I was unsure about PRP and integrative medicine for treatment of an older knee injury and a current shoulder injury. I highly recommend calling and teaming up with Nicole, APNP and Dr. Kroll. The entire team at Integrative medical solutions are very knowledgeable in building therapy plans and providing options to me that worked! Being part of the solution to wellness was important to me. Dr Harkin, is great he is truly compassionate for his patient's. I have only been to one other clinic and they just treat you like a number, they treat you with respect at ASAP and they don't judge. It seems like everyone likes Dr Harkin, you will even find him out in the parking lot from time to time giving fist bumps to his patient's and asking them how they are doing.

The one (and only - unfortunately) methadone clinic that is an actual RESPECTABLE, CLEAN, SAFE CLINIC. I have had my share of experience and to have a place where you are respected and treated like a person, is HUGE. PLUS, as part of treatment, you are assigned a counselor; had Dawn Marie been my counselor through life, I probably wouldn't even NEED to go to a methadone clinic! You have no doubt that she has your back and best interests at heart. Which is priceless when it comes to treatment and getting WELL. Even if you have to drive a bit farther, THIS is the clinic that cares about your sobriety and wants you to succeed!

During my very short time with them(relocated states) I have had nothing but the best people and care, especially my girl Trish(hopefully I spelled your name right.) I am Mexican American and I didn't have not one issue regarding race issues as they are a little diverse in their staffing as well. My only complaint during the short time was, no one tried to help me with housing... One of the main reasons I had to leave. Other than that 5/5 from food pantry, pharmacy, all great! Kevin is a pretty good one as well. Really they all are in the Madison location. Highly recommend!!

It was one in a million that I found Gabi! During some of the lowest days in my life, somehow I found Gabi and she agreed to take me on as a client. This was three.. maybe four years ago now?! I have never met a counselor I LOVED until Gabi Koren who came highly recommended to me through UW Hospital! I have seen her for 3 different/separate specific reasons and still remain seeing her for 2 through Lake City Counseling. I actually look forward to talking with her and receiving her guidance regularly from a Women s Virtual Group to everyday counseling. I have never felt so confident opening up to someone like I have with her and that was from the very start. I could never imagine trying to have to find someone to replace her, she is a true gift and absolutely 1 in a million, no exaggeration at all!!! I have been working with Mike Hebl at Lake City Counseling for almost six month and he is amazing. It took me years to finally find a place that could get me into weekly visits versus monthly. The receptionist is available from 9 am-2 pm, and is always very helpful and nice. I was skeptical at first because of a bad review I saw posted, so I wanted others to know that I have had the exact opposite. Mike has taught me so many daily strategies to cope with living with depression and anxiety. I highly recommend working with Lake City Counseling.

I recently transitioned from another health system where my privacy was consistently violated to accommodate the learning outcomes of UW students and doctors/professors. My requests for privacy were consistently met with opposition and during two surgeries, they were completely overridden and my body was treated as a specimen.Due to those experiences I transitioned my insurance and care to the SSM system at the beginning of this year. During my recent procedure at St. Mary s/ SSM Hospital, not for one moment did I feel a lack of respect for my wishes or privacy. In fact, in the patient privacy notice that sits on the desk when you check in, it clearly states to patients, they have the right to refuse students in their procedures at any time. I can honestly say, I was treated as a human being and with respect for the first time in over a year. I m beyond grateful for both the treatment and care that I received.

Although I have nothing to compare this program to, I found my care to be top notch. Okay, the beds are a bit hard but the doctors, social workers and the nurses (almost forgot to mention the OT folks) were incredibly kind and effective. In my opinion, the inpatient program is as successful as the work you put into it. There is no magic cure; just need to pull yourself up by the britches and dive in.Oh- the food is quite good as well!I would highly recommend this inpatient psychiatric programming!

What an outstanding experience at Lad Lake, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! Gave me such good advice to repair me and my father's relationship and has helped me to become the man I am now to hear from my father I love you twice in one conversation over the the phone witch I never heard him ever say In life and also I still have a great relationship with my family if you aint made it past the first hallway it's cause you didn't wanna be sober. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and want to make it clear that they must be from the crisis center or detox center. You ll see this on a lot of rehabs google reviews. I noticed the rehabs without detox or crisis center will earn higher reviews.I ve been working with them to get a family member admitted for inpatient rehab and have been very satisfied with their customer service.

Phone reception is open at 8am-12pm and 1pm-4:30pm. The prescriber is sometimes able to offer later appointments, however I am not sure how long that will be available. I am grateful there are some days that it s possible to see someone later in the day.

All the time i was on probation at the age 15 wow tell me that isnt a bad girl ....my teacher was julie howwel/ my woreshop teacher was gene gruber there where great teachers and betty lang was there umm.now im 40 married with 4 girls 1 boy we live in reyonosa mexico and i think back wow i dont get in trouble no amos.hope all the kids r doin great and hope there families stand by them threw this hard time there goin threw.i pray daily for every child in that place will one day return home to there moms and dads on great behavior i spent from the age 15 to i turned 18 man that was like a camp it has great people in that place i wish i could go back annd viait the school.love to all lids in need valerie diaz rivera.god has a plan kids stay strong let them help u there the best ....
