I went here years ago but now I'm super happy with the service. When I first went years ago it wasn't great but now that I've returned the staff is excellent and very kind. The services are easy to navigate and very supportive. I normally give up on this type of service because of the frustration I feel but at the center it's made it an easy process with very little stress. All the staff is very friendly and supportive.

Things were starting to get bad. I received a lot of freedom from Cypress. The staff was great. The surrounding was beautiful. I really enjoyed the sound baths. Since i’ve met him, Dakota has shown genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to every individual they work with. They create a supportive and respectful environment where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged to keep moving forward. Something that really stands out is Dakota’s ability to connect with others on a personal level. He goes above and beyond to make sure each person feels valued, and their positive attitude brings a sense of comfort during what can be a very challenging time. Westbridge recovery center changed my life 100%! If you're serious about your sobriety and want a place to go to be sober this is the place to choose! It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Even after the treatment plan they offer classes for IOP or PHP or any kind of support that is needed to keep you sober on your journey. every single person at westbridge played a part in my recovery and I will forever owe my life and have extreme gratitude for each and every person that played a part in my recovery I am going on 4 months clean today and I wouldn't look back for anything. I will forever owe all of my sobriety to the people at West bridge and I will forever be thankful.

I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

If you are serious about adopting a new lifestyle free from alcohol, Tom D. at the Clearlake location of PRC will help you. I went to residential at Garden Oaks and had a mixed experience. The residential advisor supervisor and Rebecca are not kind nor interested in true healing of people seeking help. My experience is they do not act as peers as their video depicts. The MD, nurses, most of the therapists, and Julie are fantastic! With that said, I turned the page when I went to Intensive outpatient therapy in Clearlake. Tom D. is an individual who understands addiction is not a 9-5 disease and is always ready with resources, wisdom, and help. His classes challenge and enlighten at the same time. The groups he leads are thought provoking and humbling. Tom comes across at first as an old hippie that talks to much, however, as you progress, I realized the benefit of listening to his ideas and experience. Tom has so many years in recovery that he can guide you to any resource you may need whether you are a man, women, married, single, addicted to alcohol/drugs, want meeting spots, a first/new sponsor, AL anon for your family, spirituality or connecting to the larger AA community. I am blessed to have really started my recovery journey at PRC in Clearlake! Peace!

I have only positive things to say about Dr. Molly Thomason. She evaluated by son for ADHD and did such a phenomenal job on his neuropsychological evaluation. I don't live in the Woodlands, but I drove out to see her because I wanted a high-quality evaluation. I also would like to add that I highly recommend Dr. Kat Cohn for parent training/coaching. She and I completed our PhDs together, and we trained together at Texas Children's Hospital. I refer to her regularly for parenting support related to disruptive behavior, ADHD, and Autism, because she is simply excellent at her job. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Brown is amazing but the person that took my vitals was great to. She had a smile on her face and showed her care for me but so did Dr. Brown. I have gotten more from my 2 visits with her than I had with my previous Psychiatrist. Even when I checked in and checked out your staff was great. This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

My daughter was recently admitted and I’m so hopeful she will have a positive and life changing experience here. I’ve heard this place has good vibes and helpful staff. I believe she’s in great hands and am excited for her future now that she’s getting some fundamental assistance. I Wanna start by saying thank you to everyone at PRC for helping me through this difficult process of getting sober. Where do I begin so back in January it was a learning process and a great experience for me I never thought in a million years I could have done that. However today march 28th I AM GOING STRONG ON 82 days sober and by the grace of my higher power and working the steps and making sober connections I’m sober today.
