Ariel took the time to listen and made sure my child felt heard,safe and most of all comfortable, which made a big difference in a stressful situation. (Her first time in the hospital.) I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. I have been to a few recovery centers and CARS is by far the best. They work with you and actually care about your progress and how you are. Kim is by far the best counselor I could’ve asked for, she is kind, caring and is the best part of CARS in my opinion. Also thw nurses there, Leah and Art work SO hard making sure everyone gets taken care of. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the counselors for that matter because they are all awesome.

Amazing VA clinic, very fast and reliable service. This VA actually cares about you. Wonderful staff and service. Probably saved my life when I was going through “SI” my phycologist at the time would take me into hiss office and just drop everything for me. Sometimes that’s all it takes someone to listen to you for 15 mins. there’re doing to be there for you but don’t expect them to call an ambulance. I love Tri County Behavioral Center ❤️. It is extremely scary and uncomfortable when looking for help with ptsd. I have been coming to the tri- county mhmr in Cleveland TX since I moved to Cleveland in 2018 . I have been to several doctors and therapists for over 40 years. I have never stayed on track. Ms. Sonja was the first face I saw and she is AMAZING. Her voice her smile her spirit. She helped me get my medication and support from the beginning. Tri County MHMR Staff has changed my life,from my case worker Tasha, to my nurse practitioner Jennifer, Ms.Juanna our intake nurse. But let me be clear without the kindness and care I received from the first breath of my conversation with Ms.Sonja I would not be my best self today. Ms. Sonja treats us like family. The services are easy to navigate and very supportive. I left back in April after being employed for 5 years. It was a personal choice to leave and in no way had anything to do with the company itself. I will say that BVCASA is contracted through TDCJ. So they follow TDCJ rules. The program is what you make of it. If you behave badly, then you get in trouble and have consequences. The clients are there to correct bad behaviors they learn in prison and from the lives they have lived. To the families, please remember that loved ones may alter the truth to fit their narrative. Again, they are there to help correct the behaviors they learned in prison. The job itself has bless me with many things and many opportunities. I will forever be grateful. ❤️
