I can't express enough how AMAZING this hospital is. From Chelsea at er registration, to the sweet nurses in the er. Dr Jefferson. The nursing staff in the admission rooms upstairs. My husband got very lucky. Had blood clots in his legs and lungs and they immediately caught it. Got him tests, scans, IVs, pic lines, ultra sounds within MINUTES and we walked in through the ER doors. No waiting. No going without updates. I am blown away at the kindness, urgency, RESPECT, (he is overweight and was very shy, they never ever made us feel bad or like a burden) intelligence of the entire staff, and over all experience here. They made sure we both ate. Were comfortable. We didn't need or want for anything our entire stay. I will never again go anywhere else in a crisis. Thank you so so so much elk City hospital. You saved my husband, gave me and our family peace of mind and so much love and support.
I am very thankful for every single one of these ladies here. They all helped me and opened my eyes and because of them pushing me and listening to me I am who i am today. I am forever great full for Summer and the team of ladies who helped me.

I have been with New Hope for over a year I have seen some amazing transformations while there. Wish my Son had gone there maybe he wouldn't be in prison right now.
I love RedRock! RedRock mental health is an excellent mental health facility that provides top-notch care to their patients. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and they go above and beyond to ensure that each patient receives the individualized care they need. The facility itself is clean and welcoming, creating a calming atmosphere for those seeking help. I have had a positive experience with RedRock mental health and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mental health services.

I'm really thankful that we have a wonderful VA clinic and branches here in Lawton. It's the best thing for veterans in texhoma area. I have yet to find a reason to complain 😃 The staff is great, the service is marvelous and the environment is Veterans friendly 🥰

I retired from Ft Sill and stayed in Lawton for 2 years after I retired from 2021-2023. Moved to Dallas then I realized I spoiled I were from Lawton. Ft. Sill is not bad at all. I miss this hospital

It’s never easy to make the decision to send your child to long term inpatient care. I have a daughter here now and I love this program. The staff cares. The girls get the help they need. They have strict rules and boundaries, but they also get understanding, good therapy, etc. I would recommend.

If you are a parent or guardian seeking help for a troubled child, then you already know it is one of the most difficult situations you will encounter. As parents, we often question ourselves, wondering what we could have done different. Put those thoughts aside. Remember–you are only human. You love your child. You have done all you can. If a parent’s love could heal your child, she would already be well. I know you are exhausted, frustrated, devastated. Take a deep breath and know… There is healing available for your daughter and family.
My daughter was admitted to White Horse Ranch in early 2021. She graduated the program after five months of intensive therapy. The change in my daughter was nothing less of phenomenal. I’m not a believer, but I will often describe the staff at WHR as miracle workers.
As a parent, I participated in weekly family therapy with my daughter. Not only did I receive regular updates on my daughter’s progress, but a staff person was always available to speak with me–24 hours a day. I could call at anytime to check on my daughter. I’m a single mom and have a tight budget. My insurance covered a great portion of the expenses, but not all. However, WHR worked with me, allowing me to set up a payment plan so that my daughter got all the care she needed.
Were there bumps in the road? Of course. After all, WHR is a residential treatment center for teen girls. Therapy is grueling work for anyone, and especially for children. Ups and downs are to be expected. I know my daughter had her share. But… I knew she was in capable hands and that her safety and the safety of all the girls would be guarded and maintained.
In a world of instability, WHR maintains a strict, predictable schedule, which is a crucial part of the therapy. The girls learn how to be responsible to themselves and those around them. They learn to keep themselves and their living spaces clean and organized. They learn to organize their activities to make the most of their time. Most importantly, they learn that their choices and actions have consequences for better or for worse. That concept alone is crucial to future success. They also incorporate holiday and birthday celebrations into the schedule which my daughter really enjoyed. And the horses… the equine therapy was an incredible experience for my daughter. She learned to trust and be trusted. She took on the responsibility of caring for the needs of another living being and the rewards of that dynamic have been ongoing.
A word about the Christian environment… Yes, the environment includes an element of Christianity, mostly in the form of Christian love. But what is that? Doing unto others as you would have done unto you. That’s a Universal law that most people on earth follow. If someone has an issue with that, I don’t know what to tell them. That said, for those who are Christian, there are services offered every Sunday. However, I am a staunch atheist, so I was a bit worried about indoctrination of my child; however, the staff at WHR was respectful and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated.
With all that said, I highly recommend WHR to any parent or guardian struggling with their daughter’s behavioral and mental health issues. And remember, there is healing available for your daughter and family.
I've been going to the Altus BA Clinic for a few years now. The staff are very attentive people and the Medical Doctor is polite and professional. I am pleased to have only a short drive from my residence to access health care at the Clinic...!!

The whole crew ( Betty, Tammy, Crystal and Dr. Perez) is very respectful and understanding even when some of us can be a little moody as we go in there. I can assure you that they will do everything in their power that the VA says they can do for you and if they don't, then you probably messed up somewhere. Pro Tip respect and a smile will get far here.

I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I still rant and rave to everyone, telling them this is THE BEST place to go if you really want help. Out of all treatment centers paid and state-funded, this is BY FAR the best one across the state of Oklahoma. I owe this place so much for the way the touched my life and helped me become the person I am today. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

This place is amazing!!! The people at this facility have been SO good to my friend she was a heavy drug user when they took her in. These people have been a true blessing! They have all worked so hard to help her, In my opinion, they have saved her life I am so thankful!!!

I grew up in Compton, California, searching for acceptance and belonging. I found it in the gang lifestyle, living as a gangbanger and hustler. I had no remorse, no hope, and nearly lost my life when I was shot in the head during a gang fight. Instead of prison, I was sent to Teen Challenge. Two weeks into the program, I surrendered my life to Christ. While there, I discovered a passion for creating art with my hands. Today, I walk in complete restoration something I could never have achieved on my own. God has not only restored my life but has given me more than I could have ever imagined.

I've had an excellent time with them. They have all new staff working here, even the med doctor has changed. There's a TV, soda machine and extra waiting room available. Darla, the therapist is such a knowledgeable and helpful lady. Talking to her is like talking to a friend and she has some amazing coping skills. Tracy, the secretary also makes the wait for comfortable by letting me sit in a backroom away from loud noises and people. The facility also offers drug court and rehab for those that need it. The place is clean, staff is friendly.
