I really love this clinic and the staff. I've been going here for about 4 years now and having access to this medication literally saved my life. I'm very grateful for all the staff, especially my counselor, Tessa. She is AMAZING! She's fairly new but since I became her patient she has gone above and beyond to help me in every way. Compared to my last counselor here, the difference is night and day. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I think this place has improved so so much since I first started coming. I think that has to do with Lorenzo becoming the director. I have seen such an improvement with the staff and everything since he took over. So if you're serious about wanting to get clean and change your life for the better, I'd highly recommend this clinic!! Edit: it's a year later and while I still think this clinic is good in a lot of ways, I truly feel like they made a mistake by replacing Lorenzo. The new director is "nice" but he hasn't once introduced himself to me or anyone else that I know of. He's very stand offish and just stays in his office. I feel like he's very corporate, so he's nice in that sense, but I don't feel like he's genuine. I recently transferred to a different clinic because of a situation that happened with him. Now my counselor before I left was wonderful. Daphne was always checking up on me and helping me with anything I needed help with and I felt her genuine care for her patients. I hope this company will stop making their counselors do so much paperwork, it literally takes away from the bonding time with their patients. That's one thing I've always disliked about this clinic. Also last year I went thru like 3 or 4 counselors. You know how hard it is to open up to someone over and over again? To have them say to you that they won't be going anywhere then weeks later they're gone? The turnover rate is extremely high for a reason and I really hope corporate starts listening to their employees or treating them better.

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

My experience with Basepoint Forney: It was honestly amazing and incredibly well. I couldn’t have wished for a better PHP honestly. This place does wonder if you let it. You wont get any out of this program if you do not but the effort they’re giving you. Which i knew while i was in this program but i didn’t fully process until after i left. You get out what you put in. I was off and on with this program for a year. The staff is incredible . Shout out to Ms.Liz , Mr Dylan (how ever you spell it), Sid , Brad (which isn’t unfortunately there), Miss Brenda, Ms. Patrice. Each one of these staff are super helpful and supportive, they fully understand you and listen to you. I was always so happy to talk to them everyday. Also the front desk lady, She was always so happy to see me every morning when i walked in , always complimented me . It made my day by just taking to her. And lets not get started with the therapists. I love each one of them , Mrs. Avery, Ms. Courtney, Ms. Ginna, and more. All these people saved my life multiple times. Especially Mrs. Avery , My therapist almost the whole time. I am so grateful that i met her. She was the first person i was truly honest. She was the first person that made me want to continue to live. She was my best friend. We went through the same kind of stuff , which we could really relate to each other. She truly cared about me. Ive been to so many places where it felt like the people there were just working there for. the money. But there they worked there because they truly wanted to help people and want to see people get better, have a bright future. I haven’t talked to Mrs. Avery since ive discharged back in March. But i wish i could talk to her for one more minute. She helped me make some truly good progress. She helped me with my negative mindset. I remember when i first got there last year i was shy so i went to sit in the corner , when she released i was feeling anxious , she went to sit with me. I love her so much therapeutically and i will always. Courntey, I could talk to her about anything with no judgement what so ever , whenever i was struggling she would come to talk to me here my rant. Shes very nonjudgmental, which all the therapist are. Ginna , even though i didn't get to know her much, she really got me when i did talked to her . Shes very funny , i would joke around with her. She understood why i did the things i did. Each one of these staff i have mention helped me with recovery. I would leave to go to a higher level of care and when i come back it felt like all the staff understood why i felt like i needed to do what i did. The space at basepoint felt very comfortable, i did not feel uncomfortable at all. I wish i had put the full effort when i was there. Which always slips my mind everyday. I cannot change the past so ill just have to accept it and put in the effort in the places i go to. Any other staff i did not mention, They were also super understanding and helpful. If you're going there or are going to i suggest to be honest and trust them, from someone that didn't think they could be helped , this place helped me realize thats not the truth and theres hope in the future. I thank God for this place everyday and i will forever. I grew mentally and physically here. This place brought the true Grace out , which i thought i would never see again . The process might be hard but it will all be worth it at the end. Telling the truth might be hard to say but in the future you’ll thank yourself you did. I love this place and would recommend this place to any struggling teen with mental health. I love all the staff here therapeutically. Especially Mrs.Avery (knee slapper).

