I had difficulty initially because I assumed I would be prescribed medication right away. I had to wait 3 months for a provider visit, so, in the meantime, I explained to my PCP and was able to get a few safe medications while waiting. I got into a therapist who has helped me beyond measure and is extremely good at her job. All of the staff I have encountered have been polite, nonjudgmental, professional, and helpful to my mental health journey. I have not had one single bad experience in the past year of going there 2-3 times a month (excluding the obvious difficult but necessary stuff) They have resources to help you in so many capacities and I encourage those who can be patient to give them the opportunity to be helpful.

A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

When I entered through the hospital doors I first saw a check-in desk.After
Checking in another lady offered to guide me to the office of my appointment. I was immediately greeted when I got to Dr. Nabi's office. The wait wasn't long and everyone was very pleasant. There were beautiful Christmas trees in various areas of the hospital that I really enjoyed!
All of my test results were back by the next day. Every time I go to Integris I am pleased with my care.

I went here in January-Febuary, they really helped me talk through some of my toughest times, now I'm able to express my feelings and talk to my parents better. I have truly improved and I miss the staff because they were very nice, and really supportive. I miss the people I met and I hope they're doing well, I loved my therapist and she really helped me be able to express myself and feel better. I still have tough times but with the time I spent there, I've learned good skills and I'm able to work through them without falling back into the terrible places I've been before. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and I highly recommend them.

I am a 11 year old boy who went to meadow lake twice, each time it got better. My first time was 4 months - second was 3 weeks. They really cared about my health and well-being. My favorite staff was really nice and since I was there on Christmas, we had a really great time. Please take my review and let it change your mind

My granddaughter has been inpatient there 2 times. This last time really helped her. She hasn't had any issues since she was discharged. The staff were very friendly and polite. We took our toddler son here to see Dr. Hutchison. We were INSANELY impressed. The facility was child friendly from the moment you walked in the door. From the waiting room, to the hallways, and even in the private room. There were multiple different types of toys, books, and puzzles. The rooms were decorated for a child to learn and play in, while also being very clean and comfortable for parents. Amazing equipment and even a pediatric style table, so you don’t have to worry about your kiddo rolling off a tall table. We have LOVED seeing Dr. Hutchison since our little one was born, but wow, this move to the PFC has showed how bright she can really shine as a doctor, and a human! She’s a parent. She’s gets it. On top of it all she is insanely smart and trustworthy. She even gave my little one a coin to get a prize and complimented his behavior, but we all know that facility was designed to help children thrive. This was probably one of the best places I went to. I was really struggling with mental health issues and other problems and they really made me feel safe and validated. We got to see and visit our parents on the weekends and they had a vending machine so they could bring us snacks. Our parents could bring us bedding and shower products. We got to wear our own clothes and shoes. We had groups and lessons we did everyday and we're able to go outside most of time and play basketball. The food wasn't too bad and was mostly like school food and on holidays we got really good food and the staff would bring in the food they made which was really good. They really helped me when I was struggling and the staff and people I met along the way were so nice to me. They really outdid themselves and understood that we're just kids struggling and trying to better ourselves. I was able to go on pass and visit my family for a day outside of the place which was nice because I hadn't seen them in a long time. The groups and lessons they taught us really helped me be able to ground myself and cope a lot better than before. Ms. Mary really helped me with my issues and was able to get me out of there in a month. This place is one of the better mental hospitals and if your going to send your kid to one you should look at your options and this one would probably be the best choice to choose from.

The staff at this location genuinely care about your healing process. They cater your care to your specific needs in both group and private one on one sessions. You can let them know daily about subjects you would like to discuss in future groups. You assess your self daily so you and the staff can track your progress. Aimee, Valencia Christina and Ali are excellent in each of their specific areas of expertise. Then there is Dr. Bobby who is highly skilled in this field as well.

I went thru this several years ago in drug court. I never believed in counselors before. Until I met Sheryll. She was my counselor and I will never forget her. So this place is not great but the only reason I am rating is this high is the nurse or doctor I’m not sure that saw me this morning Mendy Corter! She helped me so much I was seen Friday and they basically just brushed me aside did no testing didn’t even check my bp. Didn’t do a chest X-ray nothing.. well I went back today because I wasn’t any better and turns out I have pneumonia my lungs and trashed and she was mad that the last doc that saw me didn’t bother to check me out! Well 2 breathing treatments and two shots in my butt later and they had me feeling a little better sent me home with so antibiotics and an inhaler to make sure I got better!! Thank you so much Mendy Corter you helped make me feel better and didn’t make me feel like I was overreacting and being dramatic!
