I was in a really bad place when I was admitted. Severe anxiety, depression was off the charts and on the verge of taking my own life. Going to green oaks was the one of the very best decision I have made in my life!! The staff on the restore unit was very pivotal in my recovery. One very important person that I want to give a huge thank you to is a great nurse by the name of BERKELEY!!! SHE SAVED MY LIFE!!! When I was done with the intake process I was taken to the restore unit and shown to my room. As I said earlier I was in a very bad head space and had zero control of my mind. Fear and anxiety had taken over and had consumed me. I was hallucinating and fight or flight had kicked into high gear. BERKELEY noticed it and jumped in to action she came to me and did everything she could to try to settle my brain down, a huge task she had if I'm honest. But she was relentless she talked to me for a while and she was getting worried. She decided she really needed to check my blood pressure because of what my mind was putting me thru and the fact I couldn't calm down. I can not thank her enough for doing that, had she not I surely would have had a stroke or heart attack. My blood pressure was thru the roof!! It was so high she called the doctor at home on a Saturday night!The next day I could remember someone helping me but not a name or a face. A few days later someone walked up and said " Willard how are you feeling?" I recognized the voice.. it was her, this was the voice I remembered, this was the nurse who saved my life!!! BERKELEY thank you so much!!!So will say things like that's her job or that's what she is paid for. I get that but as someone who has spent a ton of time at children's hospital with one of my daughters A GREAT NURSE THAT WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND IS A RARE!!I Also want to mention a couple other people that really helped me. My NP Jessica really took the time to listen to me and worked with me to find the right combination of medication. Most doctors just throw meds at you and say let's see what happens. Not this one. She really cares for her patients. The techs were awesome!! Ms. Donna, Abby, Juanita and can't forget Bree!! There is also Betsy who really helped me to process some things as well as giving me some great advice on how to explain things to my kids.The people I mentioned above helped me to get through a very tough time in my life. March 1st 2025 will always be an important day for me as I almost lost my life twice that day. But also because that was the day I has myself admitted to Green Oaks Hospital and started my mental health recovery.Thank all of you for going above and beyond for me. You all will forever be in my thoughts and prayers!!!If you struggle with mental health i highly recommend this place. So much so that when my fiance started to struggle I took her here as well because I knew she would be cared for properly!!!!

Hunt Regional Hospital is amazing I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy March 14 their maternity unit is amazing Nurses and Doct are very helpful and informational. My husband was admitted through the ER and ended up staying for 4 days. Everyone from the er to the 4th floor where he spent his stay were the best. Friendly,courteous, compassionate,professional. My husband had a team of doctors and nurses who gave him the best care after finding out that he had a serious illness. Huge "Well Done" to the nurses on the 4th floor. From the charge nurses to medication staff to ,vitals nurses to doctors to specialists, staff bringing food and providing cleaning. We are so thankful for everything you did for my husband and my peace of mind. We hope you all are blessed for the work that you do. Thank you.

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori s passion shined through just as Mark s and Brenda s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I attended The Meadows Texas in January of 2024 not knowing what to expect with this being my first time going to rehab. From the moment I was greeted by Kevin my anxiety was immediately put at ease. There are SO MANY staff members I am sincerely thankful for that words cannot express the gratitude I feel for them!Nurses Kayla, Hali, Tomsie, Deann, Leslie and Maureen to name a few although there are many others that truly had an impact on me during my stay there. Behavioral Health Techs James, Beth, Ebony, Amy, and Angie went above and beyond in their duties and helped me through the times I was at my lowest mentally, emotionally, and physically. Again, there were so many other staff members that I am so thankful for that aren't mentioned in this review.The food, facilities, and amenities were amazing! Between group therapy, individual therapy, equine therapy, lectures, and 12 step meetings the days are filled with all the tools needed to take control over your addiction. I could go on with all the good things I have to say about The Meadows but am trying to keep it brief. I'm so glad I chose this place!

If you want a way out of that hell hole called addiction this is the place to go. This place has literally saved my life. The staff here are so caring and understanding of addiction because most of them are in recovery as well. I gotta say Nay is my favorite though. Will is pretty awesome as well but i could go on and on with how much each and every one one of them have had a positive impact on my recovery!!! I m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.Everyone s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only got me sober , but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it.

I could not recommend Enterhealth Ranch more. The entire staff were professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to help you. You can tell they genuinely care about your sobriety. Autumn, in particular, showed compassion as she navigated me throughout my stay. Always answering my questions or concerns promptly. Every therapist I met was phenomenal. The property is beautiful and peaceful. You have your own room and can have cellphone- which is a plus. The food was great and nutritious. Kitchen staff were lovely. Everyone knows your name and asks how you are. Attend all the classes and get to know the other clients. I appreciated and learned so much from them. Enterhealth s unique, challenging curriculum taught me a lot about the disease of addiction and my part in it. How to challenge my thoughts and beliefs. I look forward to attending monthly Alumni events. I m also continuing my aftercare with their IOP program in Dallas. Could not thank Enterhealth enough for my jumpstart on this sobriety journey.

So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire!I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat.I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for.I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do.The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life.I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety.I'll be a proud member of their Alumni program, and maybe one day, I'll see who reads this review at the Alumni group as well!