It was an amazing experience and one that I would recommend anyone that is struggling to do the work with people that have walked in your shoes. We are beyond grateful to have Dr. Leisel Mills,NP at the JPS Stop Six Center. She is absolutely amazing! I used to accompany my husband to every doctor’s visit, but with Dr. Mills, I feel completely at ease knowing he is in such capable hands. She is incredibly thorough, taking the time to address every concern and ensuring her patients fully understand their care. Her kind and warm demeanor creates such a comforting atmosphere, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. I feel truly blessed to have her as my husband’s new doctor. Mantra Recovery is an incredible resource for individuals and families struggling with addiction. Their team is compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to helping people find the path to recovery. One of the things that sets them apart is their expertise in interventions—they understand how difficult it can be to get a loved one to accept help, and they handle these situations with care, respect, and effectiveness. Their intervention process is well-structured, helping families communicate in a way that encourages real change. Beyond interventions, Mantra Recovery provides a strong support system, guidance, and resources that make a lasting impact. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to help individuals get sober and stay sober, I highly recommend Mantra Recovery. They truly change lives!

Okay, so I have a couple of things I want to share. First off, I gave Seay Center a 5/5 because of their staff which includes mental health techs, nurses, and doctors when available. Other than that, there is no way this place as a whole should be considered a 5 when most of their services would fall under a 2.5 or a 3 star. And while this may be true, the staff makes up for that lack of quality and with them, you truly feel like you’re getting a five star experience. They try to connect and even act goofy, so that you feel comfortable being you even if you are not a hundred percent yourself at the time. Unfortunately, I am over-qualified to discuss Seay Center since I have been there 3x in the past few years. Each time was different, but one thing did not change - the staff. They never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed or like I’m not doing enough as a patient to get better. Honestly, if you ever end up here, you’re in good hands and if you think your not, find the following people: Taz (mainly works with adolescents though), Kenina, Mike, Katrina, Debbie, Hiedi, Kim, Kianndria, Winnie, and Brittany. Shout to (most) of the staff, but especially these folks because they were a HUGE help!

This is in regards to their Early Childhood Intervention program. My son was 2.5 years old when he had his evaluation by the ECI staff and was set to start services. He started 2-3 weeks after the evaluation. He had at-home services with Margarita Perez from August til beginning of April which was his 3rd birthday. He thrived so much with her and she was so incredibly kind, and very considerate if we were sick. Although, I tried not to miss barely any appts. My son loved her and was always extremely excited to see her every week. Some weeks, twice a week. I was impressed by the quality of service. We were on a sliding scale and paid under $30 a month for 4 sessions a month. Completely doable. Not only was I able to get my son quality care for his developmental and speech delay here, they helped me get him into Plano ISD Isaacs Early Childhood school for completely free. I pay nothing for my now preschooler to go there and he is thriving like no other. I’m beyond thankful for the extremely low cost to nearly free services plus being able to get my child in local top rated preschool for FREE beyond Lifepaths program and they even gave me a list of outside speech therapy beyond their program since my son has aged out. Resources on top of resources. So thankful! And everything was seamless from day 1 to the end.

The building could use some updates and the front desk staff isn’t always the most helpful, but the doctors know what they’re doing. I recently had the privilege of having my 16-year-old daughter, meet with therapist Dakota Torres at Lena Pope at their Weatherford location for the first time, and I am truly impressed by the positive impact Dakota had on my daughter during their initial session. From the moment we arrived, Dakota exhibited professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for my daughter's well-being. Despite my daughter's initial reluctance and resistance to the appointment, Dakota was able to establish a strong rapport with her almost instantly. Dakota's ability to connect with my daughter and create a safe and supportive environment allowed her to open up and share her thoughts and feelings in a way that she hadn't been able to with previous therapists. Even before the appointment, my daughter expressed her reluctance to engage with anyone and her resistance to being there. However, after meeting with Dakota, my daughter shared that she really liked her, which speaks volumes about Dakota's approachability and effectiveness as a therapist. Having previously sought therapy for my daughter with six different therapists, I can confidently say that Dakota's session was the first time I felt genuinely positive about the future of my daughter's therapy journey. Dakota's empathetic approach, coupled with her ability to quickly establish trust and rapport, fills me with hope and optimism for her progress in her sessions with Dakota. I am immensely grateful to Dakota for her exceptional therapeutic support and dedication to helping my daughter navigate her challenges. I highly recommend Dakota Torres and Lena Pope to anyone seeking compassionate and effective therapy for themselves or their loved ones. Thank you, Dakota, for making a meaningful difference in my daughter's life.
