I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. Everything about the place showed they they truly care. Mr. Raj has really turned that place around. You can feel it — the environment, the staff, the program — it all works together to actually help people heal. This is the best placeto get help!

I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

My experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff and professional therapists treated me with respect, warmth and kindness. Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. I firmly believe any individual in their care that “puts in the work” will be justly rewarded in their experience. I would highly recommend Enterhealth Ranch.

HSR partners with the client on a journey whether it is for mental health, trauma or addictive patterns. Just because someone goes to treatment does not mean they are ready for it. We are often there at our lowest moments and unhealthy. There is agency on the client to embrace their own journey. What I like the most about the HSR curriculum is that it is diverse. They are not endoctrinated to one model as one model does not fit all. They introduce you to many tools so we can pick the ones that serve each of us. We also know that if a tool stops working for us, there are others out there. Recovery is a journey. Not a destination.

When I referred one of my clients to treatment, he replied, “I’ve sent my wife to these places before. They take my money and do nothing, but I get to tell my friends I tried. She needs healing, not this.” I understand where he’s coming from as I’ve read similar stories in the media. HOWEVER, those experiences are the exact OPPOSITE of the care given at Healing Springs Ranch. I’ve had the joy and honor of getting to know Rachel and Melissa the last two years. I’ve heard how they talk about the business after hours and I've seen the work they put in to make HSR amazing. They are creative in their programming, dedicated to their clients, and committed to doing the right thing. You’re not there to play on your phone and do your own thing. This ain’t Celebrity Rehab. Their program goes beyond the addiction and drills down to the trauma that caused the addiction. When that trauma is explored, understood, and healed, a new, healthy lifestyle begins. It’s amazing (and hard not to cry) when you see a family member hug these two women and says, “You gave me my son back”. If your family is ready, Healing Springs Ranch is your greatest hope.

This place is great. The staff and the patients were awesome. I didn’t feel like I needed to go in there at first, but once I was there for a few days and even toward the end, I realize that I really did need to be there. And I just had a great time. Honestly, I met some great people staff and patients alike and I almost wanna go back. I absolutely love the place. It was really awesome. I've had both great help and not so great.unfortunately only one social worker had my best interest and did everything possible to help her name was Emily. The music therapy was good also.My belief is that all the nurses were very professional and I want to personally thank both of the nurse names Robert. The kitchen staff was excellent and food I thought was tremendous.Much thanks to the Dr'S also. I wanted to add another thank you for how your entire staff treated me again and again...it is very refreshing to know that if I believe I need help with my emotions and reevaluating my needs that you're employees are invested in the patients 💅 care 💅... Thank you 🙏

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

The nurses, therapists, and technicians are great here. I spoke with a doctor one time during my loved one’s stay. They definitely push to medicate, so if you are not comfortable just voice your concerns and request a more thorough diagnosis. I was able to contact my loved one and they were able to call me anytime. I was able to see my loved one 3x a week but I had to sign up via signup genius in order to do so. Definitely read their policies thoroughly. We unfortunately came through intake around 3 am and I was very tired and missed a few rules. It makes visits and dropping off clothes easier if you read. While I recommend this hospital, one piece of advice is for aftercare. Definitely do your research on PHP and IOP programs because they are not all as good as this hospital.

My child was in the Brazos unit here. The front desk staff, nurses, and really all staff I came in contact with were very nice. My daughter says everyone was nice to her, things were kept clean, and the food was good. She came out much better than she went in. I appreciate this facility for their amazing care and would refer them to other families in the future. We live about 40 minutes away but it was worth the drive.

Doctor Bhargava said she wouldn't treat me any different than she would her own family members. I felt she kept that promise. Overall I felt that I have a good visit. One star missing for having to fill out paperwork online and then having to answer the same questions during my visit which reduces time needed for a more thorough diagnosis. However, it was a first visit and I was satisfied overall. Thank you!

