Went to the EMERGENCY Department via ambulance. The staff at the hospital was very kind and listened to my concerns and I was out in less than 3 hours. The only “issue” I had with the whole process was the doctor on duty had an attitude. He did not have compassion for me. I went in thinking I was having a stroke and he acted like I was a drug seeker.. which is not the case at all.

I've had an excellent time with them. They have all new staff working here, even the med doctor has changed. There's a TV, soda machine and extra waiting room available. Darla, the therapist is such a knowledgeable and helpful lady. Talking to her is like talking to a friend and she has some amazing coping skills. Tracy, the secretary also makes the wait for comfortable by letting me sit in a backroom away from loud noises and people. The facility also offers drug court and rehab for those that need it. The place is clean, staff is friendly.

I had difficulty initially because I assumed I would be prescribed medication right away. I had to wait 3 months for a provider visit, so, in the meantime, I explained to my PCP and was able to get a few safe medications while waiting. I got into a therapist who has helped me beyond measure and is extremely good at her job. All of the staff I have encountered have been polite, nonjudgmental, professional, and helpful to my mental health journey. I have not had one single bad experience in the past year of going there 2-3 times a month (excluding the obvious difficult but necessary stuff) They have resources to help you in so many capacities and I encourage those who can be patient to give them the opportunity to be helpful.

I cannot speak anything but appreciation and gratitude for Rob’s Ranch. I gained all the tools I needed to live a happy and sober life through the group and individual sessions as well as the fellowship with other clients. The counselors are incredible, they truly care about their clients and it shows even after discharge. The entire staff is courteous and respectful, the amenities are great and the campus is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking help and believe this is one of the best facilities to do so.

Hands down the best VA I’ve ever been to. Top Reasons: Service, Speed of Availability, Quality Care and Follow Up. My opinion is based upon other states Such as Central Texas and Southern California locations. Here in Oklahoma I was able to accomplish more as a Traveling Veteran in 1 month than I could ever have imagined in comparison to the other two states. When they say they look after their veterans they stand behind their words. I wasn’t pushed to the sidelines and told to wait weeks or months for the next available appointment. So to all of the staff doctors, PA’s, Nurses and volunteers you have my 🫡.

My mother-in-law is currently on comfort care at this hospital, and during such a difficult time, the compassion we’ve experienced has meant so much to our family. He extended that same respect to our entire family, offering clear communication, reassurance, and quiet strength during one of the most difficult times we have faced. I spent 30 days here in July of 2015. The best thing that ever happened to me. The staff is incredible! From the councilors to the nurses, case managers, PCA's, kitchen staff, maintenance. Everyone is so involved in patient care, its amazing!

I went to this facility 2 times as a teenager. The last time I was there I stayed for 3 months. This place became like my home and it provided me structure and a community to get me ready for the real world. I had so many amazing staff that impacted me. It's a smaller clinic and very easy to navigate. Exit the elevator on the 3rd floor to the left and see a large glass window check-in. Check in there for I think everything. You definitely check-in there for Primary, Eye Clinic, Urgent Care and Laboratory.

Hello, my name is Jay/James Parks, I was a patient at this mental health facility 2 times, one for 4 months, and one for 3 weeks. The entire time I was there I was treated greatly, and was allowed to do most things the other reviews are saying they couldn’t. The staff were especially nice, and would only want the best for you. The food was also great, having what tasted like a 5- star meal served every day, and me having a family who has experience with most mental facility’s in Oklahoma, this one surpasses the rest. And people forget that if they/their kid does not find something fair, the grievance forms ARE something they look at. Overall, deserves a 5 star review.

I went here in January-Febuary, they really helped me talk through some of my toughest times, now I'm able to express my feelings and talk to my parents better. I have truly improved and I miss the staff because they were very nice, and really supportive. I miss the people I met and I hope they're doing well, I loved my therapist and she really helped me be able to express myself and feel better. I still have tough times but with the time I spent there, I've learned good skills and I'm able to work through them without falling back into the terrible places I've been before. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and I highly recommend them.
