and call. Everybody is so nice and you’ll be taken care of🖤

As a recovery professional, I’m very intentional about where I refer my clients. I recently referred a client with substance use disorder , significant trauma and co-occurring mental health concerns to Santé Center for Healing, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received. What stood out most was that her treatment never felt like a cookie-cutter program. The team took the time to understand her unique needs and developed an individualized treatment plan that addressed the whole person. They also did an exceptional job involving her family throughout the treatment process, providing education, support, and meaningful opportunities for healing together. This place really made a positive impact on my life. I gained knowledge of myself I wouldn't have if I never enrolled. If a rooster say all chickens are liars is the rooster telling the truth? There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program!

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. I truly owe a great and big Thank You to the entire staff, specially Cheri for putting up with me, even though I know she is probably crying because I'm gone. I have been to this facility multiple times while in the midst of going through mental/life challenges and trauma and I really appreciate the effort put into my care by a majority of the staff. Although everything wasn’t perfect(there are some troublesome techs with authority/ communication issues on the night shift in particular) the overall experience was very enjoyable and enlightening as I made memorable connections with a majority of the staff whom try their hardest to care for patients in serious need of guidance and healing. The detox treatment at Valley Hope was life saving. They prescribed the exact “comfort meds” to get me through the critical 1st 72 hours with minimal discomfort. However, they had 2 crews that would prepare our meals. The 1st crew was a man with a helper and his food was terrible. The 2nd crew was 2 females and their food was very good. I realize I wasn’t staying at a 5 star hotel, but the quality of most of the meals served was not satisfactory.

If you’re feeling nervous about what psychiatrist to pick or antsy about your typical psychiatrist office, maybe they could be standoffish or maybe intimidating I could highly recommend Marisa Rust, She was extremely easy to communicate with and easy going And understandable as to what you could be going through not coming from a Harsh criticism perspective, but from a intuitive knowledgeable approach to her work Creating a very friendly and safe environment for you the patient to have much success as possible for your own mental health in the long run. To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. Every single person at your hospital was warm friendly and kind, especially with what I'm dealing with. That's all of a sudden, I cannot tell you how many hospitals I pass up coming just to present to bedside manner and kindness your e. ER nurse and doctor was amazing. And then when they put me in Room 308, everyone on the 3rd floor was kind friendly. I was admitted to the Psych Ward (hopefully this is the right place to put the review) a little over a year ago because I was withdrawing from a drug (I'll be coy about which one it was, but those in the know can probably guess and whittle it down to one or two classes of drug) I no longer wanted to take that can cause death if the withdrawal is not handled medically. The staff at the psych ward for medical city Frisco are probably why I'm alive with a healthy body (I've lost a lot of weight since as well, another good side effect of quiting the drug was that I no longer would gain weight because of it) and doing well today and have not had to take said drug again to manage my condition. I feel morally obligated to thank the mental health and psychiatry people at Medical City Frisco for how well they handled my emergency. Also, the facilities at this hospital (not just the Psych Ward, I took a little stroll through the whole place as I was leaving) are truly next level. This is BY FAR the nicest looking architecturally and probably most advanced technological hospital I've ever visited (for myself or as a visitor for family). If you need truly top tier care, you can't go wrong with the Medical City hospital chain in my opinion, and especially their new Frisco branch, which is even more impressive than the one in Plano. Individual care and whatnot is of course going to depend on things like which doctor you get...but the facilities are truly really cool here and that IS something to take into account if you have an emergency. I imagine every good doctor in the DFW area wants to work here, and so the quality of care may be correlated to the facility quality, which is top notch. Hopefully others receive the same quality of care I received. If you are having a psychotic episode or other severe mental health issue that requires hospitalization, then please consider a Medical City hospital and especially their Frisco branch if you have the ability to choose the location of your stay. Also, the food while I was staying was really good. Just a little thing I know, but it goes to show they don't skimp anywhere in their treatment.

The nurses, therapists, and technicians are great here. I spoke with a doctor one time during my loved one’s stay. They definitely push to medicate, so if you are not comfortable just voice your concerns and request a more thorough diagnosis. I was able to contact my loved one and they were able to call me anytime. I was able to see my loved one 3x a week but I had to sign up via signup genius in order to do so. Definitely read their policies thoroughly. We unfortunately came through intake around 3 am and I was very tired and missed a few rules. It makes visits and dropping off clothes easier if you read. While I recommend this hospital, one piece of advice is for aftercare. Definitely do your research on PHP and IOP programs because they are not all as good as this hospital.

I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. Everything about the place showed they they truly care. Mr. Raj has really turned that place around. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. I firmly believe any individual in their care that “puts in the work” will be justly rewarded in their experience. I would highly recommend Enterhealth Ranch.

For all of the criticism that the VA gets, this clinic surprisingly operates very efficiently. The staff always seems eager to help and ask questions. The nurses are capable and have a great attitude as they help veterans get the care that they need. Sadly the wait time to get new appointments often means weeks or even months of waiting.

Doctor Bhargava said she wouldn't treat me any different than she would her own family members. I felt she kept that promise. Overall I felt that I have a good visit. One star missing for having to fill out paperwork online and then having to answer the same questions during my visit which reduces time needed for a more thorough diagnosis. as someone who has been a revolving door patient, I want to say that this hospital had been the best and I really do recommend it. I was in the adolescent twice in the same month and was greeted kindly even while having a breakdown. The kids are pretty nice and techs are superrr funny(Connie is one I mostly remember.) the rooms are nice and the food(especially the pizza) were good. My first stay here was spent on my birthday and I got a mini cheesecake which was better than nothing. I had attending their PHP in Richardson and can say that it was also great. Texas health seems to really know what their doing.

i was admitted a few months back and my first time being in a behavioral facility.i was scared at first but a lot of the nurses were super nice and showed me around and the doctors and staff made me feel welcome,it was a really calming experience for me personally since i was surrounded by a lot of loud noises back at home it was quite the food was good and there’s a therapist named Darius he was so kind you can tell he really cares about everyone ,they really helped me get back on my feet !
