I went here years ago but now I'm super happy with the service. When I first went years ago it wasn't great but now that I've returned the staff is excellent and very kind. The services are easy to navigate and very supportive. I normally give up on this type of service because of the frustration I feel but at the center it's made it an easy process with very little stress. All the staff is very friendly and supportive.

The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They go above and beyond to make sure each person’s needs are met, offering personalized plans and continuous support throughout the process. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, creating an atmosphere of peace and calm.
What really stands out to me is the commitment to helping individuals heal and grow, not just physically but emotionally and mentally as well. The holistic approach they take, incorporating therapy, wellness programs, and community support, ensures that patients have a well-rounded experience that addresses all aspects of recovery.
I’m confident that anyone seeking treatment at CLR would be in excellent hands. It's clear that they truly care about the well-being of their clients and work tirelessly to help them lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of support.

Before deciding I was ready for treatment I always had a very negative view of therapists, counselling, and everything else typically included in a rehab center. This location proved I was far from correct. The staff are kind and keep the days going at a pace without it feeling like I am "locked up" or without freedom. The location is absolutely beautiful with activities such as fishing, volleyball, kayaking, or simply taking a nature walk to help keep everyone involved and physically active! Above all the counselling is unable to be put into words how helpful it is. The counselors here care deeply (with lots of relatability and knowledge) and take each case individually to address whatever each client is needing help with most. I am beyond grateful for this program and will never forget my time here (I even got the logo tattooed on my wrist!). If you are someone who feels they are ready to commit and accept help, I HIGHLY suggest this place! I will be attending all alumni events and stay involved with this location!

My daughter has been suffering for years not being properly diagnosed to the point she started self harm. Her pediatrician was out of options that he could help her with and suggested a facility called cypress creek. It was like taking my daughter to jail once we got inside the place. There were so many locked doors and it except for the bars it was like a prison the patients and the staff included. My daughter called me the next morning scared out of her mind. I went and got her and took her to Woodland Springs after hearing how much they helped a friend.
When we first got there the place looked very nice and when you went inside it was warm and inviting. The staff was all super nice and helpful. I watched them take care of other patients that were coming in from hospitals and deal with visitors bringing stuff for other patients.
My daughter was told she did not need to be inpatient and would be part of their php program. Our first day was a lot of paperwork but everyone was doing their job. She has been going for almost 2 weeks now and the staff have been amazing. They have been going above and beyond trying to get my daughter what she needs with the insurance company fighting everything. They don't want to give her the medication that was prescribed they want her to be a lab rat. No she has been on over 20 different medications already just give her what she needs. They are making everything way harder than it needs to be, but the staff has been doing everything they can to fight for my daughter and get her the medicine she needs and the care she needs now that she has finally been properly diagnosed.
We live 2 hours away as there are no facilities like this in our area and they even made sure we got information on a reimbursement program to see if we could get that to help with expenses.
I wouldn't take a family member or friend anywhere else but here with the kind of care they have given to my daughter and the kindness and respect they have shown to the both of us.

So I figured I would write a review because I know there are so many parents out there who need guidance when it comes to having to find a place to put their children in a time of need. We have a teenage daughter that in the past has been traumatized when having to be placed in inpatient. This time was different. We came on a very busy night so it did take us about 9 hours to get done, but honestly it’s pretty typical. The staff was very nice. My daughter especially loved Ms. Lydia who she thought was the nicest lady. They had pet and music therapy. It was different than our other place where we could see her everyday and then here it’s twice a week. Which in all honestly probably was for the best. They have multiple times a day to be able to call and you can call anytime to talk to them. The phones sometimes would not work properly so that was not ideal, but still they would figure out a way to let them call. There was one PA that was being unpleasant with the girls, but as soon as they told the nurse she was immediately removed and did not come back. Also, they keep the boys and girls separated which was amazing. It was very hard for us to find a place to where we felt she would be safe and know she would not be traumatized as she has in the past. This place did that for us. She was even having a good time. They had karaoke, movie night, group therapy sessions, snacks anytime. The rooms and bathrooms were also very accommodating. The cafeteria was big as well. The facility was a nice place with plenty of lights where it wasn’t gloomy. I can’t speak for everyone, but in our experience we are so thankful we took her here. It was a night and day difference to what we were used to. We don’t regret in anyway taking her here. Hopefully we won’t have to ever again, but if we did we would come back here without a doubt. They did what their job was and that was to keep her safe and comfortable until. So I thank everyone so much and especially Ms. Lydia. We also had a encounter with Ms. Chantel for one day and she was so sweet as well. I hope this helps someone.

