What I loved most was how open they always were with communication, and how they actually treated my cousin like an individual instead of just another client. The place is clean and genuinely nice to be in. All around a solid program for anyone working through alcohol recovery.

The 12-step foundation and the support they wrap around it give everyone a real shot at recovery. The staff is incredible kind, knowledgeable, and always there when you need them, whether you're a resident or a family member trying to figure things out.

As much as I love to include family in my client's treatment, it is very important to have a release of information (ROI) signed by the client that gives me permission to provide support to family. When I am able to get that form signed, I do notice a higher success rate; however it take a lot of trust for a client to agree to this and I make a point of not pressuring the issue.
