I was very happy with the overall experience that I had at Washburn. The staff members from what I could see were also in recovery. Meaning that they know and understand where we are as clients. I believe the overall experience was positive and that has a lot to do with the staff being in recovery. I would recommend Washburn to anyone who would be in need of detox/recovery and just overall help.

I am very, very happy and very satisfied with everything at promises. It is such a great IOP. All the staff are great and the program itself is fantastic. By far the definitely the best program I have been to. I give it a 10 out of 10. I am very, very pleased with how everything is going and it has been very, very helpful. I am very thankful and pleased and blessed to have been a part of this group. All the staff are very knowledgeable and are willing to help with you with anything. I love it here. I almost don’t wanna leave. Definitely definitely give this IOP a 10 out of 10 Even better than that way better than I was expecting it to be I am very, very grateful to have had this opportunity to go to this group and be a part of this It has definitely helped me with my sobriety tenfold

Great place to go if you're sick and tired of how you're living life. Place is beautiful, the staff were all really cool, programming was extremely helpful without getting preachy about the God stuff. Most importantly, a lot of the time it was a legitimately fun experience, I laughed more there than I did the entire year prior to showing up. Only gripe I have is that the food was not great when it could have been. They were clearly squeezing the budget in that department and it showed. But don't let that stop you, you're there to get sober and this place can definitely help you with that

Place saved my life the staff is the best more than helpful they gave a real shot to actually change my life around in every aspect the people who run it are the best also the genuinely care and go above and beyond and that goes for everything you can truly get the help you need at any surface wether it’s step work, mental health , or addiction before this I shouldn’t of been alive about 100 times over again and I’m not even just saying it either it’s the truth people that work there personally know me from before and seen my struggles for a long time if this place saved my life I feel like if anyone puts the work in and takes advantage of they can to I thought I was part of the hopeless variety things are different now I been to more than 50 facilities … again not something I’m proud of but if you want to change your life paramount is it I’ll be forever grateful for everyone there they went above and beyond 🙏

Its hard to put into words how much Paramount changed my life. Ive been in a few treatment facilities over the years but this one has a different feel to it. From day one I felt like I was in the right place because the staff made it a point to welcome me and made me feel comfortable. I found all the groups very beneficial and the focus of mental illness and addiction made a huge impact on me. After completion of treatment I know I'm on the right path. Its going to be a life long journey but Paramount gave me the tools I need to succeed. Much love and gratitude to all the Staff at paramount. I plan on keeping in Paramount in my life!

I really can't say enough about Paramount, I just finished my treatment there, and I have tremendous gratitude for all of the staff for being a part of my recovery journey. I was overwhelmed that first day right after detox with all that happened with initially getting clean, but the staff is obviously well practiced at putting their new clients at ease. Loved the groups and their curriculum, it's clear they continually evaluate what works well and they listen to feedback. I felt like I was extremely well matched to my therapist and I made a lot of headway into having insight to my addiction and issues surrounding my relapses. I feel very well equipped after finishing the program to continue with my recovery and get my life back

This place saved my life! Everyone was so nice and understanding. I highly recommend them for detox and those interested in recovery. 5 years sober update.. I saw that I had written a review and thought it would might be helpful to give an updated recommendation. It’s been close to 5 1:2 years since I left Swift River the last time.. my life has completely changed! I’m working in the recovery field working on my counseling credentials, buying a second home! Going on a summer vacations and lost over 100lbs!! .Just a few things that would never have come if I hadn’t decided to make a change and call Swift River. I spent years in and out of treatment.. never give up!!!

The staff at RCA made a difficult time much easier for myself and my loved one. From the beginning, they treated him with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. You can tell they truly care about the people they help, not just professionally but personally as well. The nurses, counselors, and support staff were compassionate, attentive, and always willing to listen. As his partner, it gave me peace of mind knowing my loved one was surrounded by people who genuinely wanted to see them heal and succeed in recovery. They also made me feel supported during this time giving me resources and support when I needed it. I’m very grateful for the care and support they provided.

