I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. For the first time in my mental health journey I felt heard. I am excited to continue and feel that I am in the best place for care. Staff were extremely helpful as well. 10/10 ✨

BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. I could go through the list of names, but it would be too long. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person.
Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support.
I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did to support both my child and our family.

I came here for my recovery, and at first I would say that I didnt like it, but that was making excuses for myself. But I stayed and graduated, this place tought me to learn patience and roll with changes that can come up in real life and not have to turn to drugs. Now im a peerlead helping others in the community to see the bright side of things and fight those urges we all get. This is hard thing to do alone, but if u build a community it becomes easier. They treat you with genuine care, compassion, and patience, even on the days when you struggle to believe in yourself.
I’m still learning, growing, and working through things — recovery is not always easy. But being here has given me real tools and real hope. Every therapist, tech, and counselor puts in the effort to help you understand what you’re going through and how to move forward in a healthier way. They celebrate the small victories with you and help you stay strong through the setbacks.

So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire!
I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat.
I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for.
I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do.
The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life.
I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety.

Had a great experience at Greenhouse. Unfortunately I’ve been to multiple treatment centers across the country, and Greenhouse is by far the best. Arturo was great. Greenhouse has truly saved/changed my life and rewired my way of thinking. The classes were extremely impactful, filled with knowledgeable information, and kept me in a solid routine everyday. If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.

I am so lucky to be able to go here and get medicine. It took a few years to get the meds right but it was worth it. I am happier than I have ever been and I don't feel worthless anymore. The people who work here deserve medals because I have seen them keep their cool around some nasty people. And I was one of those nasty people in the beginning. Thank god for this place and the people who run it. I'm so happy they didn't give up on me.

There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called:
"Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer"
It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"!
If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth?

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track.
I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year.
BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest...
I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

My son recently went there !! Sure wish they would have put him here in the beginning of his sentence!! He spent 6 months in Kyle correctional center!!! I was here in a short stay in July-september of 2020. Under COVID it was frustrating and very very diluted. It's a co-ed facility and they do NOT allow fraternizing. But yet I have met my partner for life. We do not recommend to take the chances and risks involved but man I'm happy we did. We credit, Cindy, Wycliffe, Ali, Annie, and the other staff members there. Without their strict policing we probably wouldn't have been so strong today.

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. I could go through the list of names, but it would be too long. Thank you lighthouse for giving me the why’s and the how’s on how to live a life beyond what I could have imagined a little over a year ago.

Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person.
Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support.
I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did to support both my child and our family.

I just got home from inpatient with Carrollton springs and I loved it, as much as I could with it being a mental health facility. Everyone was so nice and I really got the help I needed. The therapist Nitten Khana was absolutely amazing. The reason for the 4 stars though is just the disorganization of admin here. It wasn’t great. Other than that though I would highly recommend this facility

I am 6 months in fighting a battle with Kratom. I called Symetria 6 months ago and the next morning I was in the office in Arlington. When I walked in I was a mess, crying and scared. They took me in and helped me right away and took their time with me and the process was so easy to get started. I cannot tell you how much better I felt that day walking out of there. I am doing more than great because of myself and the team in Arlington- David, Misty, Kari, Anita and the docs are so patient and really care. They chose a plan perfect for me and keep an eye on me all the time, they are available 24/7. How ever they figured out how to do it, they did it right! I am thankful for them and will always recommend them. I advise anyone to please just reach out and make that first call.