Westbridge Recovery literally saved my life. I entered their treatment in mid-April, 2024 and immediately they discovered I had an unmanageable high heart rate in terms of bpm (beats per minute). They also discovered I had tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. All of these heart related issues were corrected with new medication and through intense therapy and positive work group sessions. During my stay in their treatment program, I was able to understand and eliminate alcohol and other "get away" bad habits I had formed. The staff, the facility and the programs are all top notch in my viewpoint and I will forever be grateful for time I spent there and the lessons I've learned and implemented in life going forward. Houston, Texas | Kingwood Pines Hospital is a psychiatric and substance abuse treatment center in Houston, Texas. If you come to this rehab for drug and alcohol addiction you’ll probably start with their detox care. This is a medically managed detox where you? | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I’m putting this here so other parents can be reassured. My daughter is getting out today and she had an overall good experience, considering this is a psychiatric facility and the reason we came. This was an overwhelming experience as it was our first time having our daughter(10) in an inpatient facility. The intake process was easy and the intake nurse was very kind and comforting. As far as the nurses in her unit we heard nothing but positives from our child. She especially liked Mrs D but liked all of the nurses. They also didn’t make me feel bad for calling 1000 times to check in. The therapist was sweet and understanding and as I understand she attended group and individual therapy. They called the day after she was admitted to inform me of medication and get consent. The front desk staff, especially Fran were very helpful and understanding. Also the discharge staff were very responsive and informative. I specifically spoke with Josh who was super understanding and went out of the way to answer my calls. The only issue we had was we had missed a call from the therapist and initially had a hard time getting a call back at first but eventually got a hold of someone, but I believe that is only because of them doing their job and being away from the phone which I can’t blame them for. All in all they made a stressful experience more tolerable and if I find myself in this situation again with my daughter I know she would be safe and cared for at Kingwood Pines.

I'm sharing my thoughts and feelings today freely, because I'm not ashamed that I had to get help for my addiction. I've been in other methadone programs in Houston, and they were good, but Conroe clinic is GREAT! The staff, from the medicating nurse to the counselors, and even the financial staff, are very friendly and informative on ANYTHING I've ever needed help with or info about. I feel safe and secure while there, and can call anytime of the day or night to speak to my counselor- and that is truly an important thing when you need someone you can trust to talk to. They are honest and caring, and would never steer you in the wrong direction for such important things like your physical or mental health. I feel that I can talk to ANY ONE of them about ANYTHING, and not be judged or disvalued as a person. They are there to help YOU, and they ALL take that responsibility seriously. IF YOU NEED HELP, THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO FIND IT!!! Call and talk to them, and you'll hear it in thier voices. It's not just a paycheck for any of them, helping others is a calling, not a job, and you'll never go wrong by calling to inquire about thier services. You've come to the right place for help when you call or go there!!! FOR SURE!!!

I have 2 amazing Caseworkers now and every one I have had in the past has been great. The people here have saved my life and also helped me to find mental stability for the first time in a long time. I have never met a Dr. like Dr. Nathan. He CARES, he really listens. He asks tons of questions in order to give you the very best possible treatment for you as an individual. He talks directly to you, like you are a person not a diagnosis. He makes sure you really understand everything and I have never had a Dr. truly respect me by making sure I had the 1st voice in my own treatment and then he suggests the best course of action.