I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious. So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them. I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are. Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down. That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder. Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. Savida is a Godsend to me. I've been with Savida since 2013 or 2014. The environment is always welcoming & very clean. The ENTIRE staff from the ladies at the front desks, to the nurses to the providers. They are very caring about each patient on individual needs. As I know many Friends & Family that also go to Savida and everyone agrees that they are very professional and very nice & personable. They are ALWAYS there when a addict just needs to talk even when you don't have a appointment and you call during operating offers THEY WILL ALWAYS BE THERE FOR YOU. If you need to talk during closed office hours theres ALWAYS still a human to speak with and assist you. I see Analise Vargas currently and she is the BEST. I'm VERY comfortable with her. Very kind and professional. I rate her a 10 I've had 3 specific LONG time clinicians each years at a time. When each of those providers left for new jobs or personal reasons, it's a loss. Many, many, many clinicians and office staff have come & gone, however MANY have been there for many years and I honestly have to say that the Savida office which I go to in North adams Massachusetts ( 3rd location since 2012) is not only the cleanest office I've ever encountered, but just a GREAT group of people on staff. EVERYONE there is professional, Personable, Courteous, friendly, and most of all the environment and the staff make me feel incredibly safe.

I’m two and a half years clean thanks to this place. To keep it short, I left detox and went to another facility that was extremely strict about AA and pushed it in a way that didn’t work for me. When I expressed that, it became an issue, so I chose to leave.. leaving was difficulty the other facility made me walk miles and miles before allowing myself a cell phone and left my stranded in the middle of nowhere. I got the courage after leaving to find another facility and CHOOSE NOT TO GO BACK TO THE LIFESTYLE I ONCE HAD. Finding Mayflower made all the difference. I appreciated that they allowed a more balanced, normal routine outside of meetings—you could relax, watch TV, do crafts, play basketball, and still focus on recovery. They also offered a different approach to sobriety that felt more supportive and personalized. What really stood out was the medical staff—they were always there when I needed them and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This was my first time getting sober, and I’ve stayed sober ever since because of this place.. great food as well. I’m so thankful for this place because without them I don’t know where I would be today. If one place isn’t a fit for you in recovery please find the next place and do not give up!

I need this to be seen because this program has changed my life, and Im sharing the knowledge and structure that I was given there with my best friend, because I know it works, and I refuse to let him give up. My Father passed when I was 15, just 2 days before Christmas. The holidays are tough, thats just a fact. So this past December I went on an exceptionally dangerous bender, and didnt stop until New Years Eve when I finally had the thought of "Alright, maybe I should chill out, start fresh, new-year-new-me blah blah blah". On January 2nd, I experienced my first ever hallucination due to withdrawals. The electronics in my home came to life, they were communicating with me, and they were NOT singing happy songs or telling funny jokes. As long as I live I will always remember: "Matt, you're 39 years old and you've dedicated your life to drinking. You can either join us, or if you tell anyone about this they WILL NOT believe you, and we WILL kill you". I ran to my neighbors house, told her I thought someone was playing a high-tech prank on me, and she called the police. They came and brought me to Noble where I stayed 4 days before being transferred to Baystate, all told I spent 2 weeks in the hospital. My case worker suggested an out patient program, and then came New Growth. The structure of having somewhere to be every day, the knowledge and compassion and resources and encouragement from the staff, the overwhelming positivity and healing that began with support from total strangers, with one thing in common: lets take back our lives before they are taken from us because life is worth it. We're worth it. I dont know if I just got super lucky and hit the absolute jackpot, or the stars lined up just right and my particular situation unfolded exactly the way it had to, or whatever it was. But I can honestly and truly say that New Growth has provided the only foundation thats been strong enough for me to start building the life and the future I imagine for myself, and thats exactly what a recovery center is supposed to do. They'll give you all the tools you need, you just have to be ready and willing to build something beautiful. New Growth takes care of the rest...(plus pizza on Fridays 😂) This place works. Im telling you please take the chance, you have my word you will be so happy you did 🙏

I have nothing but good things to say about bedrock recovery. From my great case worker Alessandra to the motivated clinicians. A part of me did not want to leave there. I was forced to go there was planning to sign out after 3 days. I stayed for the full 21 days and graduated. The techs,nurses also care about you and treat you with respect. If you need help with a substance abuse or have trouble with your mental health please give them a call

This place was great I went here the staff went above and. Beyond to help me get to the place I choose for further treatment they also got me multiple things I needed like clothes and cosmetics literature for the 12 step program I do! The groups were good. The clinical staff was very good to me and made me feel at home! Also there's tvs in the room so that was cool when I had nothing going on and the smoke breaks were just enough. And spaced very good! If have to go any where again its gonna be here!

