Was easy to use just a little confusing when switching between individuals. Letting the patient know you’ll be getting off the video chat was really the only issue. Letting the patient know to wait for the next provider to join. Other then that it was really easy to use.

Other Forms of Payment

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

During drug rehab in Alaska, you'll receive a combination of medical and psychotherapeutic treatments that are designed to treat drug dependency. The goal of drug rehab is to break this dependency and help you develop the skills to maintain a drug-free life.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult Program

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young Adult Program

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

A great treatment facility located in Anchorage, AK. But seriously, they actually give great advice both dealing with the addiction, getting a script, and resources like cab rides to them, and advice about your environment. I would recommend to anybody struggling, go to South central detox, then follow up with them if your doing this endeavor on your own. <3

***5 yrs ago.***** If you dont mind dealing with a provider on a computer screen, then it's not an issue. However, 85% of the time, you will not be seeing someone in person. You will be brought into a room and sit in front of a monitor and speak with whoever wherever. There is not a lot of consistency with who you speak with also. That being said, the staff is friendly, and they do have a genuine feel about them when speaking with a live person that is. The process is fairly quick and simple enough that it makes it a little easier for those who are in dire need of gaining stability in order to begin getting better. ***************************************************************************( (Update 5 years later.) I'm just getting an email stating 2 weeks ago. There was a response to my review of 5 years. My applause to a business that now has an on-site provider and so obviously bettering themselvesso their clients might be able to easier. If true, then it's outstanding news. Other than that, however, I could not comment further. As, I now am ignorant of the practices of thisbbusiness at hand. I will applaud Ideal for this new revelation none the less. As am sure it will indeed help fellow sisters and brothers try to fight the good fight. One day at a time. Thank you

Doctor Greg and Todd are great. The nurses also are wonderful. If I remember all the names I'd put them in the survey. Credit department so far has been great and working with me.

They get the job done, so to speak. But do not hold your breath for your prescription to actually process that same day, and don't expect them to have much sympathy the entire process slow if you're just getting started

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We wish you continued success in recovery.

I was prescribed medication and at Walgreens I got denied two days in a row saying that the ideal options provider is not approved, I’m feeling severe withdrawals and have called ideal options several times they say that they would fix it and to go the next day and still the provider is still unauthorized, I am forced to purchase drugs illegally because these guys don’t have their providers legit! On weekends there’s no pharmacy open and I am left without my prescribed medications, definitely on my way to file a complaint in federal court for medical negligence and deliberate indifference under civil rights amendments, I definitely got charged for service that is not being rendered, and in the medical field that is highly discriminatory and illegal!

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
Hector-<br>We want to make sure everything within our power is being done so your prescription is available within 24 hours of your appointment. I'm very sorry to hear this was not the case and you have had to jump through hoops. Your experience and concerns are being reviewed by leadership which will help us fix any errors that may have been on end. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we truly appreciate you voicing your concerns.