This facility has been a blessing to my life. I was referred here by another facility and I m so grateful I got the opportunity to come here instead. All the staff has been amazing and have given me hope that I too can stay clean and one day be in their position. I ve attended other facilities that are 75-90 day programs and I feel that I ve gotten more out of my time here (30 days) than I did out of the others. I appreciate everyone s dedication to each and every one of us and I can t stress enough how grateful I am to have found this place. This place is one of the best places to go to for drug and alcohol rehabilitation. The staff listens to your needs and work very hard to make sure you get what you need. There is plenty of recreational activities to do, like horseback riding and zip lining. On Friday night there is karaoke and Saturday night there is trivia. They do a lot to keep your mine on your recovery like housekeeping and the do your laundry. This place is just awesome and that is an understatement!

Edit update 1-8-2024I just received a bill for $577.06 from Bicycle Health for a visit I had on February 16, 2023 almost a year later. I have been on phone with insurance company and Bicycle Health and insurance company is saying denied because they must of coded it wrong. I can't get anyone else to help with this. The visit clearly states $199 a month so I have no idea why they are even charging me $577.06 for a visit. I have good credit . I owe nothing to anyone. Credit is spotless so if I don't pay they will put this on my credit. I will remove this review if someone from Bicycle Health will call me and bill me correctly which is $199 . This has just causedunnecessary stress. I will pay the $199 if you will help straighten this up please. My insurance has paid all year no problems with a $20 copay. I can't believe I'm slapped with a $577 bill almost a year later.Probably like everyone else I thought this may be a scam but I was willing to give it a shot to keep my life. It definitely is NOT a scam. I have been seeing doctor just for a few weeks now and so far I am impressed. The nurse is the nicest person I think I have ever met in the medical field. I don't talk about my past and everything I have gone through ever but she made me feel so comfortable sharing with her. I have been on pain pills since 2008 due to several injuries and surgeries. This year alone I have had two surgeries and although I stopped pills for a few years I had to restart this year because of surgeries that I had and need. I knew where this was headed. Back to the circle of draining account buying pain pills. Losing my life again. I am so grateful for Bicycle Health. Just a few short weeks and I already know my life will stay on track. If you are hesitant about calling and making appointment, don't be. This is 100 legit. I live in Texas so they take my health insurance. Even if they don't take insurance it is $199 affordable. Best thing I have done this year. Get out of that terrible circle. Take the chance and call them. You got this. You are worth it. The app is super easy to use and they also have support groups.

TLDR: It saved my life.I m driving out to the ranch now to watch a friend graduate with a couple of other alumni pleasantly reminiscing and commiserating on our past time there. Looking back, I m giving 5 stars to this place, not because I loved my time there (it was fing tough), but because my time there impacted my life in a way other places haven t been able to. If you re a parent, a sibling, a spouse, or a significant other wondering Why tf can t he/she get this!? Why can t they stop? Can t they see they re killing me and themselves? We ve been through this rigmarole over and over, and we re at our wits end and financially drained. Or if you re the addict thinking I m so over this BS. What s the point. Nothings worked .AA is a joke, and treatment is a scam. then this may be a good place for you. Over 17 years, I ve been in and out of treatments from California, Minnesota, California, Utah, out to New Jersey. 30, 60, 90, and even a 12-month program. I ve hit the big names; Hazelden, The Retreat, Alina Lodge, Jaywalker Lodge, Michael s House, and a litany in Southern California. Nothing seemed to work. Finally, I landed in Kaufman, TX (honestly, one of the last states I cared to visit) and was presented with the difficult journey and option that is Burning Tree Recovery Ranch. I was in inpatient treatment for 17 months and 1 week .but hey, who s counting, and have been in their aftercare program now for 7 months, scheduled to complete in 5. This journey has been nothing short of a miracle. The treatment while in inpatient can be grueling and ridiculous, but hey, my behavior for the last 26 years (13-39) was beyond ridiculous to the point of terroristic, antisocial, and dangerous, so I d say I was met with an adequate force. A ridiculous place, with ridiculous rules, for ridiculous people, some would say. Long story short, I ve never been kept sober this long and felt so involved in life. I m supporting myself and show up as a productive and invested member of society, which I ve been incapable of achieving for any sustainable amount of time. Thank you to all those who have made this possible both inside and outside of BTTR, but especially thank you to the staff who showed up and fought head-on with me until I was ready to surrender. Kim is so kind and greets you when you walk in and makes you feel so welcome. Chris was amazing! He worked with me and got my strength back to be able to do more and go sailing again without being in major pain the next day. Thanks so much to Chris for all the hard work and dedication! I hope I don t have to come back (because it would mean I m injured again). However, the people here are so sweet I won t be too disappointed if I do have to return. Jayden and Cameron were also super nice and helped me stick to my routine and chatted with me to keep me motivated. This place is really awesome and made me feel so at home. I ll miss you all! I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

It seems like the VA is really stepping it up with the people they are hiring like Daniel Matthews in physical therapy. He was a therapist from Baylor and knew what was wrong in less than a minute. He wasn't rushing though in fact he took his time to show me the stretches and get them tensioned just right. I hope the VA keeps heading this direction.

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

The nurses and techs were all about you not being able to go home. They help you make it through your time being there. They make sure you have every thing you need or want. As long as it's okayed by your doctor. We got to go outdoors whenever the weather permitted. They did everything for us as people not inmates. Except for whenever we hadto go from different rooms. It wasn't so bad for my first time in a behavioral place to help me get better.

Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

This is a great facility and program. The staff is amazing! I took off one star because the billing department at corporate is incompetent. Make sure you are well educated on your insurance coverage and know the financial process at the center ahead of time to avoid stress and frustration.

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. I am now happily married to my high-school sweetheart and expecting our first child in just a few months. Jessica was my 1:1 counselor and I remember Dr. Fred very well.
