I went to pick up medicine for a friend of mine, I have never been there before, so I go around back and park and the sign said... Come inside lobby. The door looked like a back door that the employees use. So I go around front, go inside and tell them what I'm there for. And she laughs and said it's around back. I said oh ok, the sign meant for me to go I side that back door. As I'm leaving I can hear her laughing and saying... Oh my god ! Made me feel like I was stupid or something. She could have waiting at least until I was out of ear shot !!

I think a lot about this place and all the people, although some have passed due to OD. I will never forget this place and it breaks my heart it has shut down.

This place quite literally saved my life. When I first arrived, I couldn't get myself to leave my room for the first 2 days (because I was so sick) but the staff worked really hard on getting me regulated on meds. I finally came out of my room, made a group of friends that I'll hold close for the rest of my life, and THE STAFF.... some of the most amazing people I think I'll ever meet. I went from refusing to talk to anyone, to a social butterfly in 29 days. I hope they know the difference they made in my life. I am myself again and it's all because of them. I seriously love each and everyone of them.

I thought this place sucked until I went to a Japanese mental hospital. Thanks for keeping me in a comfortable temperature, not sedating me, and not locking me in an empty room that has no airflow. Also lets you get haircuts. I’ll note that I was in the military unit.

New to the area. Called for an appt. Julie took my call and explained i needed to come in and register into the system. I've been all over Texas, north, south, east and west. But Wichita Falls is carried by Oklahoma City. Lol Julie was very patient, kind and funny as she explained this. I've read reviews on this place, so I was hesitant calling. However, I believe there are many veterans who have no patience, are very rude from the start, and just don't enjoy life. So, you get what you give. I will update this review after I'm seen for a first appt. Fingers crossed 🤞 😉

I love the amazing staff at Helen Farabee. They are there because they care and want to make a positive change. Each and every one of them is wonderful in their own unique way. They all bring so much to the table! I had the great pleasure of having Dr.Crane as my Psychiatrist. I went to Rose Street because I was being told by an abusive toxic partner at the time that I'm crazy and so I said that let me go get tested turns out I've suffered. Now Wichita County Sheriff's Department mishandled an emergency situation that led to a inferior infarction and they're trying to cover it up by lying to the emergency room at United Regional doctors that I have other mental illnesses. In like Sheldon Cooper I've been tested and I have receipts.

Called to confirm appointment. Was told 3pm. Showed up at 2:50, checked in, and waited for 25 minutes. Then they called me to the front, and told me it was for 2pm, and the nurse had already left. I waited almost 3 months for this appointment and took off work. They said they called twice and left a message and confirmed my number to us. When I got home, I looked through all messages, including deleted ones, and they never called. Update: bumped one star because they called and put an alert out for next availability Update: since that day they have been really great with me. Perhaps they just had a bad day. Bumped 1 star.

As a recovery professional, I’m very intentional about where I refer my clients. I recently referred a client with substance use disorder , significant trauma and co-occurring mental health concerns to Santé Center for Healing, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received. What stood out most was that her treatment never felt like a cookie-cutter program. The team took the time to understand her unique needs and developed an individualized treatment plan that addressed the whole person. Stonegate Center was exactly what I needed to change my life around. They integrate Big Book/12 Step immersion with the Bible better than any place I have ever seen, and I’ve seen many programs out there. I went in with my life in shambles and came out living a life that I didn’t think possible. Before going to Stonegate Center I was useless to the people around me, with nothing to give of any value or good use. I got through all 12 steps while there and re-established a connection to God that I haven’t had in many years. I was given the tools that are necessary to maintain long term sobriety. I now have a purpose and can be of real help to other people and I am so thankful for that. The staff there is amazing and tough on you at times, but they really do care and truly want to see you get well and help others. If you or someone you know is losing the fight to alcoholism or drug addiction I highly recommend giving them a call. I’m glad I did. It saved my life.

Clearfork Academy was truly a positive experience for our family and especially for my son. From the beginning, the staff treated him with respect, compassion, and accountability while also giving him the structure and support he needed. What impressed me most was the growth we saw during his time there. He took the program seriously, worked hard, and ultimately completed the program successfully. The staff recognized his progress and strengths while still challenging him to take responsibility, communicate better, and continue working toward his goals. I also really appreciated the family involvement. The family sessions gave us an opportunity to have conversations that weren't always easy, but were necessary. We weren't just focused on what he needed to work on. We were also learning how to communicate better and support him as a family once he came home. Leaving Clearfork didn't feel like simply finishing a treatment program. It felt like he was leaving with accomplishments he could genuinely be proud of and a stronger foundation for what comes next. Several members of the team even offered to provide character letters for him, which meant a great deal to us because it showed that they truly got to know him as a person and recognized how hard he worked. I am very grateful to the counselors, staff, and everyone at Clearfork who played a part in his time there. Treatment is never something a family hopes their child will need, but if you find yourself in that position, having people who genuinely care about your child's growth makes all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Clearfork Academy to another family looking for that kind of support.

Went here 3 years ago staff was awesome. Learned coping skills when I was there that helped me when I was actually ready to get sober. Don’t expect your kids to come out never wanting to do drugs again that’s their own choice. My only complaint was the favoritism that would go on there besides that pretty solid. The foods great if JT is still the chef I can’t vouch for anyone else’s cooking. Shout out Big Ken, Jeff, Sherrod, JT, Justin and Mr James much love appreciate everything you did for me

This place really made a positive impact on my life. I gained knowledge of myself I wouldn't have if I never enrolled. If a rooster say all chickens are liars is the rooster telling the truth? There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program!

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. I truly owe a great and big Thank You to the entire staff, specially Cheri for putting up with me, even though I know she is probably crying because I'm gone. It's okay Cheri, I'm in a better place now, and that's thanks to Solutions.
