Basepoint has been everything we needed and I wish I found them sooner! I was scared to call and not be able to afford a stellar program for my kid - but they offered a payment plan that fit my budget and removed that hurdle for me quickly. Please don’t let fear of cost keep you from making an appointment! the day we had our intake appointment I cried happy tears knowing my child was finally somewhere GOOD! They even offer transportation to and from the program which is so helpful! Que is the best driver around! The staff has an amazing way of connecting, getting on their level and truly mapping out their success WITH them and not just FOR them. My child felt very hands on with her healing which made a huge impact. They listened to my concerns and observations at home and helped build a real village for me as we went through this. Courtney was my child’s counselor and we wish we could keep her forever! So many breakthroughs and advances in mindset were achieved by how she conducts her connections. Marleny made handling our ISD so smooth; both she and Courtney helped fight for things we needed upon her return to school. Miss Kim the program specialist always made her look forward to coming in person. Crystal at the front desk was always welcoming, helpful and has the lobby smelling like a 5 star resort! We are sad to leave our new found village but are grateful for where life is headed with bigger dreams, bigger tools and better familial communication than when we enrolled. Healing isn’t linear and everyone’s journey will be different - but I promise this program will make an incredible change for both you and your child if you give them the opportunity. Basepoint Breakthrough has been exactly what I needed. The staff here is so kind, and their focus is always on what is best for you and your specific journey. They work hard to provide the upmost care that best fits your needs. I was so impressed at the communication and dedication at Basepoint as well. I was never left out of the loop of my care. I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track.
I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year.
BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest...
I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

This is in regards to their Early Childhood Intervention program. My son was 2.5 years old when he had his evaluation by the ECI staff and was set to start services. He started 2-3 weeks after the evaluation. He had at-home services with Margarita Perez from August til beginning of April which was his 3rd birthday. He thrived so much with her and she was so incredibly kind, and very considerate if we were sick. Although, I tried not to miss barely any appts. My son loved her and was always extremely excited to see her every week. Some weeks, twice a week. I was impressed by the quality of service. We were on a sliding scale and paid under $30 a month for 4 sessions a month. Completely doable. Not only was I able to get my son quality care for his developmental and speech delay here, they helped me get him into Plano ISD Isaacs Early Childhood school for completely free. I pay nothing for my now preschooler to go there and he is thriving like no other. I’m beyond thankful for the extremely low cost to nearly free services plus being able to get my child in local top rated preschool for FREE beyond Lifepaths program and they even gave me a list of outside speech therapy beyond their program since my son has aged out. Resources on top of resources. So thankful! And everything was seamless from day 1 to the end.

I just came to say the staff really do make this place. I’ve been here about 4 times in the adolescent unit and each time the staff have helped me alott. I recommend this hospital a lot it’s definitely the better one out of the options here compared to what goes on at some of the other ones from my experience. Although a little overstimulating and annoying for me at times I’ve personally never had a bad or horrible experience with the hospital itself or the staff. I really just came here to personally shout Mrs. Taz especially she’s suchhhh a cool and nice person definitely played a big part in my progress and comfortability and the therapist here are amazinggg they really take their time with you and getting to know you and what you’re dealing with. I became quite comfortable with them all but especially Darius he’s the goat fr!! He helped me in so many ways and I’ll forever be thankful for him and really all the staff I got to know pretty well even Mrs. Heidi and Janise. I don’t know if they’ll see this but I hope they do they’ll know who it’s from lol but in the event that they do I miss yalll and I’m forever grateful for you guys. like I said I won’t be back but I hope yall are doing well and I wish yalll the bestt!

Okay, so I have a couple of things I want to share. First off, I gave Seay Center a 5/5 because of their staff which includes mental health techs, nurses, and doctors when available. Other than that, there is no way this place as a whole should be considered a 5 when most of their services would fall under a 2.5 or a 3 star. And while this may be true, the staff makes up for that lack of quality and with them, you truly feel like you’re getting a five star experience. They try to connect and even act goofy, so that you feel comfortable being you even if you are not a hundred percent yourself at the time. Unfortunately, I am over-qualified to discuss Seay Center since I have been there 3x in the past few years. Each time was different, but one thing did not change - the staff. They never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed or like I’m not doing enough as a patient to get better. Honestly, if you ever end up here, you’re in good hands and if you think your not, find the following people: Taz (mainly works with adolescents though), Kenina, Mike, Katrina, Debbie, Hiedi, Kim, Kianndria, Winnie, and Brittany. Shout to (most) of the staff, but especially these folks because they were a HUGE help!