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

They offer supervised medical treatment to safely manage withdrawal symptoms during detoxification, residential care providing long
Reason for care: severe complex PTSD and MDD with psychotic symptoms. Paranoia and Cotard's Delusion. I liked the people here alot. Came in with deep delusions and paranoia. Shakin like chihuahua, noncompliant, hid from everyone, jumpy, the works. Was a damn mess. Yet they treated me with deep care the whole time. I balanced out on meds and felt human and put together again. They took attempts seriously but werent dicks about it. Had good safety tactics and deescalation methods. And even high needs mentally disabled were handled with respect and care I rarely saw when I worked on the other side of things as a tech in teen inpatient long term care and for mentally disabled people as well. They respected and accommodated my disabilities and mobility aids. And even advocated for me multiple times. The nurses, techs and the hijabi nurse practioner(Im sorry maam I was too deluded at the time to recall your name in our interactions.) Mister Jason and Mister Lee were outstanding nurses. And techs like the recreational tech, Miss Hollie, and the older black male tech especially who I adored the most of the staff. The latter truly went above and beyond in every aspect of his job. Again I was too out of it at first to recall his name. But even when I was extremely agitated and paranoid and didnt eat or sleep out of deluded beliefs for the first 26hr he always spoke to me gently, never took it personally, offered, was delightfully funny, truly seemed to have real compassion and love for the people he cared for. Truly made me second my own deep paranoia even in the worst of it because of how authentically nonjudgemental and empathetic he was. I wish I knew your name sir. You deserve all the appreciation in the world just like Mister Jason as well(sorry Mister Lee he beat you by a small margin.) I have a rough history with Christianity personally. And am now jewish. Yet the chaplain Mr. Randy's group therapy was fantastic. And to an equal degree was the veteran and group therapist Miss Tillie. Their groups never failed to meet people where they were. Were realistic in goals for each person. Answered any and all questions. And people early in their recovery or much further along and experienced like myself all found useful, insightful and life changing information at each. It never felt obligatory to me to go out for group once I wasnt paranoid. My only issue with this place? One of the social workers(again I was out of it and forgot her name) was extremely professional, nuanced and delightful. She intake interviewed me despite my actual one being Miss Bridget. And met with me a few times and was extremely great. Her counterpart Miss Bridget was awful. She only met with me when with nurse and only then to chime in vaguely. I was there a week. She was supposed to be meeting with me and gameplanning my care. She didnt. I tried to request for insight multiple times and she actively ignored the nurses and techs who asked for me and seemed just as confused at her negligence. She only met with me minutes before I left. And when I asked more specific questions she was a bit taken aback even though they were normal? Like am I to go into PHP/IOP or other care after this or return to normal care? She answered vaguely and with the undercurrent of someone who thought the whole thing was a waste of her time. Truly just not a good social worker in the slightest. Shed be polite and smile. Ill give her that. But when it comes to accessibility and reliability she is terrible. The hijabi nurse was a fantastic one. Nuanced, will take you seriously, careful, considerate but also realistic. And when she found out about my delusional-based SI she explained what had to happen. That it wasnt punishment. Just to protect me from myself. And i understood. The other nurse? Atrocious. She was a well dressed black female. She was capable, accessible and consistent. But her care truly uncaring. She will look at you deadpan and ask the basic 4 questions. Thats it. Terrible. Speaking of terrible Miss Kinetta(?) aka Miss K? Rude, disrespectful to all, jaded

Sophia , a social worker at Medical City Behavioral Health in McKinney has been an absolute blessing to our family. Her knowledge and clinical expertise has been evident in every interaction, and she approaches her work with professionalism and genuine compassion. She took the time to listen carefully, explain their process clearly, and ensure that our relative felt seen, heard, and supported. During a very sensitive and emotional time, Sophia provided steady guidance and reassurance that made a meaningful difference. The level of care she demonstrates goes beyond my expectation. In my opinion, she truly cares about the well-being of those she serves. Her authenticity is unmatched and her reward for recognition or a salary increase in order. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and highly recommend her and Medical City Behavioral Health Hospital-McKinney to anyone seeking compassionate, professional behavioral health care.

