Awful place. Please stay as far away as possible. This place was recommended by a lawyer whom I initially trusted but who, as it turned out, was more interested in financial gain.This facility collected a staggering $7,500 from both myself and my ex-partner to help my family through a difficult time. I was utterly shocked by the lack of professionalism, especially from Dr. Zettel. Perhaps his age and health issues contributed to his poor performance.He produced shoddy reports that were clearly cut and pasted from various sources and failed to address the underlying issues that brought us there.I would strongly advise against seeking services from this place. Please save your money and energy

One of the biggest struggles for me, a person with ADHD, is keeping up with appointments, schedules or anything related to either. Woodlands Behavioral Health have been treating members of my family for many years. No matter how many times I seem to fall short scheduling therapy or communicating with our pharmacy. Their team is right there ready to make our treatment a priority. If you have ever been treated for ADHD you know EXACTLY how frustrating these constant correspondences can make your day to day life. Woodlands Behavioral Health gets it done.

Money is their motivation. They owe me over $600 and are refusing to pay me that full amount. This place is nothing more than a joke with unqualified & unprofessional staff all the way around - from the sleepy front desk staff with zero customer service skills, to the counselors that yawn, divert & cannot take proper notes because they could care less. This is a judgemental group of inexperienced women that collectively lack certifications & longevity in their field & instead use clients as their test rats to pad their portfolios. For example, one thing I d like to be better at is test taking & studying skills- I asked every session for months for help, and finally got some random one sheet that I could have googled for free - so basically a waste of money, gas & my patience. If you ask to speak to an owner, they refuse. An owner(s) who hides is an owner(s) that has something to hide - plain and simple. The owner(s) do not speak to clients according to their clueless Director who is their puppet & mouthpiece to the world - and she s not a very good at it either - also an inexperienced joke. I still need to speak to an owner(s) & will continue to find out who / they are so I can get my refund for services not rendered, but stolen. How can you run a business and not be available to your clients? Proves my point that money is their motivation, period. On a high note, if you are looking for a job where you don t have to actually work, can repeatedly yawn in clients faces, take sketchy notes & lack solid experience, apply here, because it s all smoke & mirrors playing on the minds & wallets of those looking to improve their lives. Just pure garbage.My Response to the organization trying to salvage their garbage Their response is a canned response. The owners are hiding and have refused to speak to me directly because in my opinion, they know I m speaking the truth. They must really need my $600 plus dollars to be holding on to it so tight. This place is sloppy & pure garbage. In addition, from reading others reviews from years past, it s clear your team has done zero to clean up your act - it s all about money - unprofessional & money hungry - every single one of you. How dare you take advantage of people trying to better themselves. Funny, I don t see responses to your other honest one star reviews - what s wrong? Can t write back per your weak policies or is it because you need to deflect with me because I m right? You decide but I m clear on what the truth is.
