Jen that works the front desk is so amazing and everything runs smooth when she is working. As of for my counselor Brian and the Nurses, Tess they are so amazing also. They all are a true definition of working as a team. I love them all.I was on the program in 2004 and worked it and came off. Then I came back in 2020 and they saved my life again. I'm on 29 MG and I'm working my program and I have been very successful. I have a full time job and part time, I have a new car and a new life with many blessings from God and the clinic. My life has changed so much with the work of myself and God working through me.i am very greatful for the person I am today. So please don't ever give up, keep pushing and you will be successful.

I was sent here when I was 16 .. As an adult 11 years later I choose to speak out . I was very defiant, coming from a hard living situation, my mental health was horrible. I was confused and didn’t know how else to act in that time in my life. Getting sent here was an entire waste of time .. they threw me on three different medications that did not pair well together making my mental health way worse. There was no guidance which is what I needed. I saw a therapist once my time there. Half of the staff let you do whatever you wanted, the other half were extremely rude and liked to see what reaction they could get out of you. You literally just sit in a room all day with other troubled girls or boys .. You don’t learn how to channel your emotions or anger or anxiety or whatever you’re struggling with into something positive. They just give you a handful of meds and sit you in a room. Please do not send your kids here !!!

❗️❗️❗️❗️If 0 stars was an option i would give ZERO stars. They use improper restraints… they look for ANY & EVERY reason to “restrain” a child. Grown men… mind you. I was 15 going on 16 when i was restrained by a 6’5 grown man for “shouting out” which is talking without permission. He used a technique called “stretching you out” That is essentially a full Nelson & they wrap there legs around your abdomen & PULL you. I
Experienced a tingly sensation in the back of my arms for almost 6 months after this “restraint”… All for talking out of turn. Mind You, i was in this facility for bad behavior after experiencing severe trauma & abuse! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

My husband and I began attending (SOTS) “Southern Oklahoma Treatment.” However, they were shut down after about four years of treatment. Subsequently, we switched to RightWay Medical, and they have been incredibly helpful.
There have been a few instances where they made mistakes. For instance, Carla, one of our former nurses, miscalculated my dose. At that time, I was taking 140 mg, but she gave me only about 100 mg. I usually can tell by the amount in the bottle and how long I’ve been on that dosage. I would check my bottles after receiving them, and they would be fuller than when Carla dosed me. So, I didn’t think to check my take-home doses at the time because they usually paid close attention. However, for some reason, she wasn’t paying attention that day. When I got home, I noticed that my bottle was almost empty. It wasn’t full like it should have been. When I contacted them, they informed me that it was already too late because I had already left the facility. I realized that I should have checked my dose before leaving. That was the first time my medication was messed up, and it’s only happened once since then.
The only other issue I’ve had with them was a failed urine test. I had to undergo a drug screen, and it indicated that I had narcotics in my system when I knew I didn’t. I asked them to resend the test and investigate further because I was innocent and knew I hadn’t taken anything besides my Methadone. However, I was still in trouble and had to visit them daily for about three or three and a half weeks.

This place is incredible as far as a shelter goes in Oklahoma city people. Clean and safe place with security.. Great and friendly staff and if you actually get in there and get a job and do something with yourself they move you into your own place up front for three months to really help you out of the hole you were in. I cannot be happier with finding myself that place and getting job and making it out of there but will never forget the help I got when I truly needed it. Thank you very much.

This was probably one of the best places I went to. I was really struggling with mental health issues and other problems and they really made me feel safe and validated. We got to see and visit our parents on the weekends and they had a vending machine so they could bring us snacks. Our parents could bring us bedding and shower products. We got to wear our own clothes and shoes. We had groups and lessons we did everyday and we're able to go outside most of time and play basketball. The food wasn't too bad and was mostly like school food and on holidays we got really good food and the staff would bring in the food they made which was really good. They really helped me when I was struggling and the staff and people I met along the way were so nice to me. They really outdid themselves and understood that we're just kids struggling and trying to better ourselves. I was able to go on pass and visit my family for a day outside of the place which was nice because I hadn't seen them in a long time. The groups and lessons they taught us really helped me be able to ground myself and cope a lot better than before. Ms. Mary really helped me with my issues and was able to get me out of there in a month. This place is one of the better mental hospitals and if your going to send your kid to one you should look at your options and this one would probably be the best choice to choose from.

I grew up in Compton, California, searching for acceptance and belonging. I found it in the gang lifestyle, living as a gangbanger and hustler. I had no remorse, no hope, and nearly lost my life when I was shot in the head during a gang fight. Instead of prison, I was sent to Teen Challenge. Two weeks into the program, I surrendered my life to Christ. While there, I discovered a passion for creating art with my hands. Today, I walk in complete restoration something I could never have achieved on my own. God has not only restored my life but has given me more than I could have ever imagined.

I went thru this several years ago in drug court. I never believed in counselors before. Until I met Sheryll. She was my counselor and I will never forget her.
