I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

As the parent of a loved one who is addicted to alcohol, I highly commend the services provided to him and to our whole family while he was a resident at Lighthouse Recovery in Dallas, Texas. Lighthouse provided a supportive environment and a treatment regimen that was individually tailored to his needs, his strengths, and his weaknesses. Even when he suffered setbacks, the staff continued to provide structure, support, and encouragement to succeed. During his time at Lighthouse, his case manager, Michael, provided regular updates on his progress in weekly phone calls to us family members, and he was always accessible when we had questions or concerns. Even when my son chose to leave Lighthouse so that he could resume drinking, the Lighthouse staff stayed in touch with him every day to make sure he was safe, and they eventually were able to persuade him to enter a long-term rehab program.

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. When I came here fresh out of rehab, I was in a rough spot, and honestly, I didn’t know if I’d ever pull myself together. But you all took me in, gave me a place to get my head straight, and most importantly, you never gave up on me—even when I wasn’t making it easy.
You guys stuck by me through everything, and because of that, I’ve been able to grow into someone I never thought I could be. I’ve learned so much here, not just about staying sober but about being a better person—someone who’s responsible, who thinks before he acts, and who actually wants to build a real future. That means more than I can put into words.
The staff here is seriously amazing. Mike Jones, Michael Fowler, Frankie Gomez, Bryce Hand, Joshua Stoddard, and Brooke Keels—you guys are the backbone of this place. Each of you brings something different to the table, and together, you create a space where people like me get a real chance at a new life. You’re patient, you understand what we’re going through, and you actually care—which isn’t something you find everywhere.

I went here back in 2017 and the instructor (not sure of his name or title) was amazing! He was a Hispanic man. Very well educated and super helpful. Helped me to learn to control my quick to anger ways and realized I was being toxic in my behavior. It has forever changed how I react to things and I’m beyond grateful that I was court ordered (best thing to happen to me) to come here.

I had a great experience at Addicare. Don't trust these other bad reviews. I'm sure they are from people that didn't do what they were supposed to do. Everyone in the classes I attended loved them. Jay makes them fun and you learn so much! Judy is also a delight. You won't find a better school anywhere around, I assure you!

Hello everyone, I really love this place it is amazing!!
I buy the dress and the white sandals, I knew it was go into be expensive, was my first time I’ll definitely comeback.
Also I’m Hispanic and when I was inside some of the clients look at me like if i didn’t have money to buy. 🧐. But. but do not go with appearances, because we never knows who’s can make a purchase of more than 1,000 dollars.
when you looking for a good quality cost money.
Those people who Say there is expensive they don’t know, how it is I do have a business and I know. sometimes people tell me the same thing. That I charger so expensive but when is a good “Quality it cost money.”!

I have had a great experience overall at WTCR .Debbie (Director) and Jackie (my counselor) are wonderful people! Without WTCR I would be dead!! People want to gripe about how hard the program is or whatever but guess what….. you’re still breathing to be able to whine about it, so be grateful!
99.9% of the people including myself would be dead without WTCR especially with the fentanyl laced drugs going around these days.
Thank you Jackie and Debbie for all the time and effort you have put in.

I’ll Give this location at Market Center Blvd a 10 all day long! I’ve been clean and sober for almost five years and I do mean nothing! If it was not given to me by a doctor then I don’t take it! I absolutely love the entire staff here, and they see your achievements and therefore reward you for all your hard work. Yes we all struggle but, we know the hours to make sure you don’t miss out! I received my first take home 9 days after they seen my counselor at the other place was not a person that needs to work with people in this type of place. She is a probation officer in her second job and brings it to the program and has put me on two different probations totaling 5 years of having to be there by 7am or no dose! But the WTCR In Dallas has a wonderful and caring staff???? , they always have a beautiful smile to greet me with. And my counselor absolutely went to bat for me and I thank her as well as Debbie and Dr. Michael’s!! I want to say please come here or somewhere to get help! ????
