I have been referring there since then. My clients have always had a positive experience and the clinical and support staff are the most responsive and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for the client and the family and have long term options. They do very well young adult males and most recently I referred a 69 year old man first time treatment. It was a family member and he’s doing very well and committed to 90 days of treatment. I can’t thank the clinical staff and administrators enough for the program they have created. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. I wasn't having it. Hung up on him. Then my phone started ringing with Florida a number over and over and I finally picked up, and began speaking with someone different, some guy with deep voice named Drew. He promised he just wanted to talk to me- and wouldn't pressure me to commit to anything I wasn't ready for. He said he wanted to hear my story, learn about me and what had me reaching out of help. Before I knew it, it had been about an hour of chit chatting, comparing war stories, when Drew asked if he could send me links to both the Florida and California locations. I got spoked again, and hung up on him, too. I walked away from from phone for about 30 mins and when I came back, I had missed calls and a few texts from Drew, just asking me to call him back, even if I wasn't commmiting to anything. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. He was the fist person I felt I could be honest with in years, and I trusted him more than I trusted myself at that moment. He told me personal things about himself and we shared our experiences as I laughed and cried, realizing he was right, and I needed to go away for a while to help myself. I was an uber, booked by Drew, to the airport for a flight, also booked by Drew, the next day. I can confidently say AIS was life changing for me, but without Drew on the other end of the phone, I wouldn't have gone anywhere. Of all of the staff- the drs, nurses, support staff, etc... I give Drew, the guy on the phone, my hero badge. If you're lucky enough to get this guy on the phone when you call- consider yourself in good hands. AIS is a great place to rediscover how important, strong, and loved you are. It's people like Drew who convince you're worthy of the help. The counselor over the phone was very reassuring and I came for a tour of the Santa Cruz location. I was glad to see people my own age (45) but most of the crowd was younger than me. However, they made me feel comfortable. It sort of felt like a summer camp, Lindsay the crossfit instructor was very helpful. I hate workign out but she gave me the right amount of healthy motivation and push. I work out on my own now and I feel so much better about myself. I learned so much from the counselors, especially Tim who was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I didn't want to go but I'm so glad I did. I have tears as i type this that Elevate really has changed my life. I still have to work for it, but I'm living proof that this program can work! Ted 7 years ago This place is not your ordinary rehab facility. They go beyond your standard rehabilitation and literally "Elevate" your life to a new level you didn't think was ever possible before. The program is structured in a way that you desire to learn more and give more into the healing process. If you take the necessary steps and put your heart into the program you will come out with a newfound appreciation for life and all that surrounds you. Please take this step, as my husband did, to embrace your life and get the healing you deserve and owe yourself. The Truth 1 month ago I think this is a wonderful rehab, the facilities are beautiful, the food is amazing (I have never even had food this good at a restaurant), and above all they have really helped my husband. Obviously anyone that first goes to rehab isn’t happy with their situation but in just two short months he was a changed person. The work they have them do on themselves got him to finally see why drugs and alcohol are no way of life. He’s finally sober and actually enjoying it! Riley Jaramillo 2 years ago Unfortunately I have been to several treatment centers throughout my struggles with alcohol. At every other rehab, it was obvious that it was a business... they were there to make money. Nobody was ever flat out mean, they just didn't really care. All In Solutions was the complete opposite. Every staff member was sincere and seemed invested in my success. Alumni from the program came back and spoke at meetings and everyone encouraged me to stay connected when I got out. They gave me their phone numbers and checked up on me while I was still there and once I went home. My therapist when I was there kept my wife involved the whole time. She got so much out of it that she started participating in the weekly family meeting on zoom. I will say that when I got out, I did get a bill... and I started freaking out. I called them in a panic and they were so kind about it. They told me that legally they had to send the bill, but if I couldn't afford to make a payment toward it right now, that was ok. I can't remember the name of the guy I talked to, but he was really cool about it. Overall, my experience with All In Solutions was a really good one.
