When I referred one of my clients to treatment, he replied, “I’ve sent my wife to these places before. They take my money and do nothing, but I get to tell my friends I tried. She needs healing, not this.” I understand where he’s coming from as I’ve read similar stories in the media. HOWEVER, those experiences are the exact OPPOSITE of the care given at Healing Springs Ranch. I’ve had the joy and honor of getting to know Rachel and Melissa the last two years. I’ve heard how they talk about the business after hours and I've seen the work they put in to make HSR amazing. They are creative in their programming, dedicated to their clients, and committed to doing the right thing. You’re not there to play on your phone and do your own thing. This ain’t Celebrity Rehab. Their program goes beyond the addiction and drills down to the trauma that caused the addiction. When that trauma is explored, understood, and healed, a new, healthy lifestyle begins. It’s amazing (and hard not to cry) when you see a family member hug these two women and says, “You gave me my son back”. If your family is ready, Healing Springs Ranch is your greatest hope.

I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! I recommend this place to anybody struggling with opioid Use disorder or pain. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and call. Everybody is so nice and you’ll be taken care of🖤

They would not approve my Zepbound shot for 3 weeks so I gained 40 pounds in 41 days. I went from 200 pounds when I went in to 240 pounds when I was finally able to check after I left. They have a habit of taking forever and dragging their feet when it comes to approving anything medically necessary outside of their prescribed regimen. But, that's really my main complaint with the facility. Otherwise, the staff and community is very nice.

I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire! I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat. I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for. I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do. The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life. I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety. I'll be a proud member of their Alumni program, and maybe one day, I'll see who reads this review at the Alumni group as well!

The staff is good for most part ! The techs are on there phones way to much! The food is great! They didn't give me all my belongings and it took 4 trips to get it and all my Rx and 24 hrs. But it was a blessing for me to be able to go there for rest to get back to my former self!

I got Cherry, Tony, and Rebecca as my team and they all seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and made progress with everyone of them. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.

I just got home from inpatient with Carrollton springs and I loved it, as much as I could with it being a mental health facility. Everyone was so nice and I really got the help I needed. The therapist Nitten Khana was absolutely amazing. The reason for the 4 stars though is just the disorganization of admin here. It wasn’t great. Other than that though I would highly recommend this facility

I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. For the first time in my mental health journey I felt heard. I am excited to continue and feel that I am in the best place for care. Staff were extremely helpful as well. 10/10 ✨

Im going to rate and review with a 5 Star only cause i can't give a 10. I enjoyed the staff as well as the facilities and the food was awsome. There are some glitches but nothing that you cant survive. Im blessed to have completed the program. I look forward to my life sober. Thanks Valley Hope. I shall return ...only as a guest alumni.

This was my 4th rehab this year and it was by far the best. The food is TOO good and the staff was wonderful. I felt like they nearly bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable. I felt finally made it through a 30 day program without quitting. I feel it was because of the love and support from the staff who seemed to care more than all the other places.

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. I am now happily married to my high-school sweetheart and expecting our first child in just a few months.🩷 Jessica was my 1:1 counselor and I remember Dr. Fred very well. I was put in there at 17 by my high school, and I was a little mad when they put me in impatient because I thought it was over the top just for some small thoughts, but after a week I came out knowing more information about myself, I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety, which I would have never known I had. I got the medication and information I needed to get better. I made friends and learned so much about myself! But I do agree with other reviews that the food did suck, but in the long run, that’s not what is important. Now as a college student I have learned to cope with my anxiety and I will be forever grateful to the nurses and doctors that helped me.

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience delivering our baby girl with Dr. Tallapureddy at Texas Health Presbyterian in Allen. My first male OBGYN, and definitely the best. He knows what he is doing and it’s obvious from the moment he walks in the room. The entire nursing staff felt like family to us, and it was difficult to leave and say goodbye to everyone that took care of us and helped us bring our daughter into the world. I felt safe, cared for, and respected for the entirety of our stay. The nursing staff was by far the greatest I’ve encountered, and this was my third child. Our anesthesiologist Quentin was so professional, and funny. Quentin even bought my fiancée lunch in the cafeteria when he forgot his wallet. Quentin made us laugh and calmed my nerves. I didn't feel any pain either. I felt I was in the best of hands at all times. It was always sad when the nurses would change shifts, because we grew to love them all in such a short period of time. The nurses in L & D are true angels, and I wish I had all the right words to express how grateful we are to them all. Shoutout to Angie, Katie, Tina, Kathy, Rosie, Tara and Kris ❤️

I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. Everything about the place showed they they truly care. Mr. Raj has really turned that place around. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. I firmly believe any individual in their care that “puts in the work” will be justly rewarded in their experience. I would highly recommend Enterhealth Ranch.

My first time coming here and I’ll admit I was nervous given the amount of bad reviews, but it is beyond me why they have so many when my experience was nothing but AMAZING! When you go to see the doctor you’re not feeling well physically and mentally and all you want is comfort and support and that is what I got from my nurse Mrs.Grace and my Dr Mary Men’s and also the front desk ladies!! Everyone was professional, smiling and super empathetic. That’s all you could ever want! I highly recommend this clinic!!

This is in regards to their Early Childhood Intervention program. My son was 2.5 years old when he had his evaluation by the ECI staff and was set to start services. He started 2-3 weeks after the evaluation. He had at-home services with Margarita Perez from August til beginning of April which was his 3rd birthday. He thrived so much with her and she was so incredibly kind, and very considerate if we were sick. Although, I tried not to miss barely any appts. My son loved her and was always extremely excited to see her every week. Some weeks, twice a week. I was impressed by the quality of service. We were on a sliding scale and paid under $30 a month for 4 sessions a month. Completely doable. Not only was I able to get my son quality care for his developmental and speech delay here, they helped me get him into Plano ISD Isaacs Early Childhood school for completely free. I pay nothing for my now preschooler to go there and he is thriving like no other. I’m beyond thankful for the extremely low cost to nearly free services plus being able to get my child in local top rated preschool for FREE beyond Lifepaths program and they even gave me a list of outside speech therapy beyond their program since my son has aged out. Resources on top of resources. So thankful! And everything was seamless from day 1 to the end.

i was admitted a few months back and my first time being in a behavioral facility.i was scared at first but a lot of the nurses were super nice and showed me around and the doctors and staff made me feel welcome,it was a really calming experience for me personally since i was surrounded by a lot of loud noises back at home it was quite the food was good and there’s a therapist named Darius he was so kind you can tell he really cares about everyone ,they really helped me get back on my feet ! Thank you to all the staff who were willing to help and support me !!!!

i was admitted to the SEAY center on the adolescent side for a total of six days. the first couple days i hated it so much. i hated everyone who sent me there. the last three days i was there i went along with the program and i got so much better. miss heidi, miss dez, and nurse lauren are some of the sweetest women i have ever met. i truly appreciate them. if you need help, get help. suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

I was on the adolescent side, the techs were all so nice to me. The nurses did what they needed to do and more! Ms Ranesha, Ms Kim, and Ms Nyoki were the best techs in my opinion. Super sweet and definitely helped me get better. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️. I would definitely go back if I needed help, and I would recommend this place!