I juss wanna say man I ain’t wanna be there when I first got there . I’m 15 I got a life fr just made some dumb choices? Aye.. the tech nurses ladies on the kids side changed my life fr. Huge shout out to MRS TAZ AND MY AUNTIE. Naw she wasn’t my real auntie but she let me call her that cause I never could get her name right . She wore pink all the time fr and man look I don’t like that color but everytime I see it I smile cause I think of her . Real talk they looked out for me and gave me some real life advice. Ima miss them ladies man. I hope they good. I hope they stay good and keep doin good . Real respect real and that’s what this place gave me real talk. I went in suicidal and homicidal last week on Monday and was released Monday of this week. They tweaked my medication. I am doing fine. Faculty numbers were representative for the number of patients. One on one was present as well. If people complain about not enough staff then go in with a need for someone to be assigned. If not that bad stop complaining. They accommodate as needed.

My son was admitted here and I'm a living witness I prayed to God the reviews was not true because my son truly needed the help which he got. I'm so happy my child was here most importantly from the doctors,the treatment plan manager,nurses and the whole staff was AMAZING!!!! any questions(phone calls) I had was always answered by the staff with so much respect towards me and family. The facility was very clean which was a great environment and a plus for my child. With his discharge plan we was still giving extra help and alot of great resourses my child came out looking great and I know we got aways to go with his treatment plan God got him and so does his village but with patience and greatness from a facility that did a awesome job and truly is concerned about there patients it truly means alot from a concerned mother.... My experience with Homeward bound back in the day was a great one. I was in the process of trying to be admitted recently and it ended up taking 4 days before I was told no. I have the distinct problem of taking benzodiazepines and being addicted to Fentanyl. This facility is for simple detox only. They have other programs but my experience is with the detox part. I like the people they are great but they have their limits and they know it. Listen when the nurse sends you away and keeps making you jump through hoops. That is her passive aggressive no and im not sure why they dont just say no instead of making people go to doctors and get prescriptions changed just so the nurse can bring in security and tell you they don't think you will be able to come to the program after all. Detoxing off benzos and opiates was too much for them. This isn't a resort set up not a vacation. DETOX ! BRING CIGARETTES ! YOU SMOKE AFTER EVERY MEAL AND PEOPLE WANNA BUM one every meal. This place is good for a simple detox. No bells no whistles you get in you get out. the staff is very nice they help you get funding or you set up a payment plan but funding is available. The kitchen has decent meals three times a day. After every meal you get smoke breaks. There are no groups you don't have to sit in group at all for any reason .They put out desserts for snacks in between meals for all the sugar addicts. It's a 5 to 7-Day detox depending on the funding and how much you got in your system Max is 7 days.

Homeward Bound was the greatest experience I have ever been involved with, I love the food and they bus the clients to church 2 times a week and they feed you at both churches, I love 2nd Chance over in farmers branch, the staff is Amazing, Ms. Stephanie, Ms Donna, and the counselors that I didn't mention I love y'all, Ms Michelle, Ms Melissa, Mr.Darrell , AC in detox the entire nursing staff Mr. Mark the driver, I am still doing well, may Homeward Bound continue to be Blessed to keep saving lives. Had a little bumpy start but I'm a very complicated case. I have liver cancer along with some other medical issues and have been in treatment for over 6 years. I was looking for a new clinic when I found MAT. I met the doctor, super compassionate and very knowledgeable. You can tell this Dr. doesnt treat people in recovery like another number. The Dr. Taylor is absolutely gorgeous. I usually don't like redheads but he is yummy and very personable. I probably sound like a wretched old woman saying such things but no says it's the only joy I have sometimes. Lol (jk) I am just a little out of because they won't fill out and sign my home health order that my agency gave me so I can get my community attendant back already. Been a whole month and it doesn't take a month to fill out half a page and fax it. Come on you are killing me here

We are beyond grateful to have Dr. Leisel Mills,NP at the JPS Stop Six Center. She is absolutely amazing! I used to accompany my husband to every doctor’s visit, but with Dr. Mills, I feel completely at ease knowing he is in such capable hands.
She is incredibly thorough, taking the time to address every concern and ensuring her patients fully understand their care. Her kind and warm demeanor creates such a comforting atmosphere, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients.

I came in from out of town and needed a meeting. The last time I attended a Lewisville Group was 20 years ago or so when they were located on Main Street. They moved to mill street and have now moved off of 121. Great people with great recovery. It's what this addict needed.

This is my second go around with receiving treatment from the Brentwood stair clinic, and each time has been more than pleasant. I absolutely love this clinic, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone out there struggling with addiction. It work for me the first time, and I know it will work for me this time!! I drive from Burleson specifically to this clinic because I like it way better than their mccart clinic, or other clinic in fort worth. I always feel at home here, Angela at the front desk is fantastic in every way possible, the counselors are amazing, nurse staff always listen to what my needs are and make it happen, the doctor is phenomenal, and overall this clinic has changed my life once, and I know it will change my life for the best once again, as I can already tell since I have only been back for a little over a month now, and I have been clean the whole time, thanks to methadone and the clinic and staff who make the clinic work so well.