As a recovery professional, I’m very intentional about where I refer my clients. I recently referred a client with substance use disorder , significant trauma and co-occurring mental health concerns to Santé Center for Healing, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received. What stood out most was that her treatment never felt like a cookie-cutter program. The team took the time to understand her unique needs and developed an individualized treatment plan that addressed the whole person. They also did an exceptional job involving her family throughout the treatment process, providing education, support, and meaningful opportunities for healing together. The professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence of the entire team gave me great confidence throughout her stay. I would not hesitate to refer future clients to Santé Center for Healing and highly recommend them to individuals, families, and fellow professionals seeking exceptional care.

Santé Center for Healing saved my life. I spent 91 days there, and I can honestly say they were the best 91 days I have spent in the last 10 years. I have not felt this clear, this alive, or this connected to myself since I was 21 years old — and now I am middle-aged. Santé taught me who I was. Not just who I thought I was, not just who my addiction told me I was, but who I actually am underneath the fear, shame, secrets, and survival patterns. I learned how to be honest. I learned how to be humble. I learned how to be seen. I learned how to let other people help me. For the first time in a very, very long time, I made real friendships. I healed relationships with men. I found a new respect for women. I learned how to be part of a community again. I learned that recovery is not something I can do alone — and that trusting others is not weakness. It is wisdom. Before Santé, my addiction had ground my life down into a tiny pinpoint of vision. Everything felt small, secretive, isolated, and hopeless. Now my life feels bigger — visibly, emotionally, spiritually, and experientially bigger. I am still recovering, but I no longer feel like I have been left flapping in the wind. I feel genuinely prepared. I have a foundation for what I believe will be a lifelong recovery. I know what success looks like because I experienced it there. I know what progress looks like because I made it there. I know what humility looks like because I had to practice it there. I no longer have to live with secrets. I am learning how to live as an open book. The routine at Santé was stabilizing. The facilities were clean. The food was good — be prepared to gain a couple pounds, LOL. The activities, sports, basketball, volleyball, and especially the ropes course were powerful parts of my healing. The ropes course was heroic for me. It taught me how to trust, how to work with a team, and how to do things I thought were impossible on my own — only to discover they were possible with support. Those lessons were not just taught once. They were repeated over and over again until they became part of me. The clinical staff is world-class. The people there genuinely care. My primary therapist and case manager, Lisa, was outstanding — truly international-class. She was wise, direct, compassionate, and deeply skilled. Quite simply, she was amazing. Jumping for my coin was one of the most courageous things I have ever done. That moment represented more than completion. It represented a new life. I am so deeply grateful for Santé Center for Healing. If you want help, and you are truly ready to receive it, Santé is the place to go. It is where you go to find the foundation for a new life. Thank you, Santé.

Chapter House is in Richardson, Texas. It's a sober living home with an outpatient center in the greater Dallas area. They help men in the early stages of chemical dependency recovery. The program serves men from 17 to 35 years old, and everyone in the program has a case manager. They use a 12 Step approach and have staff on hand 24 hours. The h

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

We love Mrs. Courtney and Mrs. Alexis. They are wonderful and are great at connecting with teens. They have helped my child and us tremendously and we are sad that we aren't able to work with them once our child graduates BPA program. Mrs. Patrice is also great with our child. She provided a safe and quiet van environment for our child who gets over stimulated. We were sad we didn't get to be on her Van this time. Mrs. Crystal and Mrs. Tomeka are always friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and warm every time I speak with them or see them.

I thought I had left a review for Tacoya Jones but realized that I had not. So I just wanted to give credit where it is due. This is a very reputable company and I can’t even come close to expressing my gratitude for Tacoya Jones and her commitment to help me. I have a pretty good intuition about a person just speaking on the phone. When I did speak with her she showed me kindness, and I knew she truly wanted to help me and she did. I’m doing great today and here again I just want wish you tons of blessings Tacoya. F Frazier

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.
