Went to the EMERGENCY Department via ambulance. The staff at the hospital was very kind and listened to my concerns and I was out in less than 3 hours. The only “issue” I had with the whole process was the doctor on duty had an attitude. He did not have compassion for me. I went in thinking I was having a stroke and he acted like I was a drug seeker.. which is not the case at all.

I've had an excellent time with them. They have all new staff working here, even the med doctor has changed. There's a TV, soda machine and extra waiting room available. Darla, the therapist is such a knowledgeable and helpful lady. Talking to her is like talking to a friend and she has some amazing coping skills. Tracy, the secretary also makes the wait for comfortable by letting me sit in a backroom away from loud noises and people. The facility also offers drug court and rehab for those that need it. The place is clean, staff is friendly.

I had difficulty initially because I assumed I would be prescribed medication right away. I had to wait 3 months for a provider visit, so, in the meantime, I explained to my PCP and was able to get a few safe medications while waiting. I got into a therapist who has helped me beyond measure and is extremely good at her job. All of the staff I have encountered have been polite, nonjudgmental, professional, and helpful to my mental health journey. I have not had one single bad experience in the past year of going there 2-3 times a month (excluding the obvious difficult but necessary stuff) They have resources to help you in so many capacities and I encourage those who can be patient to give them the opportunity to be helpful.

Hands down the best VA I’ve ever been to. Top Reasons: Service, Speed of Availability, Quality Care and Follow Up. My opinion is based upon other states Such as Central Texas and Southern California locations. Here in Oklahoma I was able to accomplish more as a Traveling Veteran in 1 month than I could ever have imagined in comparison to the other two states. When they say they look after their veterans they stand behind their words. I wasn’t pushed to the sidelines and told to wait weeks or months for the next available appointment. So to all of the staff doctors, PA’s, Nurses and volunteers you have my 🫡.

I spent 30 days here in July of 2015. The best thing that ever happened to me. The staff is incredible! From the councilors to the nurses, case managers, PCA's, kitchen staff, maintenance. Everyone is so involved in patient care, its amazing!

I went to this facility 2 times as a teenager. The last time I was there I stayed for 3 months. This place became like my home and it provided me structure and a community to get me ready for the real world. I had so many amazing staff that impacted me. When I’m having a really bad time in life I can think back on skills and just good advice people here gave me. This place truly saved me because I may not have made it this far without the knowledge and connection I gained there. My daughter and l just had our first appointment with them, and the counselor we just met with was amazing. Her office is so welcoming as was she. I believe this is the place we needed. The goals we set are going to be achieveable. Thank you, Payne County Youth Services.

I just wanna say thank you for tunnel vision recovery every single person that works there are family to me and always been since the day I met Sean and Jasmine and the rest of the crew are family and without them I wouldn't be where I'm at now still going strong and our Creator bringing them in my life from the first start when we all met every single one of them are unique and have a story almost like mine and different and I am 10 months and they never gave up on me..and I graduated from tunnel vision and still going with our Creator AH-HO tunnel vision

I went to oakwood springs I was mentally broken and dealing with substance abuse I was suicidal and didn't know which direction to turn well the staff there is really great especially TJ Jones he's like a mentor to me he took all this time and really gave me attention and mentor to me and gave me some real knowledge he is very inspirational and in my opinion the best on staff there all the staff is great but TJ was phenomenal I recommend this place can anyone dealing with substance or mental issues it is a very well organized place the food is great the staff is great in the living conditions are good groups are good overall it was a very good experience

i was there about 4 months ago and i was in there for about 2 months and it made me feel so much better about myself and what i should do with my life as a 14 year old, although the food was really good and the staff are extremely nice and mr mick was my favorite staff of all time i really think this deserves a 5 star review!!!

Hello, my name is Jay/James Parks, I was a patient at this mental health facility 2 times, one for 4 months, and one for 3 weeks. The entire time I was there I was treated greatly, and was allowed to do most things the other reviews are saying they couldn’t. The staff were especially nice, and would only want the best for you. The food was also great, having what tasted like a 5- star meal served every day, and me having a family who has experience with most mental facility’s in Oklahoma, this one surpasses the rest. And people forget that if they/their kid does not find something fair, the grievance forms ARE something they look at. Overall, deserves a 5 star review.

I went here in January-Febuary, they really helped me talk through some of my toughest times, now I'm able to express my feelings and talk to my parents better. I have truly improved and I miss the staff because they were very nice, and really supportive. I miss the people I met and I hope they're doing well, I loved my therapist and she really helped me be able to express myself and feel better. I still have tough times but with the time I spent there, I've learned good skills and I'm able to work through them without falling back into the terrible places I've been before. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and I highly recommend them.
