I went to pick up medicine for a friend of mine, I have never been there before, so I go around back and park and the sign said... Come inside lobby. The door looked like a back door that the employees use. So I go around front, go inside and tell them what I'm there for. And she laughs and said it's around back. I said oh ok, the sign meant for me to go I side that back door. As I'm leaving I can hear her laughing and saying... Oh my god ! Made me feel like I was stupid or something. She could have waiting at least until I was out of ear shot !!

This place quite literally saved my life. When I first arrived, I couldn't get myself to leave my room for the first 2 days (because I was so sick) but the staff worked really hard on getting me regulated on meds. I finally came out of my room, made a group of friends that I'll hold close for the rest of my life, and THE STAFF.... some of the most amazing people I think I'll ever meet. I went from refusing to talk to anyone, to a social butterfly in 29 days. I hope they know the difference they made in my life. I am myself again and it's all because of them. I seriously love each and everyone of them.

Ten years strong, Thank you to The Recovery Center and the team of highly trained and skilled individuals who help give me the tools and skills needed to thrive and succeed in life, living with addiction. As of date, I have obtained my Bachelor's in Psychology, working on a master's in clinical counseling. There is success after addiction, the passion to WIN is greater than my addiction. I thought this place sucked until I went to a Japanese mental hospital. Thanks for keeping me in a comfortable temperature, not sedating me, and not locking me in an empty room that has no airflow. Also lets you get haircuts. I’ll note that I was in the military unit.

This Rehab Center has helped me in many ways. The staff members and therapist are amazing. When I first got there, I thought it was useless but I had to trust the process and have an open mind to what they were trying to accomplish. Met some great people along the way, and they were a part of my healing journey. I would definitely recommend this, especially when we feel like we got our backs against the wall. I was there back in August it's a pretty good program if you believe you can do it and stick it all the way through I unfortunately left a month into the program due to personal matters if you are a former member of the program and need to go back you have to wait at least six months so I suggest completing the program all the way through and stick it out they help with jobs housing getting you a vehicle insurance in many others but the biggest thing they help with is building your faith And at that time that wasn't really my strong suit I think Faith Mission is a wonderful program for anyone who is struggling and needing to get back on their feet rather you are fighting addiction or you are just in a bad place Go to Faith mission they can help you

New to the area. Called for an appt. Julie took my call and explained i needed to come in and register into the system. I've been all over Texas, north, south, east and west. But Wichita Falls is carried by Oklahoma City. Lol Julie was very patient, kind and funny as she explained this. I've read reviews on this place, so I was hesitant calling. However, I believe there are many veterans who have no patience, are very rude from the start, and just don't enjoy life. So, you get what you give. I will update this review after I'm seen for a first appt. Fingers crossed 🤞 😉

I love the amazing staff at Helen Farabee. They are there because they care and want to make a positive change. Each and every one of them is wonderful in their own unique way. They all bring so much to the table! I had the great pleasure of having Dr.Crane as my Psychiatrist. Dr. Crane is an excellent doctor and he really took the time and care to find the best solution for me as an individual and something that would fit best for my life while taking my physical health into account as well. I went to Rose Street because I was being told by an abusive toxic partner at the time that I'm crazy and so I said that let me go get tested turns out I've suffered. Now Wichita County Sheriff's Department mishandled an emergency situation that led to a inferior infarction and they're trying to cover it up by lying to the emergency room at United Regional doctors that I have other mental illnesses. In like Sheldon Cooper I've been tested and I have receipts.

Called to confirm appointment. Was told 3pm. Showed up at 2:50, checked in, and waited for 25 minutes. Then they called me to the front, and told me it was for 2pm, and the nurse had already left. I waited almost 3 months for this appointment and took off work. They said they called twice and left a message and confirmed my number to us. When I got home, I looked through all messages, including deleted ones, and they never called. Update: bumped one star because they called and put an alert out for next availability Update: since that day they have been really great with me. Perhaps they just had a bad day. Bumped 1 star.

Santé Center for Healing saved my life. I spent 91 days there, and I can honestly say they were the best 91 days I have spent in the last 10 years. I have not felt this clear, this alive, or this connected to myself since I was 21 years old — and now I am middle-aged. Santé taught me who I was. Not just who I thought I was, not just who my addiction told me I was, but who I actually am underneath the fear, shame, secrets, and survival patterns. I learned how to be honest. I learned how to be humble. I learned how to be seen. I learned how to let other people help me. For the first time in a very, very long time, I made real friendships. I healed relationships with men. I found a new respect for women. I learned how to be part of a community again. I learned that recovery is not something I can do alone — and that trusting others is not weakness. It is wisdom. Before Santé, my addiction had ground my life down into a tiny pinpoint of vision. The ropes course was heroic for me. It taught me how to trust, how to work with a team, and how to do things I thought were impossible on my own — only to discover they were possible with support. Those lessons were not just taught once. They were repeated over and over again until they became part of me. The clinical staff is world-class. The people there genuinely care. My primary therapist and case manager, Lisa, was outstanding — truly international-class. She was wise, direct, compassionate, and deeply skilled. Quite simply, she was amazing. Jumping for my coin was one of the most courageous things I have ever done. That moment represented more than completion. It represented a new life. I am so deeply grateful for Santé Center for Healing. If you want help, and you are truly ready to receive it, Santé is the place to go. It is where you go to find the foundation for a new life. They would not approve my Zepbound shot for 3 weeks so I gained 40 pounds in 41 days. I went from 200 pounds when I went in to 240 pounds when I was finally able to check after I left. They have a habit of taking forever and dragging their feet when it comes to approving anything medically necessary outside of their prescribed regimen. But, that's really my main complaint with the facility. Otherwise, the staff and community is very nice.

When I first got to the facility on Sunday afternoon January 4th 2026.I didn’t know what to expect . I was shocked when they took all my belongings away from me.Two former clients checked me into the facility.They were pretty scary looking. I got most of my belongings back the next day and was moved from detox to residential area. My mentor did not tell me anything about the place. I didn’t even meet him until the end of the week so I had no idea of doing homework until that Friday. I started out feeling like I was behind all the others in my class. But I didn’t panic. I went on studying at my own pace and finished the 12 step study 2 days before I walked over the bridge.That was so cool, my son came to pick me up. He surprised me when he walked over the bridge to join me for the commencement ceremony. have not had a drink nor the desire to drink since!

This place saved my life. I found god here!!! I was a 22 year old kid that had never been to treatment before in my life. If I hadn’t gone to Stonegate back in 2017, I don’t think I would have made it to 2018. I am very lucky this is the treatment center I went to as a lot of programs don’t teach you how to stay sober after treatment. WHICH STONEGATE DOES. Life can be very hard, Stonegate pushes you in a way with love and care. With that, the relationship I made with God while at Stonegate has kept me sober for about 9 years now. After completing treatment at Stonegate, I was finally free from what ever was holding me back (My self). I was finally living not surviving. Today I live a life I dreamed about while sleeping in room 2 at Stonegate. From a kid that couldn’t stay out of jail. To becoming a man, where god provided me purpose and a beautiful family. This place really made a positive impact on my life. I gained knowledge of myself I wouldn't have if I never enrolled. If a rooster say all chickens are liars is the rooster telling the truth? There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program!

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. I truly owe a great and big Thank You to the entire staff, specially Cheri for putting up with me, even though I know she is probably crying because I'm gone. It's okay Cheri, I'm in a better place now, and that's thanks to Solutions.

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.
