My daughter has been suffering for years not being properly diagnosed to the point she started self harm. Her pediatrician was out of options that he could help her with and suggested a facility called cypress creek. It was like taking my daughter to jail once we got inside the place. There were so many locked doors and it except for the bars it was like a prison the patients and the staff included. My daughter called me the next morning scared out of her mind. I went and got her and took her to Woodland Springs after hearing how much they helped a friend. When we first got there the place looked very nice and when you went inside it was warm and inviting. The staff was all super nice and helpful. I watched them take care of other patients that were coming in from hospitals and deal with visitors bringing stuff for other patients. My daughter was told she did not need to be inpatient and would be part of their php program. Our first day was a lot of paperwork but everyone was doing their job. She has been going for almost 2 weeks now and the staff have been amazing. They have been going above and beyond trying to get my daughter what she needs with the insurance company fighting everything. They don't want to give her the medication that was prescribed they want her to be a lab rat. No she has been on over 20 different medications already just give her what she needs. They are making everything way harder than it needs to be, but the staff has been doing everything they can to fight for my daughter and get her the medicine she needs and the care she needs now that she has finally been properly diagnosed. We live 2 hours away as there are no facilities like this in our area and they even made sure we got information on a reimbursement program to see if we could get that to help with expenses. I wouldn't take a family member or friend anywhere else but here with the kind of care they have given to my daughter and the kindness and respect they have shown to the both of us.

So I figured I would write a review because I know there are so many parents out there who need guidance when it comes to having to find a place to put their children in a time of need. We have a teenage daughter that in the past has been traumatized when having to be placed in inpatient. This time was different. We came on a very busy night so it did take us about 9 hours to get done, but honestly it’s pretty typical. The staff was very nice. My daughter especially loved Ms. Lydia who she thought was the nicest lady. They had pet and music therapy. It was different than our other place where we could see her everyday and then here it’s twice a week. Which in all honestly probably was for the best. They have multiple times a day to be able to call and you can call anytime to talk to them. The phones sometimes would not work properly so that was not ideal, but still they would figure out a way to let them call. There was one PA that was being unpleasant with the girls, but as soon as they told the nurse she was immediately removed and did not come back. Also, they keep the boys and girls separated which was amazing. It was very hard for us to find a place to where we felt she would be safe and know she would not be traumatized as she has in the past. This place did that for us. She was even having a good time. They had karaoke, movie night, group therapy sessions, snacks anytime. The rooms and bathrooms were also very accommodating. The cafeteria was big as well. The facility was a nice place with plenty of lights where it wasn’t gloomy. I can’t speak for everyone, but in our experience we are so thankful we took her here. It was a night and day difference to what we were used to. We don’t regret in anyway taking her here. Hopefully we won’t have to ever again, but if we did we would come back here without a doubt. They did what their job was and that was to keep her safe and comfortable until. So I thank everyone so much and especially Ms. Lydia. We also had a encounter with Ms. Chantel for one day and she was so sweet as well. I hope this helps someone.

I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

I have nothing but good things to say about this program and what they teach in their classes. They welcome you into their class and help you to understand a different perspective on life. If you get the opportunity to meet with Agatha or Alethe, you will not be disappointed. Great Program!

I'm sharing my thoughts and feelings today freely, because I'm not ashamed that I had to get help for my addiction. I've been in other methadone programs in Houston, and they were good, but Conroe clinic is GREAT! The staff, from the medicating nurse to the counselors, and even the financial staff, are very friendly and informative on ANYTHING I've ever needed help with or info about. I feel safe and secure while there, and can call anytime of the day or night to speak to my counselor- and that is truly an important thing when you need someone you can trust to talk to. They are honest and caring, and would never steer you in the wrong direction for such important things like your physical or mental health. I feel that I can talk to ANY ONE of them about ANYTHING, and not be judged or disvalued as a person. They are there to help YOU, and they ALL take that responsibility seriously. IF YOU NEED HELP, THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO FIND IT!!! Call and talk to them, and you'll hear it in thier voices. It's not just a paycheck for any of them, helping others is a calling, not a job, and you'll never go wrong by calling to inquire about thier services. You've come to the right place for help when you call or go there!!! FOR SURE!!!

I have 2 amazing Caseworkers now and every one I have had in the past has been great. The people here have saved my life and also helped me to find mental stability for the first time in a long time. I have never met a Dr. like Dr. Nathan. He CARES, he really listens. He asks tons of questions in order to give you the very best possible treatment for you as an individual. He talks directly to you, like you are a person not a diagnosis. He makes sure you really understand everything and I have never had a Dr. truly respect me by making sure I had the 1st voice in my own treatment and then he suggests the best course of action. If there were more doctors like him, people would 100% always get the exact treatment they need. He is just incredible and he is funny too.

I would not listen to the lower reviews but I would still try to see both sides. Most of the lower reviews are patients who did not get their way...The staff was amazing they were super responsive and helped me with my medicine. Theres recreational group music group and going outside! I just got out 4/12/2022 and I was in the hospital on my birthday 4/9/22 they got me a cake and sweet tea and all of the patients and staff sang to me. There is one lady named Ms. Shelby she is super super personable and very kind. and Ms. Christie is so funny. I love the girl with silver hair she's funny too. and Ms. Angela is a darn good cook. I met some wonderful people in there and I felt very blessed to have everyone that was there. and Mr.Hood is so funny lol. I think everyone should go there I do not know what goes on in the other units but ours was very calm but the washer did break but we were allowed to wash our clothes in the sink and they would dry them!!! everyone had a beautiful soul their and I appreciated everybody. Ms. Shelby helped me meet people because i stayed in my room for two days and she introduced me to everybody. The beds do hurt a little but they can give you Tylenol to help with the pain or a lidocaine patch if you need it! I wrote them a long thank you note because I felt very well taken care of!!!!. This hospital is a blessing they took care of you like a family and all the patients felt like a family too and Ms. Coleen was a blessing and helped me and a friend out!. I don't wanna share the patients names due to confidentiality, but this place was beautiful. They can give you a hygiene bag which includes a comb, deodorant, tooth brush and tooth paste as well as mouth wash. They also give you shampoo& body wash + conditioner. They do have hair detangler and Chapstick. It's a wonderful place it really does feel like home. They are quick! and if you need to find a place to live they can do that as well also they helped find a pharmacy close to you! and they can help find you a psychiatrist virtually or in person! If I could I would give them infinity stars! loved everybody there!!!!!

I give it five stars because they really try as hard as they can. It is very often crowded, because it's a small office and it's a small building. They are on the 3rd and 4th floor, most doctors are on the 3rd floor and blood withdrawals and others are mostly on the 4th floor.

Being patience while needing medical attention is needed is hard, but it's the right mindset for a great visit. My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. My daughter recently completed the IOP program at the Woodlands location of New Dimensions. Although it was a long and rough process sometimes, she and the rest of our family had great support from everyone, but especially from Isabella and Ayana, the teen treatment counselors. Without their personal attention and continued support, my daughter would not be making positive strides in her mental health journey. I would highly recommend NDD The Woodlands. If you have an open mind and REALLY want help, this is the place to go.

Bill-Jack Davis came highly recommended and has lived up to that recommendation. He has a wealth of knowledge with over 30 years in the helping profession. His approach is simple, yet practical enough to help many different situations and scenarios. He is firm and consistent, yet compassionate and caring. He has literally answered every single one of my phone calls (even on his time off, when busy), texts, and emails in the year plus that I have been working with him and in a timely manner, at that. I would, without a doubt, recommend him to help others!
