I went here years ago but now I'm super happy with the service. When I first went years ago it wasn't great but now that I've returned the staff is excellent and very kind. The services are easy to navigate and very supportive. I normally give up on this type of service because of the frustration I feel but at the center it's made it an easy process with very little stress. All the staff is very friendly and supportive.

I like my psychiatrist Bonnie. She listens to me and I get to excitedly share my hobbies with her as well as tell her about my mental health. She got me on medication that has kept me stable. :)

I want to share our experience at this facility because there are many negative reviews out there, and that can make parents afraid to send their children. But we actually had a good experience. I’d encourage you not to hesitate to make that decision if you need to. Just remember that most people take the time to write something negative, and very few share positive experiences. The staff at Woodland Springs is truly remarkable. When I have a patient in crisis, Dawn, the Sr. Business Development Representative is one call away, to assist with getting my patients the help they need at Woodland Springs. They are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. The treatments my patients receive there has been transformative; They feel supported every step of the way. The team works tirelessly to help my patients stabilize their mental health, offering a variety of therapeutic options and consistently checking in on their progress.

Westbridge Recovery literally saved my life. I entered their treatment in mid-April, 2024 and immediately they discovered I had an unmanageable high heart rate in terms of bpm (beats per minute). They also discovered I had tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. All of these heart related issues were corrected with new medication and through intense therapy and positive work group sessions. During my stay in their treatment program, I was able to understand and eliminate alcohol and other "get away" bad habits I had formed. The staff, the facility and the programs are all top notch in my viewpoint and I will forever be grateful for time I spent there and the lessons I've learned and implemented in life going forward. I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen.
They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are.
Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

Highly recommend!!! I bought my loved one here and my experience as a family member was exceptional! The staff was always courteous and friendly. They were compassionate and understanding while guiding us through the process. Communication between staff and family is top tier. I have never encountered a facility that listens and addresses concerns so kindly and professional. I can't recommend this place enough

I’m putting this here so other parents can be reassured. My daughter is getting out today and she had an overall good experience, considering this is a psychiatric facility and the reason we came. This was an overwhelming experience as it was our first time having our daughter(10) in an inpatient facility. The intake process was easy and the intake nurse was very kind and comforting. As far as the nurses in her unit we heard nothing but positives from our child. She especially liked Mrs D but liked all of the nurses. They also didn’t make me feel bad for calling 1000 times to check in. The therapist was sweet and understanding and as I understand she attended group and individual therapy. They called the day after she was admitted to inform me of medication and get consent. The front desk staff, especially Fran were very helpful and understanding. Also the discharge staff were very responsive and informative. I specifically spoke with Josh who was super understanding and went out of the way to answer my calls. The only issue we had was we had missed a call from the therapist and initially had a hard time getting a call back at first but eventually got a hold of someone, but I believe that is only because of them doing their job and being away from the phone which I can’t blame them for. All in all they made a stressful experience more tolerable and if I find myself in this situation again with my daughter I know she would be safe and cared for at Kingwood Pines.
They have been wonderful. I was very nervous at first but they are patiently walking me through .I have had a positive experience so far with the entire staff.i do finally see a light at the end of tunnel .

I just had to take the moment just to let anybody know if they were deciding to come to this clinic and get help. They’re in the right hands. I’ve been going here for around four months now hands down this place saved my life if you’re thinking about changing your life. This is the place to do with that but it’s a willpower. I came to them broken, and in crisis. With no appointment I was speaking with someone within 15 minutes. That day turned my life around. Ricardo Bolton has been like a guardian angel to me. Dr. Bobbadilla has managed every issue I was having and gotten me care throughout the network in a very timely manner. In less than a year's time, my knees have been replaced so I can get back to work, I've had a complete physical and am scheduled for a PET scan next month for a shadow they found on my chest xray. They have saved my life. For years I've heard bad things about the VA. Let me tell you something, things have changed. If you need care, this team can make it happen. I am so very grateful.

I had laying hens a few years back and I was able to donate a LOT of eggs to the mission. They offered me food and even though I needed help, I wanted them to be able to help others who might be worse off than I was. They're wonderful people and they've helped so many people. My wife and I are grateful for the program here at The Orchard on the Brazos. The team there has shown that a program uniquely designed to treat addiction while maintaining dignity is the best way to achieve and maintain sobriety. Additionally, their family programs are second to none. We attended a weekend event that was incredibly helpful to us. And, my wife and I have been attending their weekly family zoom meeting for 16 months. Not coincidentally, our loved one is 16 months sober. This meeting, run by Fallon has been instrumental in our own recovery. Fallon provides a very safe space to discuss various topics pertinent to family recover. We're very grateful for these meetings and plan to continue attending.

Unfortunately, we have had two experiences with the Orchard with two of our adult children. I wrote unfortunately, because no one should have to experience their children battling addiction. We had previous experience at another organization that was fruitless. This was a whole new version.
The professionals at the Orchard care not only for the residents, but also provide forums for the family members as well. It is a welcoming caring environment, where family participation is encouraged, because we all need healing in some respects.
For those who are just about at their wits end, there is hope. Let me also say this is not a miracle place, our kids have work that they need to do. As a Dad, I would encourage you to fully check out the facilities, programs and staff. We have been very blessed with our experiences.

The people at The Orchard truly care about their residents. They also care about the recovery of family members of the addict. If you or a loved one struggle with addiction I highly recommend The Orchard. It is very different than any other rehab facility I have come across and I am forever grateful that we found it!
Currently going thru PHP with Bill at the Cypress location it has been an amazing experience Bills classes are very informative and helpful. His personality keeps the classes fun and not boring. He truly cares about his patients. I’m so thankful for PhP and Iop I get to go to the cypress location with Bill. I would recommend this location to everyone experiencing the hardship of addiction

Wonderfully and positively fulfilling place! Bill is awesome! The groups are enlightening and truly helpful. PRC in its entirety is incredible. Before coming here I went to the 30 day program at PRC Dallas (Euless) and it went by so fast! Thank you PRC for saving my life! They also introduced me to AA and I never want to stop practicing the steps! If you find yourself needing help please don’t hesitate to call them. I promise you will not regret it!
