Work is hard; schedule is busy from 7 am to 9 pm. Staff will push to dig deeper. I went here in 2015 was called something different then and I’ve been sober since back then it was a very strict and good place to be I actually think about it all the time!

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I was consistently impressed by the collaborative environment and the emphasis on treating the whole person when observing IOP, TMS, and Spravato sessions. As a licensed professional counselor with 30 years in practice, TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) is the biggest game changer I have ever encountered. Dr. Barghava’s Clinic offers the insurance-covered protocol but also offers the rapid protocol that, to my knowledge, is not widely available yet, for those who choose to private pay. Virtually zero side effects (other than the inconvenience of scheduling 36 sessions) and rapid results - I highly recommend. VERY highly recommend.

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. Absolutely changed my life. Taught me how to be a better Father,friend and husband. Bob and the staff (Rhonda,Ladonna) are some of the finest,loving,caring and patient people I've ever known. Four rivers mens program helped me reastablish my relationship with the Lord. They got me ready for living a life that I forgot I had,that it was worth living. Great place to get outpatient mental health treatment even if you're finances aren't great or don't have insurance. They always do everything they can to help me when I need it. :)

This place really saved my life.

I went in suicidal and homicidal last week on Monday and was released Monday of this week. They tweaked my medication. I am doing fine. Faculty numbers were representative for the number of patients. One on one was present as well. If people complain about not enough staff then go in with a need for someone to be assigned. If not that bad stop complaining. They accommodate as needed.

My son was admitted here and I'm a living witness I prayed to God the reviews was not true because my son truly needed the help which he got. I'm so happy my child was here most importantly from the doctors,the treatment plan manager,nurses and the whole staff was AMAZING!!!! any questions(phone calls) I had was always answered by the staff with so much respect towards me and family. The facility was very clean which was a great environment and a plus for my child. With his discharge plan we was still giving extra help and alot of great resourses my child came out looking great and I know we got aways to go with his treatment plan God got him and so does his village but with patience and greatness from a facility that did a awesome job and truly is concerned about there patients it truly means alot from a concerned mother.... I stayed here for about 4 days, this place saved my life. I learned important coping skills and got on some good medication. The nurses and MHT’s were fabulous.
