I m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.Everyone s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only got me sober , but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it.

I could not recommend Enterhealth Ranch more. The entire staff were professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to help you. You can tell they genuinely care about your sobriety. Autumn, in particular, showed compassion as she navigated me throughout my stay. Always answering my questions or concerns promptly. Every therapist I met was phenomenal. The property is beautiful and peaceful. You have your own room and can have cellphone- which is a plus. The food was great and nutritious. Kitchen staff were lovely. Everyone knows your name and asks how you are. Attend all the classes and get to know the other clients. I appreciated and learned so much from them. Enterhealth s unique, challenging curriculum taught me a lot about the disease of addiction and my part in it. How to challenge my thoughts and beliefs. I look forward to attending monthly Alumni events. I m also continuing my aftercare with their IOP program in Dallas. Could not thank Enterhealth enough for my jumpstart on this sobriety journey.

This is my first VA experience And I was surprisingly impressed! I got Cherry, Tony, and Rebecca as my team and they all seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and made progress with everyone of them. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

It seems like the VA is really stepping it up with the people they are hiring like Daniel Matthews in physical therapy. He was a therapist from Baylor and knew what was wrong in less than a minute. He wasn't rushing though in fact he took his time to show me the stretches and get them tensioned just right. I hope the VA keeps heading this direction.

The nurses and techs were all about you not being able to go home. They help you make it through your time being there. They make sure you have every thing you need or want. As long as it's okayed by your doctor. We got to go outdoors whenever the weather permitted. They did everything for us as people not inmates. Except for whenever we hadto go from different rooms. It wasn't so bad for my first time in a behavioral place to help me get better.

HSR gave me the tools, language and understanding on how to radically approach my healing and grief journey. 2.5 years post discharge and I'm still diving deep into trauma therapy and using the tools and understanding I gained at Healing Springs on a daily bases...... AND, I actually joined the staff here at HSR full-time 7 months ago! To work along side the same therapists and staff that saw me through my time here is indescribable. To share space in both worlds as a peer support and professional is an honor I'll never take lightly. Sharing my journey of hope with those who are sitting in the thick of their process brings a special connection and empathy. In the realm of residential treatment aka: rehabilitation. Nothing else compares to Healing Springs Ranch (herein called HSR). Your life is so fragile, don t sell yourself short, get your life back, I did. This is the place to go if you want help finally getting it done and/or if you re wanting to be healed. It works if you work at it. Also, I can attest to the entire facility including all the staff and the Licensed Professional Therapists (LPCs). As for the staff and most of the LPCs, they are there as recovered alcoholics and/or addicts themselves. They love helping every client every day, they understand what s going on in your head and can truly help you because they have been there too. The Staff has complete empathy for you, and because of the staff, HSR is not like the typical 30-day rehab. It s part of the staff s healing process to carry the message forward and share the lessons they ve learned with fellow alcoholics, addicts and those struggling with mental health and process addictions.I have been to several 30-day residential treatment facilities over the last 5-years, and I kept relapsing. And then I went to HSR with their 45-day Cognitive Therapy Program. Speaking of Cognitive Therapy, HSR has a Boatload of (LPCs) who are continuously there to help you understand what s causing you to drink and/or use drugs, for that matter anyone who is having to deal with Process Behavioral Issues. They help you get to the bottom of the WHY you re drinking and/or using, plus they have an on-staff Psychiatrist, Nurses & Dietician to help you physically and therapeutically heal both mind & body. It s a different type of facility that works if you complete and graduate from their 45-day program.Examples of Process Behavioral Issues could be anything such as codependency, depression, self-harm or self-sabotaging behaviors, suicidal ideations, frequent interrupting of others, excessive talking, ignoring instructions, outbursts of anger, physical aggression, spousal abuse and defiance towards authority figures, procrastination, social withdrawal, and difficulty regulating emotions.It's been working wonders for me and my fellow Alums who have Completed and Graduated from their program.

Kim is so kind and greets you when you walk in and makes you feel so welcome. Chris was amazing! He worked with me and got my strength back to be able to do more and go sailing again without being in major pain the next day. Thanks so much to Chris for all the hard work and dedication! I hope I don t have to come back (because it would mean I m injured again). However, the people here are so sweet I won t be too disappointed if I do have to return. Jayden and Cameron were also super nice and helped me stick to my routine and chatted with me to keep me motivated. This place is really awesome and made me feel so at home. I ll miss you all! This groups is the best! I have been to a ton of different PT companies in my past, and this is easily the best. Not only are the employees fantastic, professional, and friendly, but the main specialist (Doctor) Chris Troung is incredibly educated and and informational. This place really made a positive impact on my life. I gained knowledge of myself I wouldn't have if I never enrolled. The tools and skills I gained and was held accountable for have made me a better person overall. I was given the opportunity to come here and change my ways of life all thanks to the program and the staff. Wrote and published an article called:"Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer"It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"!If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth?Not interested in referring anyone to this program!

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. I truly owe a great and big Thank You to the entire staff, specially Cheri for putting up with me, even though I know she is probably crying because I'm gone. It's okay Cheri, I'm in a better place now, and that's thanks to Solutions.

