I have been going here since 2008. Venessa Harvey is the absolute best provider. She's 100 percent an absolute NO bs type of person and when it comes to my health, that's what I want. I dread going to indian clinic because they're preferential and it SHOWS, but this particular clinic has given me the best providers. Dr. Davis took care of me at the urgent care and that man is an angel. I hope there are more doctors like Dr. Davis and Dr. Harvey... They make you feel HUMAN (not like a number 😭)

Incredible people that make mental health care accessible. Everyone here is so kind, thoughtful, and they work so hard to take care of their clients. It is a nonprofit, and as such there is naturally a little bit of disorganization and miscommunication from time to time. But you can tell everyone here cares about the work they're doing.

As I look back and I try to find that one defining pivotal moment in my Recovery that tipped the scales Without a doubt, it would be my experience at country Road. I wish I could say it was easy, And comfortable, but when was the last time anything ever really happened in your life worth value that didn’t come with hardship? Country Roads started my recovery for me, I’m 430 days sober today. The staff, the environment, the experience that I gained not only from my time there, but also in the long lasting friendships and mentorships that I still have today has made all the difference in my life. A lot of things have to come together at the right place in the right time for some people to have that epiphany, for me that was country Road. I will forever, be thankful and honored to have had the opportunity to be a part of the miracles that happened in that place, as my life now today is one of them.

I, myself have only had one prior appt. at this clinic, but my mother, (just recently passed) absolutely loved her Dr. as well as her nurse. She always said how clean the facility was and that they always were able to get her in for an appt. no matter how last minute. It was nice that she appreciated everyone working to help her and that she was treated fairly & in a kind manner. Also for having been a patient who had several surgeries, many referrals, and a lot of last minute appts., she once told me that she had never (not even once) received any type of bill from the clinic. In probably 15 years being a patient, she was NEVER asked for a penny regarding her care there. Being that we are Chickasaw Indian and on the roll, that’s one of the best benefits we receive, but WOW! Never had to pay any type of bill or copay or fees. That’s top notch!

They seemed like they actually cared to help me with my situation but unfortunately it backfired. Was advised that I have a right to access my own medical records from a crisis unit that drugged me, beat me, choke slammed me, lied that I was still suicidal after I had been stabilised so they could commit me and milk me for Medicaid payments, and more. Instead of giving me the records they retaliated with criminal charges telling police I was harrassing and stalking them. I lost my visa in Australia and was separated from my family, spent 2 months in jail, got a ankle monitor (for calling medical records department from overseas?????????) had to surrender passport and will potentially go to prison. Do NOT ask a crisis unit for your medical records. If they harmed you just keep quiet. Let them squeeze you for every cent they can. They will beat you and knock you out with drugs if you don't follow their orders. You have no rights. Even if the law says you have rights you don't because there is no one to enforce them. Don't go to a crisis center at all actually because they are guaranteed to make a bad situation worse.

I honestly have so much to say. I was admitted in August and was there for a month. The staff were amazing but it is true that they picked favorites. Obviously it’s a mental hospital so it’s not going to be perfect because everyone in there wants to hurt themselves or someone else. I didn’t necessarily like that we had the same group lessons every week but it was always very interactive. The group that I was in there with got pretty close and I think that’s maybe why we had so many problems. I will say that my therapist was absolutely terrible. She was fired on my last day which pushed back my discharge date. She connected with me but omg she could not grow a pair to my parents at all. She was very unprofessional and honestly gave up on our sessions. It was very rare that she’d actually come get me for therapy and when she did it was VERY brief. Also while I was in there.. I watched a very young girl being hurt multiple times. She had no business being in our unit with the older kids and the issues that they have. I stuck up for her multiple times and tried to make everyone understand but her being there was completely unsafe. She was too young to be in there with us and I think the hospital is responsible for her behavior and how she was treated. Other than that, I got along great with the staff and never had any problems. I’ve heard horror stories about other facilities and I’d much rather going to Integris than anywhere else.

This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

This program played a critical role in supporting my sobriety. I began my recovery journey in the inpatient program at Valley Hope, and after completing that phase, I transitioned directly into their outpatient services in Oklahoma City. The outpatient program offers two formats—online and in-person—and I chose the in-person option because of the structure and connection it provides. Throughout my participation, I developed meaningful relationships with fellow patients and benefited greatly from individualized counseling sessions. These one-on-one meetings were especially impactful, offering personalized guidance, accountability, and a safe space to process challenges. The group environment also fosters peer support, encourages personal responsibility, and helps individuals stay focused on their recovery goals. I genuinely believe that the outpatient program was essential to maintaining my sobriety. The support, education, and community it provides make a significant difference, and I cannot overstate how valuable the experience has been. For anyone struggling with substance use, I strongly recommend considering this program as a resource for long-term recovery.
