My dad had surgery and everyone in that matter was amazing for dealing w a grumpy old man. I got lost on the way to the cafeteria and an employee was heading the same way so she walked me down and gave me a tour and made sure I was alright. Powell saved my life. Was there during Christmas of 2024 and it was the best thing I could’ve ever done for myself. Amazing 24/7 nurse staff that literally saved my life in the middle of the night. An amazing counselor team, men and women’s therapists that were actually some of the easiest therapists I’ve ever gotten to talk to. Couldn’t recommend a better place to help you recover. And honestly, the people giving one star reviews and such are people that do not want to recover. This place is not a hotel or a spa that’s gonna rub your feet through the process. You are going to be sober 100% if you do what they tell you and that’s that. When I was there I would see people constantly go up to ER (needed) and come back a week later looking so much healthier and active. Never ever ever would I imagine Powell to turn people away unless they were completely full or even recommend someone to go somewhere else. I said it already but I’ll say it again, these people did not want to get sober, period.

The staff at Powell are the kindest, most caring and attentive people. Matt takes an interest in every patient. The councilors are available anytime to talk. The facility is clean and quiet. AA and NA meetings are attended daily with small group and community groups for healing and therapeutic purposes. Each patient is an individual and many small focus groups are held to give more pointed treatment. Inpatient treatment is compassionate and still individualized. Outpatient and Continuing Care keep patients focused and recovery driven. I am grateful for my experience and recovery is within your grasp.

Cfr has literally changed my life in such positive ways I never thought were possible. I was an extremely lost and addicted individual. After 21 of my 34 years of life being helplessly addicted to a number of drugs and gambling my life away, I received a call. The lady on the phone said her name was Shea and asked if I was ready to get help. I don't think I went after that phone call but it got me thinking about my life and the second time she called I knew I needed to at least try, as I was literally on the brink of death. So I did I called my sister and had her take me to guide links. Cfr saved my life that day and started me on my journey to living a sober life filled with happiness and endless support. My family has began trusting and supporting me as well and I know if it had not been for cfr I would not be where I am at today. There were a number of individuals at CFR crucial in my successful recovery. Starting with all of the residential techs guiding me through my initial withdraws and struggle I endured while in residential. Successfully graduating me from that program. Knowing I had a battle ahead of me cfr enrolled me into there IOP program where I'd like to give a shout out to the staff of all cfr. Nancy, Ronda, Hailey, Weller, and Lori you all have changed my life and I am forever grateful... I am 90 days sober today and happier than I ever thought possible. I attend church every Sunday and also continue my recovery in eop through cfr. I have found happiness and sobriety thanks to all of you at CFR and only hope anyone out there struggling with addiction can also find you guys and receive this gift of a good life as I have. I love you all and if there is anyway I could help in any way it would be my pleasure. God bless you all, and thank you for giving me the tools I needed to succeed in my journey to sobriety.

The place itself is pretty good but Jenna and Jill are what make it get a 5 star review. They would come outside in the freezing cold to pet my 18 year old dog because she loved meeting people while she was out of the house. Oh yeah they also help me stay off drugs or whatever.

The nurses did a phenomenal job prepping for my surgery, they were all really kind and tried their best to make me feel comfortable.