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori s passion shined through just as Mark s and Brenda s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I attended The Meadows Texas in January of 2024 not knowing what to expect with this being my first time going to rehab. From the moment I was greeted by Kevin my anxiety was immediately put at ease. There are SO MANY staff members I am sincerely thankful for that words cannot express the gratitude I feel for them!Nurses Kayla, Hali, Tomsie, Deann, Leslie and Maureen to name a few although there are many others that truly had an impact on me during my stay there. Behavioral Health Techs James, Beth, Ebony, Amy, and Angie went above and beyond in their duties and helped me through the times I was at my lowest mentally, emotionally, and physically. Again, there were so many other staff members that I am so thankful for that aren't mentioned in this review.The food, facilities, and amenities were amazing! Between group therapy, individual therapy, equine therapy, lectures, and 12 step meetings the days are filled with all the tools needed to take control over your addiction. I could go on with all the good things I have to say about The Meadows but am trying to keep it brief. I'm so glad I chose this place!

Been coming here for years. This is not hyperbole, Siddhayatan Tirth helped me save myself over three years ago. The cows made me a vegetarian on my first visit (this is obviously a longer story, but my daughter likes to tell people that). I found a thread of myself there, a self I'd known and forgotten, a self that isn't a self because we are all one and everything is illusion (science), a foot back on my life path. Every time I return, I feel like I'm coming home. Try it out, you may find yourself there. You may find self love. You might just find a peaceful atmosphere and really yummy vegetarian food. If you take a course, you will learn something. If you do the work, you will grow. It's a safe place to just be you. No, it isn't perfect. You might have to find someone if you need something, but everyone is kind and wants to help. In all the many winter trips I've taken there, I've never been cold in the rooms. All the rooms I've stayed in have a self controlled pilot light heater and wall unit AC.I'm a well traveled, overly opinionated, neurodivergent, scientifically-minded woman, and I come back here again and again because there is no other place that gives me such peace, such hope, such momentum as Siddhayatan Tirth no matter how many minor annoyances I experience (I'm sooo easily irritated by silly things like having to ask for things or when things aren't as expected schedule-wise or physically) haha...if I can relax, you've got a chance).

Mom and Daughter get away to Discover [our] Purpose. Wanted to disconnect from our normal and demonstrate to my minor that there are multiple ways of living and finding happiness and peace.The patrons, monks, and staff were all very encouraging making both of us feel welcome, but more importantly, providing a safe place to learn, grow, and develop in a positively uplifting environment without shame. (High school girls can be so mean to each other! What am I saying adult women can be too. And more so to ourselves.)The minimalist set up in the wilderness provided ample time and the right place to have deep conversations (a mother s dream) without all the distractions of social media and friends. My daughter told me that this place made her better appreciate the luxuries she had back home. (Another parenting win!!)We journaled, walked the grounds with our pups, and set goals with the information we learned. They demonstrated several practices and ways of being that resonated with us and provided experiential/empirically supported proof that the practices are sound; they do what they say they are going to do.The overall experience provided us time to bond - connecting there and at home while reviewing what we ve learned. Would highly recommend for any parent-child retreat.

Our wonderful daughter was born at this wonderful facility a year ago today. Dr. Thalapureddy was extremely kind, empathizing and accommodating us in his schedule. Speaking to him shows how experienced he is in doing what he s been tasked to do. He s the kind of doctor you would always want to be around as he explains every step of the process while also making all his efforts look effortless. My wife words: we will follow for our baby number 3 due in June, where ever Dr. Thalapureddy will be serving, so we are hoping he is still working at this facility when we start looking around for his services this April 2 months before my wife is due. Came here for help with GAD and Major Depression, and learned so, SO much to help. Very small, and friendly, with a max of ~10 adolescents , normally in 2 groups, with adults getting help in the other half of the building (no contact with the adolescents).No suffocating surveillance, while making sure we are all safe and okay. Pretty much no aggressive or threatening behavior allowed, whether towards others, authority, or your self, so no need to worry about any harm coming from being here.We all have blood drawn as well as a urine sample when we first come, and see the therapists, doctor, nurse, and psychiatrist on our first or second day.The adolecent therapists, Amber and Neelima, are skilled at helping you process, and teaching you as much as they can. Davis, the school liason (and so much more) and Gerald are wonderful people who help us in general and are there to talk to for help or just hang out with during lunch and school time. The nurse, Tanya, is super friendly, and the Psychiatrist, Dr.Tiaba is wonderful at balancing, perscribing, or weaning medications, and she spends time with you (10-40 minutes, every Tuesday and Thursday normally), working to help you change your mindset with helpful metaphors and reality checks.I'm so thankful that I've been able to come here, and stay for so long (8-9 weeks!), as they work very hard to help with insurance and schools.Stepping from PHP to IOP is hardly different, with one less Physiatrist visit a week, and everything else about the group and schedule remains the same, so that you can continue your progress with just as much attention.You normally have one Family session a week, as the therapists recognize that it's never just one person, and everything plays off each family member. They help provide support for the adolescents to speak truthfully with parents while keeping the conversations safe and productive.If you are looking for a place to send your struggling teen or are a teen looking for help before it's too late, please consider Change's.
