They seemed like they actually cared to help me with my situation but unfortunately it backfired. Was advised that I have a right to access my own medical records from a crisis unit that drugged me, beat me, choke slammed me, lied that I was still suicidal after I had been stabilised so they could commit me and milk me for Medicaid payments, and more. Instead of giving me the records they retaliated with criminal charges telling police I was harrassing and stalking them. I lost my visa in Australia and was separated from my family, spent 2 months in jail, got a ankle monitor (for calling medical records department from overseas?????????) had to surrender passport and will potentially go to prison. Do NOT ask a crisis unit for your medical records. If they harmed you just keep quiet. Let them squeeze you for every cent they can. They will beat you and knock you out with drugs if you don't follow their orders. You have no rights. Even if the law says you have rights you don't because there is no one to enforce them. Don't go to a crisis center at all actually because they are guaranteed to make a bad situation worse.

I’m using my husbands google account because I don’t have one.. but I want to thank lighthouse for everything especially Kera Macky idk if I spelled that right she’s over med clinic.. my husband called her because I was suicidal and she got me right in.. and then Stacy hays idk if I spelled that right either but big big help about coloring… my therapist Kelli is amazing and helped me get through piano.. all the ladies up front have made me feel so welcomed.. never treated me like I’m worthless.. I thank God for light house Seminole and kera for helping keep me around another day…and for helping me and getting me the help I need.

Hands down the best VA I’ve ever been to. Top Reasons: Service, Speed of Availability, Quality Care and Follow Up. My opinion is based upon other states Such as Central Texas and Southern California locations. Here in Oklahoma I was able to accomplish more as a Traveling Veteran in 1 month than I could ever have imagined in comparison to the other two states. When they say they look after their veterans they stand behind their words. I wasn’t pushed to the sidelines and told to wait weeks or months for the next available appointment. I went to this facility 2 times as a teenager. The last time I was there I stayed for 3 months. This place became like my home and it provided me structure and a community to get me ready for the real world. I had so many amazing staff that impacted me. I spent 30 days here in July of 2015. The best thing that ever happened to me. The staff is incredible! From the councilors to the nurses, case managers, PCA's, kitchen staff, maintenance. Everyone is so involved in patient care, its amazing!

I went to oakwood springs I was mentally broken and dealing with substance abuse I was suicidal and didn't know which direction to turn well the staff there is really great especially TJ Jones he's like a mentor to me he took all this time and really gave me attention and mentor to me and gave me some real knowledge he is very inspirational and in my opinion the best on staff there all the staff is great but TJ was phenomenal I recommend this place can anyone dealing with substance or mental issues it is a very well organized place the food is great the staff is great in the living conditions are good groups are good overall it was a very good experience

I truly cannot say enough positive things about my therapist. Kristal is absolutely incredible at what she does, and I genuinely believe she is one of the best in her profession. From the very beginning, she has made me feel heard, understood, and supported without ever making me feel judged. What makes her exceptional is how much she truly cares. She doesn’t just listen! She helps me understand myself, challenges me when I need it, and gives me the tools and perspective to work through some of the most difficult situations in my life. She has an amazing ability to create a space where I feel comfortable being completely honest, even when the things I'm talking about aren't easy. I am incredibly grateful for the patience, compassion, professionalism, and dedication she has shown me. The impact she has made on my life is difficult to put into words, and I appreciate her more than she probably realizes. You can always get someone on the phone, they are attentive, answer questions, provide you the help and resources you need. 10/10 as for my experiences with IHS and we’ve been to several different healthcare facilities in the state since we’ve moved so much. I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!!