When I first started I was lost but between the groups with the great facilitators, the one on one meetings with my therapist, and the unconditional help and guidance, I feel like I never thought I’d be able to feel.. happy and that things will be okay. RBH has been a life saver. Targeting both mental health and substance abuse has been a huge help in my sobriety. Plus, the staff is amazing! I started my PHP journey at BrightPath in February but transitioned to Resilience Behavioral Health on 4/6 due to insurance and network changes—and I’m truly grateful I did. From the start, the team at Resilience has been incredibly accommodating. The transition itself was stressful, and I was also dealing with a family crisis during my first couple of weeks, but the support I received made a meaningful difference. After my experience at BrightPath, I had some hesitation, but Kassi encouraged me to give this program another chance—and I’m really glad I listened. I’ve connected well with my therapist, and most of the facilitators have been excellent. The group sessions are engaging, relevant, and thoughtfully led. They create space for real, honest conversations while still allowing moments of humor and connection, which makes a big difference in a setting like this. The facilitators are creative, compassionate, and truly listen. It feels like they meet people where they are instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Overall, this program has been a genuinely supportive and important part of my healing process, and I’m grateful for the care I’ve received here.

Any veteran struggling with their care should transfer to this facility. The staff is responsive, intelligent, and happy to genuinely help you. A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I don't usually write reviews, but East Coast Recovery was so great that I felt like I should. From the start, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. What was a really stressful situation ended up being much smoother than I expected because they kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to answer questions. What I appreciated most was that they treated me like a person, not just another customer. The team was honest, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about helping. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. The whole experience left me feeling confident that I was in good hands. If you ever need the services they provide, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend East Coast Recovery. Great people, great communication, and excellent service all around. I've been at Merrick Street for nearly a year, and my experince has been truly amazing. Spectrum staff members are caring, well-educated and passionate about helping each client on an individual basis. The level of care far exceeds that of other programs. I started my 'journey' at Sisters of Providence in Holyoke, and (apart from my clinician -- who was amazing!), it felt like conveyor-belt-style care. Now, that was a 2-hour round-trip commute every morning, but Information about Spectrum (20 minutes away) was hidden from me (despite my inquiries) for months because it was a separate organization and they likely didn't want to lose me as a paycheck -- I mean patient. Spectrum is the total opposite. It has changed my life. I wasted years fearing a program, and the stigma attached. But I realized-- since I was already dealing with the stigma of having fibromyalgia and chronic pain, it made no difference, and I needed to try -- for me. Since entering, I have met so many incredible people, shared and heard many incredible stories, and in a way, I am proud to be part of something so positive.

Once again, we had to return to the emergency room because my husband is still sick. But from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the nurses, doctors, and staff who are always professional, kind, compassionate, and willing to answer every question we have with care and respect. Great place to get sober. They had the best staff helping me to receive comprehensive care. I ended up staying with them 7months, I found it that helpful. Definitely not my first program, but they stand out from the rest. Perfect place for aftercare for people who have detoxed or done residential treatment. They work well with various sober living houses. They are also very flexible with the different levels of care that they offer.

I came into this with anxiety afraid of change. I was welcomed like a family with support kindness laughs and felt very safe and comfortable. I chose to make the best and try something I'm afraid of. This experience is best of my life because of the staff like Christina wilcox. She really is a wonderful woman helpful to all of our needs equally . Respect is huge to me and that's what I received. I would stay longer and I do recommend this to anyone in recovery because you will grow as a person and learn to have fun in recovery. Thank you for giving me a new perspective of my life . On Call provided the structure I needed after detox with classes during the weekdays and a residential house to live in just a few blocks away. The staff is caring and thoughtful, and I had a terrific therapist and case worker to help me find my next stop at a sober home.
