BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. My experience with my treatment is life changing and the treatment team has went above and beyond in leading me to a sober lifestyle. For instance, I had some insurance issue and it stopped me in mid track, and that did not stop the care team, matter of fact they had the right to discharge me right then but they cared for my recovery so much I was allowed to stay and continue my recovery process without any interruption until I was able to fix this issue. I am so lucky to be able to go here and get medicine. It took a few years to get the meds right but it was worth it. I am happier than I have ever been and I don't feel worthless anymore. The people who work here deserve medals because I have seen them keep their cool around some nasty people. And I was one of those nasty people in the beginning. There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called:
"Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer"
It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"!
If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth?

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. I truly owe a great and big Thank You to the entire staff, specially Cheri for putting up with me, even though I know she is probably crying because I'm gone. It's okay Cheri, I'm in a better place now, and that's thanks to Solutions.

I just got home from inpatient with Carrollton springs and I loved it, as much as I could with it being a mental health facility. Everyone was so nice and I really got the help I needed. The therapist Nitten Khana was absolutely amazing. The reason for the 4 stars though is just the disorganization of admin here. It wasn’t great. Other than that though I would highly recommend this facility

I can't say enough about this place they helped my stepson out a lot he was there for 3 months, I just wish they were accepting people right now but there under remodeling, update:what I was told they are not longer accepting people the owner wants to.close.

Good addiction programs for adults. Christine, Dee, Gina, and Kim are great therapists that actually care about the clients. The medical staff are nice. No facility is perfect, but this place is good and I personally recommend it.

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.

I wrote a previous review about the amazing staff at Symetria Recovery but can’t believe I forgot to include the sweetest woman I see as soon as I walk through the doors every morning. Her name is Karen. She works at the front desk, but as I watch her while waiting, I see her perform many other duties than a typical front desk receptionist would do. The thing that means the most to me about her as sometimes I have to bring my three-year-old son with me, she welcomes him with the open arms. She plays with him if she has time she colors with him whatever she needs to do to keep him occupied and happy while I’m getting help. My son loves her thank you Karen for never treating my son like a burden for never treating any of us like a burden For always having huge smile on your face.

My first time coming to this location. I normally go to the Fort Worth location on Presidio st to see my Dr but she told me I could get labs done here so I tried it out since gas is expensive and I live in Arlington.
I've gotta say, this was quite a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in. Haley ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) was my phlebotomist and she was GREAT! She was both friendly and professional. Did a fantastic job. I didn't even feel the needle. A++

As far as rehabs go, Sante is amazing! Great staff, food was surprisingly good, and a easy process to follow. From the first moment I walked through the doors I felt welcome accepted and apart of a family. I didn't feel ashamed or embarrassed the staff accepted me with arms open. The staff I feel genuinely cares about me as a person and my sobriety. Your not treated as just another patient your treated with respect understanding and compassion. I spent around 30 years using drugs and alcohol and during that time I had many opportunities and tried many different rehabs but symetria is by far and away the best recovery rehabilitation center and program ive used. I have been here at this place for bout 5yrs, it has been a hard road. I HAVE NOT BEEN able to open up and talk to no one until I got AC as a Cancel he is a great person even better cancel . We have even cried together so hart touching...I just thank God for putting him in my life for a season. I'm so Happy where my life is today an AC is one of the people I thank for that
