If you are looking to get help with your mental health, DO NOT COME HERE! I just had the worst experience with this office. I had an appointment to be seen with Dr. Castro that had been scheduled 2 MONTHS PRIOR, and if you struggle with mental health 2 months could feel longer than what it is. This being said, I was not going to miss my appointment for any means. The day of my appointment comes and they call me at 11:16am to start my consultation when I had my appointment scheduled for 11:30am. I had asked my job to let me out 5 minutes before my appointment so I could be early, so I didn t get to my phone until 11:22am that I called back. I told them I was calling back to confirm that I was going to see Dr. Castro at 11:30am and that I was ready to start if they were. I was told that I had missed my appointment and had to reschedule. Like I said, as someone who struggles with mental health, this appointment was very important to me especially since I had been waiting for 2 months to be seen. Their office is seeing patients via video call and I had been in the waiting room and of the call at 11:25am so I don t understand how I could ve been late. This situation is so disappointing because I always spoke highly of this office and was also a previous patient. I understand every doctors time is crucial but I don t understand why they cancelled my appointment when 1. I was early, maybe not as early as they called but still early enough and 2. I called back 8 minutes later STILL BEFORE 11:30am! This office obviously has no consideration of their patients time or mental health. Not to mention that I tried to reschedule for as soon as possible and they said I would be called back when they had availability after waiting 2 months for this appointment. This office is a joke. In the second photo they even got my name wrong. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Ive been a patient at psychsolutions on and off for over 4 years now and its been an honor to meet such wonderful people. Carlos and Evelyn have been amazing.Carlos not only was my therapist but has become a family friend.Evelyn who is my current therapist is lovely and although we dont know eachother as much as I know carlos, I hope to continue to form a bond with her.They truly care about there paitents. Both have taught me so much and Evelyn will continue to teaching me how to better myself.

My experience with PsychSolutions, Inc. has been one of the best! They provided therapy to my daughter for 2 consecutive years, which was reflected in the family harmony, always with respect, punctuality and, above all, human quality. Carlos Camacho, who was the therapist, is considered for us a great friend and confidant of the family, always very professional. Later we turned to them again, this time having the experience with Evelyn in whom we found the same quality and understanding.Thank you PsychSolutions!!

Mi experiencia con PsychSolutions, Inc. Ha sido de las mejores! Le brindaron terapia a mi hija por 2 años consecutivos lo que se vio reflejado en la armonia familia siempre con respeto puntualidad y sobre todo calidad humana Carlos Camacho quien fue el terapista es considerado para nosotros un gran amigo y confidente de la familia siempre muy profecional años despues volvimos a recurrir a ellos esta vez teniendo la experiencia con Evelyn en quien encontramos la misma calidad y comprension. I’m satisfied with the services provided to my child and the efforts Psych Solutions goes through to help children. There are many options available and if you feel like you aren’t being given enough, just ask. If you don’t like an answer one person gives you, ask multiple people. Sometimes the methods you need are outside of the box thinking. My child has slowly improved and I appreciate the patience of Psych Solutions in guiding me.

La verdad q me da pena tener q evaluarlos con sola estrella ya q la sicóloga q vino a casa hacerle la evaluación al niño me parecio toda una profesional y gran persona .. pero de la agencia no tengo buena opinión . Pasaron semanas y semanas y nunca me llamaron para mandarme a la terapeuta q según la sicóloga devia darle terapias De comportamiento dos días de la semana a mi niño en la escuela .. y cuando llamo me sale una grosera mujer cuando le explicó lo pasado me deja en espera , supongo q para preguntarle a su superior q hacer después de yo haberle reclamado el tiempo q había pasado y no me me habían mandado a nadie o llamado para replicarle el por q no habían hecho nada .. les dije q el tiempo estaba pasando y q El Niño necesita la terapia q si no enviaban a alguien para la próxima semana tendría q ir a otra agencia.. ella la q me respondió en muy mala forma y me quiso tomar por ignorante y me dijo q si superior le dijo q me fuera para otra agencia ni se tomaron la molestia de intentar ayudarme ... .. no son para nada profesionales y la q te responde al teléfono es una búlgar q me dijo q era muy inteligente cuando yo le dije q ninguna mujer inteligente q trabajaba con público hablaba del modo q ella lo hacía....
