I can confidently say that Ambrosia is the best alcohol/drug treatment I have been through. If you or a loved one is battling addiction I highly recommend Ambrosia. They really break down your own personal addictions and battles and teach you how to heal from the things we are using to numb or forget not just the addiction. They are respectful and dont make you feel like you are being talked down to because 90% of the staff have gone through the same thing. The counselors and psychiatrists are phenomenal. They really know how to find the best of the best. I was learning so much about myself and how to cope that I asked for an extension to stay three times until I couldn't stay any longer and then I asked to work there lol These people really have a passion for what they do and they are really good at it! Whether this is your first time or 26th time (like it was for me) Ambrosia is at the top of my list of places that really help you get and stay clean. They set you up for success not just get you clean for 30 days.

Our son made the choice to go to Ambrosia. He was there for 30 days and it changed his life forever. He was an active drug user for about 13 years. He has been clean and sober over 2 years now. The Ambrosia team kept in contact with us checking on our welfare as well as helping us to understand addiction and how we can do our part in his recovery. Even after he was discharged they continued to check in with him and us. Yes he had to make the choice himself, but they taught him how to cope with things without using drugs. I cannot speak anything but appreciation and gratitude for Rob’s Ranch. I gained all the tools I needed to live a happy and sober life through the group and individual sessions as well as the fellowship with other clients. The counselors are incredible, they truly care about their clients and it shows even after discharge. The entire staff is courteous and respectful, the amenities are great and the campus is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking help and believe this is one of the best facilities to do so.

Had an amazing experience at Robs Ranch. They helped me understand my addiction to alcohol and gave me the tools to transition to a life of sobriety. I grew up in Compton, California, searching for acceptance and belonging. I found it in the gang lifestyle, living as a gangbanger and hustler. I had no remorse, no hope, and nearly lost my life when I was shot in the head during a gang fight. Instead of prison, I was sent to Teen Challenge. This place is great. The staff and the patients were awesome. I didn’t feel like I needed to go in there at first, but once I was there for a few days and even toward the end, I realize that I really did need to be there. And I just had a great time. Honestly, I met some great people staff and patients alike and I almost wanna go back. I absolutely love the place. It was really awesome. And I know that’s surprising to hear about a behavioral health center, but it’s true. It was a really awesome experience and I really did need it.

I've had both great help and not so great.unfortunately only one social worker had my best interest and did everything possible to help her name was Emily. The music therapy was good also.My belief is that all the nurses were very professional and I want to personally thank both of the nurse names Robert. The kitchen staff was excellent and food I thought was tremendous.Much thanks to the Dr'S also. I wanted to add another thank you for how your entire staff treated me again and again...it is very refreshing to know that if I believe I need help with my emotions and reevaluating my needs that you're employees are invested in the patients 💅 care 💅... This is my first VA experience And I was surprisingly impressed! I got Cherry, Tony, and Rebecca as my team and they all seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and made progress with everyone of them. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

This place quite literally saved my life. When I first arrived, I couldn't get myself to leave my room for the first 2 days (because I was so sick) but the staff worked really hard on getting me regulated on meds. I finally came out of my room, made a group of friends that I'll hold close for the rest of my life, and THE STAFF.... some of the most amazing people I think I'll ever meet. I went from refusing to talk to anyone, to a social butterfly in 29 days. I hope they know the difference they made in my life. I am myself again and it's all because of them. I seriously love each and everyone of them.

Ten years strong, Thank you to The Recovery Center and the team of highly trained and skilled individuals who help give me the tools and skills needed to thrive and succeed in life, living with addiction. As of date, I have obtained my Bachelor's in Psychology, working on a master's in clinical counseling. There is success after addiction, the passion to WIN is greater than my addiction.
