The services are easy to navigate and very supportive. I normally give up on this type of service because of the frustration I feel but at the center it's made it an easy process with very little stress. All the staff is very friendly and supportive.

I like my psychiatrist Bonnie. She listens to me and I get to excitedly share my hobbies with her as well as tell her about my mental health. She got me on medication that has kept me stable. :)

When I have a patient in crisis, Dawn, the Sr. Business Development Representative is one call away, to assist with getting my patients the help they need at Woodland Springs. They are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. The treatments my patients receive there has been transformative; They feel supported every step of the way. The team works tirelessly to help my patients stabilize their mental health, offering a variety of therapeutic options and consistently checking in on their progress.

When I first got here I didn’t trust anyone, but that started to change. The women’s groups helped me feel safe for once and I could finally open up without fear. They taught me how to believe in myself again, after years of feeling invisible. Some days were tough and the place can get a lil hectic, but the staff always tried. I’m heading home soon and I actually feel like I can parent my kids again. That means everything to me.

My wife and I are grateful for the program here at The Orchard on the Brazos. The team there has shown that a program uniquely designed to treat addiction while maintaining dignity is the best way to achieve and maintain sobriety. Additionally, their family programs are second to none. We attended a weekend event that was incredibly helpful to us. And, my wife and I have been attending their weekly family zoom meeting for 16 months. Not coincidentally, our loved one is 16 months sober. This meeting, run by Fallon has been instrumental in our own recovery. Fallon provides a very safe space to discuss various topics pertinent to family recover. We're very grateful for these meetings and plan to continue attending.

Unfortunately, we have had two experiences with the Orchard with two of our adult children. I wrote unfortunately, because no one should have to experience their children battling addiction. We had previous experience at another organization that was fruitless. This was a whole new version.
The professionals at the Orchard care not only for the residents, but also provide forums for the family members as well. It is a welcoming caring environment, where family participation is encouraged, because we all need healing in some respects.
For those who are just about at their wits end, there is hope. Let me also say this is not a miracle place, our kids have work that they need to do. As a Dad, I would encourage you to fully check out the facilities, programs and staff. We have been very blessed with our experiences.

The people at The Orchard truly care about their residents. They also care about the recovery of family members of the addict. What an incredible, amazing, wonderful, beautiful, awesome place and community this place is! I was searching for a PHP/IOP/Sober living facility for weeks to help me continue on my path of recovery and as soon as I made my first phone call and spoke to Jacob I knew it my heart I had finally found the perfect spot for me. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful and supportive, the group sessions along with my peers helped me fully understand this disease and without them I’m not sure if I would’ve made it. My appreciation and gratitude for this program are through the roof and I would HIGHLY suggest anyone who needs help with addiction and mental health and staying sober to contact this place. I did my inpatient at Nexus and my plan was to go to resolution sober living after so the day I graduated nexus I began calling the call center to get in resolutions I informed them I have a service dog and also certified in training service dogs. The call center informs me reso doesn't take clients on methadone that I was on for chronic pain for only 12 days total . So I immediately stopped the methadone. But they wanted to bill my insurance more they sent me to inpatient to detox for seven days. They informed me I could not bring my service dog until I got to reso and outpatient which was fine.. but then when I'm out the door almost they inform me (Todd) the director that in order for me to take my dog to reso I would have had to bring him to inpatient at greenhouse. Okay great I'll have him dropped off. No that was denied as well.. so as I was discharging upset the lady tells me to talk to Abraham. Abraham informs me that Todd said no from the clinical side. The call center said they told me what was told to them .Lies lies lies then a week later they aloud a puppy the same breed of dog that I had to be in the sober living. Not old enough to be trained yet. Which I'm glad for the person because I know how important it is to have your service animal.. I had my through a rare cancer, have gotten shot, losing everything but my dog. So I now don't trust these folks bc they have just lied to me in more than one situation. I will also post my other situation with the care they provided that has landed me in the hospital after crying out for help every day I've been here.

I had a great experience here. After entering here I needed to go through detox and I really got all the help I needed. They offered me a great variety of therapies I had never tried before like Pilates. Then they introduced me to the 12-step community that has really helped me a lot after finishing with the program. There were a couple of bad staff members who almost ruined the experience for me, but thankfully I was already at a good place at that point.

My daughter had an excellent experience here during her methadone detox. We have been to many facilities over the years as she has fought her addiction. Kemah Palms ranks right up there at the top. We appreciate greatly the staff's care, dedication and professionalism. She is doing very well now, months after leaving the facility.

This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. I can’t speak for all departments but so far I’ve had a good experience with the dental department and primary care. Dr Ali is outstanding and you can tell he actually cares about veterans. He made it a point to call me directly, outside of normal business hours to make sure I was okay after a series of events. Thankful that so far I have received good care.
