I had difficulty initially because I assumed I would be prescribed medication right away. I had to wait 3 months for a provider visit, so, in the meantime, I explained to my PCP and was able to get a few safe medications while waiting. I got into a therapist who has helped me beyond measure and is extremely good at her job. All of the staff I have encountered have been polite, nonjudgmental, professional, and helpful to my mental health journey. I have not had one single bad experience in the past year of going there 2-3 times a month (excluding the obvious difficult but necessary stuff) They have resources to help you in so many capacities and I encourage those who can be patient to give them the opportunity to be helpful.

I had a great experience at Oakwood springs. The people were all amazing, friendly, and caring. I would like to thank T.J. Jones and Ronnie Harmon these guys are great human beings and were my rocks while I was there. These guy were there for everything I needed and helped me walk out a better man than I arrived. Hello everyone I'm coming from Texas and the clinic I have been at since 2009 is the best it was the 3td one before I found them all the others were hateful staff treated us like we were criminals so I'm so afraid of what's going to happen when I get to Oklahoma City Oklahoma I need to move because Texas is getting to dangerous and to expensive I'm on a fixed income I looked up what states are the best for price and safety ur state is one of the top but finding a safe friendly clinic is very hard and all the reviews say this is an amazing place so I can't wait to meet the staff and doctor!! ❤️🙏👍😇🌹

My husband and I began attending (SOTS) “Southern Oklahoma Treatment.” However, they were shut down after about four years of treatment. Subsequently, we switched to RightWay Medical, and they have been incredibly helpful.
There have been a few instances where they made mistakes. For instance, Carla, one of our former nurses, miscalculated my dose. At that time, I was taking 140 mg, but she gave me only about 100 mg. I usually can tell by the amount in the bottle and how long I’ve been on that dosage. I would check my bottles after receiving them, and they would be fuller than when Carla dosed me. So, I didn’t think to check my take-home doses at the time because they usually paid close attention. However, for some reason, she wasn’t paying attention that day. When I got home, I noticed that my bottle was almost empty. It wasn’t full like it should have been. When I contacted them, they informed me that it was already too late because I had already left the facility. I realized that I should have checked my dose before leaving. That was the first time my medication was messed up, and it’s only happened once since then.
The only other issue I’ve had with them was a failed urine test. I had to undergo a drug screen, and it indicated that I had narcotics in my system when I knew I didn’t. I asked them to resend the test and investigate further because I was innocent and knew I hadn’t taken anything besides my Methadone. However, I was still in trouble and had to visit them daily for about three or three and a half weeks.

They helped me when I didnt have the means to help myself quit a bad habit. I am eternally grateful for all of their help and hard work! Most of the staff are friendly and work hard to help those in need. The very end got a little rocky due to a complete misunderstanding. No biggie tho... im on the spectrum so im I used to being misunderstood. Overall my experience was very helpful.

As someone who has worked in a psych center that also took in adults withdrawing, I kinda knew what to expect when i dropped my gf off here.
To say this place changed her life is an understatement. They treated her so so well. She was able to call me everyday and night and they said they were treating her well.
Sometimes it’s hard to find good quality facilities that treat you human. This placed treated her well and I didn’t worry about her after the 2nd day.
I did tell her if she ever felt uncomfortable to call me and I’ll drop what I was doing to get her.
She did consider leaving. Not based off bad treatment, but she missed home. I convinced her to stay and she was glad she did.
I suggest this place. They treat you actually decent and a lot of the staff are former users themselves. So they know what it’s like. I think that’s important when treating people. You already have that base line of understanding.

This place is incredible as far as a shelter goes in Oklahoma city people. Clean and safe place with security.. Great and friendly staff and if you actually get in there and get a job and do something with yourself they move you into your own place up front for three months to really help you out of the hole you were in. At the age of 2.5 years, my son Adam was showing signs of autism, such as a lack of eye contact, inability to speak (not even a word), and difficulty interacting with us. As new parents, this was incredibly challenging and confusing, leaving us unsure of what to do. My wife heard about IBH from a friend who praised the amazing work they do with autistic kids. We decided to contact IBH, and the rest is history. Thanks to the genuine care, competency, and quality services provided by the IBH organization, Adam has learned how to make eye contact, speak, and ask for what he needs. IBH has been instrumental in our child's journey towards independence. I can't imagine how different his story might have been if we had chosen the wrong center. We recently moved from Oklahoma City to Raleigh, North Carolina. We have been missing IBH's special touch that played a crucial role in our son's progress. No therapy center here in North Carolina has been able to match the level of care and service we received from IBH in Oklahoma City. IBH was a godsend and continues to be. My teenager was dx ADD, ODD and OCD. An IBH counselor came to our home weekly during the most difficult time in my life. When my son became suicidal, it was the rep that helped me get him into acute care, when every facility wouldn’t take my calls. That week stay changed everything for us. My son is now a college student. I don’t know how we would have survived without IBH.
5 years later, the rep stays in touch with my family and spent 3 hours on a call (unpaid) just to check in with my youngest. After her conversation she let me know she agrees with the steps I’m taking to get him help.
Our life has not been easy or perfect. It’s been really hard balancing a career, single parenthood and single parent kids - you know unruly and defiant. But it’s this one person that gives me the comfort of knowing, when I’m drowning, she’ll be there.
Thanks IBH for always being there… I miss our weekly sessions and look forward to the trip to Italy when we get through this last one. For as you always smiled and said… this too shall pass.

Adult and Teen Challenge of Oklahoma saved my life in 2017. Thank God for programs like this that reach into a dark world and pull people out. I would recommend this program to anyone who is seeking a better life and freedom.

My 60 day stay at South Coast has been one of the best experiences of my life. I came in addicted to fentanyl and life was pretty hopeless. They took care of me while I was detoxing with understanding. The staff are literally all I could ask for. They cover all the bases for recovery. I have learned so much that I believe is needed to have long term sobriety. Thank you South Coast.

This place is amazing!!! The people at this facility have been SO good to my friend she was a heavy drug user when they took her in. These people have been a true blessing! They have all worked so hard to help her, In my opinion, they have saved her life I am so thankful!!!
