Out of all treatment centers paid and state-funded, this is BY FAR the best one across the state of Oklahoma. They took great care of me for a hernia surgery. The nurses and doctors all were very personable and professional, and I and my family felt genuinely cared for. The VA has such a bad reputation that I was a little nervous but those fears, for this location at least, seem to be entirely unfounded.

Jen that works the front desk is so amazing and everything runs smooth when she is working. As of for my counselor Brian and the Nurses, Tess they are so amazing also. They all are a true definition of working as a team. I love them all.I was on the program in 2004 and worked it and came off. Then I came back in 2020 and they saved my life again. I'm on 29 MG and I'm working my program and I have been very successful. I have a full time job and part time, I have a new car and a new life with many blessings from God and the clinic. My life has changed so much with the work of myself and God working through me.i am very greatful for the person I am today. So please don't ever give up, keep pushing and you will be successful.

Hello everyone I'm coming from Texas and the clinic I have been at since 2009 is the best it was the 3td one before I found them all the others were hateful staff treated us like we were criminals so I'm so afraid of what's going to happen when I get to Oklahoma City Oklahoma I need to move because Texas is getting to dangerous and to expensive I'm on a fixed income I looked up what states are the best for price and safety ur state is one of the top but finding a safe friendly clinic is very hard and all the reviews say this is an amazing place so I can't wait to meet the staff and doctor!! ❤️🙏👍😇🌹

It was like a sober walk in the park, yes at first it was untasteful because I didn't have any alcohol but the more I walked it started to taste like honey on my toast how sweet it was. Great speakers and info! Learning the different perspectives and how the RPs, Directors, IT, and HR, and even finance works together was great. Lovingoood was the high point! They helped me when I didnt have the means to help myself quit a bad habit. I am eternally grateful for all of their help and hard work! Most of the staff are friendly and work hard to help those in need. The very end got a little rocky due to a complete misunderstanding. No biggie tho... im on the spectrum so im I used to being misunderstood. Overall my experience was very helpful.

As someone who has worked in a psych center that also took in adults withdrawing, I kinda knew what to expect when i dropped my gf off here.
To say this place changed her life is an understatement. They treated her so so well. She was able to call me everyday and night and they said they were treating her well.
Sometimes it’s hard to find good quality facilities that treat you human. This placed treated her well and I didn’t worry about her after the 2nd day.
I did tell her if she ever felt uncomfortable to call me and I’ll drop what I was doing to get her.
She did consider leaving. Not based off bad treatment, but she missed home. I convinced her to stay and she was glad she did.
I suggest this place. They treat you actually decent and a lot of the staff are former users themselves. So they know what it’s like. I think that’s important when treating people. You already have that base line of understanding.

At the age of 2.5 years, my son Adam was showing signs of autism, such as a lack of eye contact, inability to speak (not even a word), and difficulty interacting with us. As new parents, this was incredibly challenging and confusing, leaving us unsure of what to do. My wife heard about IBH from a friend who praised the amazing work they do with autistic kids. We decided to contact IBH, and the rest is history. Thanks to the genuine care, competency, and quality services provided by the IBH organization, Adam has learned how to make eye contact, speak, and ask for what he needs. IBH has been instrumental in our child's journey towards independence. I can't imagine how different his story might have been if we had chosen the wrong center. We recently moved from Oklahoma City to Raleigh, North Carolina. We have been missing IBH's special touch that played a crucial role in our son's progress. No therapy center here in North Carolina has been able to match the level of care and service we received from IBH in Oklahoma City. If you are in the Oklahoma City area, consider yourself very fortunate. Do your little angel a huge service and enroll them at IBH. IBH was a godsend and continues to be. My teenager was dx ADD, ODD and OCD. An IBH counselor came to our home weekly during the most difficult time in my life. When my son became suicidal, it was the rep that helped me get him into acute care, when every facility wouldn’t take my calls. That week stay changed everything for us. My son is now a college student. I don’t know how we would have survived without IBH.
5 years later, the rep stays in touch with my family and spent 3 hours on a call (unpaid) just to check in with my youngest. After her conversation she let me know she agrees with the steps I’m taking to get him help.
Our life has not been easy or perfect. It’s been really hard balancing a career, single parenthood and single parent kids - you know unruly and defiant. But it’s this one person that gives me the comfort of knowing, when I’m drowning, she’ll be there.
Thanks IBH for always being there… I miss our weekly sessions and look forward to the trip to Italy when we get through this last one. For as you always smiled and said… this too shall pass.

My 60 day stay at South Coast has been one of the best experiences of my life. I came in addicted to fentanyl and life was pretty hopeless. They took care of me while I was detoxing with understanding. The staff are literally all I could ask for. They cover all the bases for recovery. The staff here is very kind. My son and husband utilize the therapy and med clinic services here. The staff is mostly respectful and thorough. There are always places for improvement no matter where one chooses to go. The 1 star ratings complain about a place that offers FREE and deeply discounted services to the general public. Very professional and Caring workers.
They where there for me when I was in my absolute worst state of mind. I would not be here today if it wasn't for some of the Nurses, Techs, Doctors, and Case managers who put so much into helping me. They have definitely showed me how it feels to be cared about in a world full of so much hate.

We had a loved one visit here within the last month. I would have to say the receptionist could use some soft skills and humanizing training. However, they did not fail to do their job in protecting their patient's privacy- even when one has legal guardianship. They get points for sticking to their script to tell you they can't talk to you. Later, were assigned a point of contact, and after things went much smoother. Frankie D., they truly need to give you a raise! Your follow-through and dependability helped put our family's minds at ease. You were a most valuable contact through one of the most uncertain times by keeping us informed about our loved one.
