I cannot speak anything but appreciation and gratitude for Rob’s Ranch. I gained all the tools I needed to live a happy and sober life through the group and individual sessions as well as the fellowship with other clients. The counselors are incredible, they truly care about their clients and it shows even after discharge. The entire staff is courteous and respectful, the amenities are great and the campus is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking help and believe this is one of the best facilities to do so.

Had an amazing experience at Robs Ranch. They helped me understand my addiction to alcohol and gave me the tools to transition to a life of sobriety. They’re booked out a lot of the time. But they let you join a waitlist for cancellations to get you scheduled quicker and I did and glad they called for sooner. Because I had a horrible toothache. I stayed 7 days in crisis and it honestly helped quite abit, the staff (that I had met atleast) were all super kind and while sometimes would make up weird rules they wanted the best for us, definitely a shout out to Ms. T and March, definitely some of the coolest people out there (we love you March) showers are iffy and the food is 50/50 but it was definitely an experience I’ll remember for the rest of my life, there great with kids, try to keep everyone safe and calm to the best of there ability, groups are super helpful, just make sure you ask if yall have a question or yall won’t get what yall are looking for

This place helped me so much. I finally got diagnosed accurately, and put on medication that actually helps me so much! I loved the staff, and the doctors were also very nice. I met some cool patients as well, but of course that's the one down side is you will be around some angry and unpredictable patients. I got along with pretty much everyone personally. Definitely recommend this place if you're struggling with mental health! They are all so nice and patient!

OK these reviews are pretty wrong, I've been here myself twice and yes the beds are kinda thin but the showers are fine staff was fun and the therapy was good. This place has helped me with my mental health and is no where near as bad as these reviews are saying. And no they don't smoke in the hallways or anywhere in the facility LOL.

Best experience I've had yet at any va, im used to dealing with nashville and this is exceptional in comparison. For example this sweet lady cleaning the 1st floor tonight at 445pm helped me just due to the fact I looked lost and was the sweetest about it. Give this woman a raise. Thank you again

I honestly have so much to say. I was admitted in August and was there for a month. The staff were amazing but it is true that they picked favorites. Obviously it’s a mental hospital so it’s not going to be perfect because everyone in there wants to hurt themselves or someone else. I didn’t necessarily like that we had the same group lessons every week but it was always very interactive. The group that I was in there with got pretty close and I think that’s maybe why we had so many problems. I will say that my therapist was absolutely terrible. She was fired on my last day which pushed back my discharge date. She connected with me but omg she could not grow a pair to my parents at all. She was very unprofessional and honestly gave up on our sessions. It was very rare that she’d actually come get me for therapy and when she did it was VERY brief. Also while I was in there.. I watched a very young girl being hurt multiple times. She had no business being in our unit with the older kids and the issues that they have. I stuck up for her multiple times and tried to make everyone understand but her being there was completely unsafe. She was too young to be in there with us and I think the hospital is responsible for her behavior and how she was treated. Other than that, I got along great with the staff and never had any problems. I’ve heard horror stories about other facilities and I’d much rather going to Integris than anywhere else.

This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

went here in the summer time and my expeirence was okay some of the staff were unbareable to be around with because they made us seem like we are “too sensitive” but other than that most staff would listen to me and made me feel understood

This program played a critical role in supporting my sobriety. I began my recovery journey in the inpatient program at Valley Hope, and after completing that phase, I transitioned directly into their outpatient services in Oklahoma City. The outpatient program offers two formats—online and in-person—and I chose the in-person option because of the structure and connection it provides. Throughout my participation, I developed meaningful relationships with fellow patients and benefited greatly from individualized counseling sessions. These one-on-one meetings were especially impactful, offering personalized guidance, accountability, and a safe space to process challenges. The group environment also fosters peer support, encourages personal responsibility, and helps individuals stay focused on their recovery goals. I genuinely believe that the outpatient program was essential to maintaining my sobriety. The support, education, and community it provides make a significant difference, and I cannot overstate how valuable the experience has been. For anyone struggling with substance use, I strongly recommend considering this program as a resource for long-term recovery.
