Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.
Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).
Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.
I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

My experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff and professional therapists treated me with respect, warmth and kindness. Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. I firmly believe any individual in their care that “puts in the work” will be justly rewarded in their experience. I would highly recommend Enterhealth Ranch.

Tioga, TX | Healing Springs Ranch in Tioga, Texas, is a substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder inpatient treatment facility for adults. While here, you will work with a team that will get to know you and your history of substance use, so that they | Treatments Programs Payment Options | HSR partners with the client on a journey whether it is for mental health, trauma or addictive patterns. Just because someone goes to treatment does not mean they are ready for it. We are often there at our lowest moments and unhealthy. There is agency on the client to embrace their own journey. What I like the most about the HSR curriculum is that it is diverse. They are not endoctrinated to one model as one model does not fit all. They introduce you to many tools so we can pick the ones that serve each of us. We also know that if a tool stops working for us, there are others out there. Recovery is a journey. Not a destination.

When I referred one of my clients to treatment, he replied, “I’ve sent my wife to these places before. They take my money and do nothing, but I get to tell my friends I tried. She needs healing, not this.” I understand where he’s coming from as I’ve read similar stories in the media.
HOWEVER, those experiences are the exact OPPOSITE of the care given at Healing Springs Ranch.
I’ve had the joy and honor of getting to know Rachel and Melissa the last two years. I’ve heard how they talk about the business after hours and I've seen the work they put in to make HSR amazing.
They are creative in their programming, dedicated to their clients, and committed to doing the right thing.
You’re not there to play on your phone and do your own thing. This ain’t Celebrity Rehab.
Their program goes beyond the addiction and drills down to the trauma that caused the addiction. When that trauma is explored, understood, and healed, a new, healthy lifestyle begins.
It’s amazing (and hard not to cry) when you see a family member hug these two women and says, “You gave me my son back”.
If your family is ready, Healing Springs Ranch is your greatest hope.

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

As a licensed professional counselor with 30 years in practice, TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) is the biggest game changer I have ever encountered. To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

They offer supervised medical treatment to safely manage withdrawal symptoms during detoxification, residential care providing long | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Reason for care: severe complex PTSD and MDD with psychotic symptoms. Paranoia and Cotard's Delusion.
I liked the people here alot. Came in with deep delusions and paranoia. Shakin like chihuahua, noncompliant, hid from everyone, jumpy, the works. Was a damn mess. Yet they treated me with deep care the whole time. I balanced out on meds and felt human and put together again. They took attempts seriously but werent dicks about it. Had good safety tactics and deescalation methods. And even high needs mentally disabled were handled with respect and care I rarely saw when I worked on the other side of things as a tech in teen inpatient long term care and for mentally disabled people as well. They respected and accommodated my disabilities and mobility aids. And even advocated for me multiple times.
The nurses, techs and the hijabi nurse practioner(Im sorry maam I was too deluded at the time to recall your name in our interactions.) Mister Jason and Mister Lee were outstanding nurses. And techs like the recreational tech, Miss Hollie, and the older black male tech especially who I adored the most of the staff. The latter truly went above and beyond in every aspect of his job. Again I was too out of it at first to recall his name. But even when I was extremely agitated and paranoid and didnt eat or sleep out of deluded beliefs for the first 26hr he always spoke to me gently, never took it personally, offered, was delightfully funny, truly seemed to have real compassion and love for the people he cared for. Truly made me second my own deep paranoia even in the worst of it because of how authentically nonjudgemental and empathetic he was. I wish I knew your name sir. You deserve all the appreciation in the world just like Mister Jason as well(sorry Mister Lee he beat you by a small margin.)
I have a rough history with Christianity personally. And am now jewish. Yet the chaplain Mr. Randy's group therapy was fantastic. And to an equal degree was the veteran and group therapist Miss Tillie. Their groups never failed to meet people where they were. Were realistic in goals for each person. Answered any and all questions. And people early in their recovery or much further along and experienced like myself all found useful, insightful and life changing information at each. It never felt obligatory to me to go out for group once I wasnt paranoid.
My only issue with this place? One of the social workers(again I was out of it and forgot her name) was extremely professional, nuanced and delightful. She intake interviewed me despite my actual one being Miss Bridget. And met with me a few times and was extremely great. Her counterpart Miss Bridget was awful. She only met with me when with nurse and only then to chime in vaguely. I was there a week. She was supposed to be meeting with me and gameplanning my care. She didnt. I tried to request for insight multiple times and she actively ignored the nurses and techs who asked for me and seemed just as confused at her negligence. She only met with me minutes before I left. And when I asked more specific questions she was a bit taken aback even though they were normal? Like am I to go into PHP/IOP or other care after this or return to normal care? She answered vaguely and with the undercurrent of someone who thought the whole thing was a waste of her time. Truly just not a good social worker in the slightest. Shed be polite and smile. Ill give her that. But when it comes to accessibility and reliability she is terrible.
The hijabi nurse was a fantastic one. Nuanced, will take you seriously, careful, considerate but also realistic. And when she found out about my delusional-based SI she explained what had to happen. That it wasnt punishment. Just to protect me from myself. And i understood. The other nurse? Atrocious. She was a well dressed black female. She was capable, accessible and consistent. But her care truly uncaring. She will look at you deadpan and ask the basic 4 questions. Thats it. Terrible.
Speaking of terrible Miss Kinetta(?) aka Miss K? Rude, disrespectful to all, jaded

Sophia , a social worker at Medical City Behavioral Health in McKinney has been an absolute blessing to our family. Her knowledge and clinical expertise has been evident in every interaction, and she approaches her work with professionalism and genuine compassion.
She took the time to listen carefully, explain their process clearly, and ensure that our relative felt seen, heard, and supported. During a very sensitive and emotional time, Sophia provided steady guidance and reassurance that made a meaningful difference.
The level of care she demonstrates goes beyond my expectation. In my opinion, she truly cares about the well-being of those she serves. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

Dallas, TX | Lighthouse Recovery Texas is located in Dallas, Texas, where they provide clinical outpatient and residential programs for those experiencing a drug or alcohol addiction. Their personalized and comprehensive approach to care begins with an acute rehabilitation program and continues through a sober living environment. They are accredited by The Joi | Treatments Programs Payment Options | When I walked into Lighthouse on October 22, 2025, I had no idea what to expect. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me.
Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months.
Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery.
I was all-in.
Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program.
The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime.
It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers.
You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility.

I am a former client and alumni of lighthouse recovery, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Almost all of the people working here are alumni of the program itself and it shows, they truly put in all the effort to go the extra mile and show that they do care. I come back frequently to visit and see everyone

Our son has been in Lighthouse’s sober living program for the past ten months. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction.
Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system.
His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust.
The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success.
Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce.
We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. They have stood in between our son and his addiction in a way our family could not have and they provided a safe haven for him to begin sobriety,
Lighthouse Recovery has our highest recommendation and confidence.

Argyle, TX | Since 1996, the Sante Center for Healing has offered sustainable recovery solutions to individuals and families experiencing drug and alcohol addiction. Their premier rehab center utilizes traditional and innovative methodologies and approaches to substance abuse treatment. It is situated on top of one of the county's largest hills and spans more t | Treatments Programs Payment Options | They would not approve my Zepbound shot for 3 weeks so I gained 40 pounds in 41 days. I went from 200 pounds when I went in to 240 pounds when I was finally able to check after I left. They have a habit of taking forever and dragging their feet when it comes to approving anything medically necessary outside of their prescribed regimen. But, that's really my main complaint with the facility. Otherwise, the staff and community is very nice.
