I can't express enough how AMAZING this hospital is. From Chelsea at er registration, to the sweet nurses in the er. Dr Jefferson. The nursing staff in the admission rooms upstairs. My husband got very lucky. Had blood clots in his legs and lungs and they immediately caught it. Got him tests, scans, IVs, pic lines, ultra sounds within MINUTES and we walked in through the ER doors. No waiting. No going without updates. I am blown away at the kindness, urgency, RESPECT, (he is overweight and was very shy, they never ever made us feel bad or like a burden) intelligence of the entire staff, and over all experience here. They made sure we both ate. Were comfortable. We didn't need or want for anything our entire stay. I will never again go anywhere else in a crisis. Thank you so so so much elk City hospital. You saved my husband, gave me and our family peace of mind and so much love and support.

They took great care of me for a hernia surgery. The nurses and doctors all were very personable and professional, and I and my family felt genuinely cared for. The VA has such a bad reputation that I was a little nervous but those fears, for this location at least, seem to be entirely unfounded.

This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

When I entered through the hospital doors I first saw a check-in desk.After
Checking in another lady offered to guide me to the office of my appointment. I was immediately greeted when I got to Dr. Nabi's office. The wait wasn't long and everyone was very pleasant. There were beautiful Christmas trees in various areas of the hospital that I really enjoyed!
All of my test results were back by the next day. Every time I go to Integris I am pleased with my care.

I was told by Bill in admissions they had “never dealt with anyone so resistant to the 45 day program” after simply asking him if they offer 30 day long programs or if it had to be the full 45 days. (30 days isn’t abnormal for most places). Asking for help is hard enough. To be met with judgment and hostility and a “one size fits all” approach makes it much harder. Not everyone can be away for so long. We have lives, jobs, etc. I would’ve hoped they’d be more concerned with actually helping people, but it does kinda seem they’re more concerned with profit and getting people to stay as long as possible. As I told Bill, getting some help is better than getting none at all. I recommend people look elsewhere because this place seems to lack integrity.

I went here in January-Febuary, they really helped me talk through some of my toughest times, now I'm able to express my feelings and talk to my parents better. I have truly improved and I miss the staff because they were very nice, and really supportive. I miss the people I met and I hope they're doing well, I loved my therapist and she really helped me be able to express myself and feel better. I still have tough times but with the time I spent there, I've learned good skills and I'm able to work through them without falling back into the terrible places I've been before. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and I highly recommend them.

I am a 11 year old boy who went to meadow lake twice, each time it got better. My first time was 4 months - second was 3 weeks. They really cared about my health and well-being. My granddaughter has been inpatient there 2 times. This last time really helped her. She hasn't had any issues since she was discharged. The staff were very friendly and polite. Jen that works the front desk is so amazing and everything runs smooth when she is working. As of for my counselor Brian and the Nurses, Tess they are so amazing also. They all are a true definition of working as a team. I love them all.I was on the program in 2004 and worked it and came off. Then I came back in 2020 and they saved my life again. I'm on 29 MG and I'm working my program and I have been very successful. I have a full time job and part time, I have a new car and a new life with many blessings from God and the clinic. My life has changed so much with the work of myself and God working through me.i am very greatful for the person I am today. So please don't ever give up, keep pushing and you will be successful.

Hello everyone I'm coming from Texas and the clinic I have been at since 2009 is the best it was the 3td one before I found them all the others were hateful staff treated us like we were criminals so I'm so afraid of what's going to happen when I get to Oklahoma City Oklahoma I need to move because Texas is getting to dangerous and to expensive I'm on a fixed income I looked up what states are the best for price and safety ur state is one of the top but finding a safe friendly clinic is very hard and all the reviews say this is an amazing place so I can't wait to meet the staff and doctor!! ❤️🙏👍😇🌹

I have been having a hard time getting tthe results of my echocardiogram and ct scan of head . Went to appointment in june was told i needed to have echocardiogram and ct scan done finally got an appointment in October to have them done its been 3 weeks and have called 1st time dr was not in said they would have her call next day. No call by noon so i called left message no call that day. Today called again left message no call. Im getting annoyed to the point where Im trying to find a way to report them. But dont know who to and really think it would do no good. I was there when this country needed me all im asking for is common courtesy that they do what they say.they are going to do.

If you struggle with mental health this isn't the emergency staff that will help you. I have a his of PTSD and Sucidal attempts. I saw someone the week prior and it was someone who assaulted me, my anxiety was threw the roof. My flash backs and so much more. I was scolded by the DO and two nurses the second time I was their. They screamed out my medical stuff like that was illegal those cameras that they are only to protect them. I was placed in a lock room. Well, someone failed to protect me.... im coming for all your jobs. Each and every single one.

Great speakers and info! Learning the different perspectives and how the RPs, Directors, IT, and HR, and even finance works together was great. Lovingoood was the high point! Relatable, applicable, informative, and helpful! The time allowed to be together outside of meeting was invaluable, too. Great balance! Location was fantastic!

They helped me when I didnt have the means to help myself quit a bad habit. I am eternally grateful for all of their help and hard work! Most of the staff are friendly and work hard to help those in need. The very end got a little rocky due to a complete misunderstanding. No biggie tho... im on the spectrum so im I used to being misunderstood. Overall my experience was very helpful.

The whole crew ( Betty, Tammy, Crystal and Dr. Perez) is very respectful and understanding even when some of us can be a little moody as we go in there. I can assure you that they will do everything in their power that the VA says they can do for you and if they don't, then you probably messed up somewhere. This place is amazing!!! The people at this facility have been SO good to my friend she was a heavy drug user when they took her in. These people have been a true blessing! They have all worked so hard to help her, In my opinion, they have saved her life I am so thankful!!!
