I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. Overall, the team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. You can really feel that this is more than a job to them, it’s a mission. If you are questioning their services give them a call!

I have only positive things to say about Dr. Molly Thomason. She evaluated by son for ADHD and did such a phenomenal job on his neuropsychological evaluation. I don't live in the Woodlands, but I drove out to see her because I wanted a high-quality evaluation. I also would like to add that I highly recommend Dr. Kat Cohn for parent training/coaching. She and I completed our PhDs together, and we trained together at Texas Children's Hospital. I refer to her regularly for parenting support related to disruptive behavior, ADHD, and Autism, because she is simply excellent at her job. 10/10 recommend!

The staff here are amazing. They are caring responsive and knowledgeable. They gave me the support and understanding that I desperately needed. A year later and these ladies are still phenomenal in the compassion that they share for the clients who are struggling and for those who just need a friendly ear to keep them on the path. 5 years later and they are still the greatest people that anyone struggling with substance use disorder could ever ask for. This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

I Wanna start by saying thank you to everyone at PRC for helping me through this difficult process of getting sober. Where do I begin so back in January it was a learning process and a great experience for me I never thought in a million years I could have done that. However today march 28th I AM GOING STRONG ON 82 days sober and by the grace of my higher power and working the steps and making sober connections I’m sober today. I’ve been through a lot during my life with being part of the LGBTQ community (a Transgender Woman) I had lots of hurdles when I first arrived and overcome them so I’m really glad to be doing IOP at the montrose Location I couldn’t have done this without MY PRC FAMILY. I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. Since i’ve met him, Dakota has shown genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to every individual they work with. They create a supportive and respectful environment where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged to keep moving forward. Something that really stands out is Dakota’s ability to connect with others on a personal level. He goes above and beyond to make sure each person feels valued, and their positive attitude brings a sense of comfort during what can be a very challenging time. Westbridge recovery center changed my life 100%! If you're serious about your sobriety and want a place to go to be sober this is the place to choose! It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Even after the treatment plan they offer classes for IOP or PHP or any kind of support that is needed to keep you sober on your journey. every single person at westbridge played a part in my recovery and I will forever owe my life and have extreme gratitude for each and every person that played a part in my recovery I am going on 4 months clean today and I wouldn't look back for anything. I will forever owe all of my sobriety to the people at West bridge and I will forever be thankful.

Even the techs were so helpful n friendly i went in on 7-23-23 everything was good towards the end i got a couch how lucky was i to get couch AUTUMN ha she talked about my pants not being fancy enough for community saying i wasnt serious that I don’t want to b sober ( hint I was in rehab willingly) n basically ignored me wouldn’t help me get help with anything literally SHE DID NOTHING for me n the day I graduated im all proud n happy she walks up to me says “ im not gunna b ur couch, u don’t want this ur no hope bye “ I told the lady in charge she said “ she has to it’s to late , o well just go ask another couch “ other couches had already left or said they were full so while Santa Maria was great couch AUTUMN shouldn’t b a couch if that’s how she thinks while Santa Maria was setting me up for greatness the one person that’s supposed to b ur support on the outside tryed to set me up for failure n Santa Maria as a whole don’t need her mentality in a place like that ur supposed to couch help not tear us down

It is unfortunate that one individual gave this place a 1 star rating - their comment clearly shows that they were rating the wrong place. They mentioned that they work as an EMT and that they were dropping off a stroke patient - but this clinic does not receive stroke patients from EMTs - they are an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic.

I started coming here last week and I can’t believe how nice the staff is. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The ladies at the reception area are super nice and outgoing and the director is awesome as well. They made a way for me to get to the facility to get my medication when I didn’t have transportation. I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. This is one of the Best Recovery Centers that I have ever been to. The staff are there with you through it all, whether it be a Residential Assistant or a Nurse or your own Clinician you are never doing it alone. They've Got You all the way through to the end. The Center for Success and Independence is truly an exceptional place. We are very grateful and happy that we chose this center for our son. I am honestly surprised (in the best way) by the method they use and the quality of care they provide. The approach is thoughtful, structured, and clearly focused on genuinely helping young people heal and grow. The entire staff is amazing: kind, respectful, professional, and you can truly feel that they want to help these teens. Everyone treats the kids with dignity and compassion. My son speaks very positively about every single person there, which as a parent means everything. On the day we admitted our son, we had the honor of meeting the CEO, Mr. Woods. He was incredibly kind, humble, and fully available to listen and help. His attitude and presence say a lot about the heart behind this program. The only sad and frustrating part of our experience has nothing to do with the center itself, but with the insurance system. Unfortunately, our insurance only approved three weeks of treatment, which means our son has to leave before completing the full program. It is heartbreaking, especially knowing how effective this center is. Insurance companies only approve longer stays if there is a suicide attempt or an attempt to harm others. They fail to understand that this is exactly why places like this exist: to prevent young people from ever reaching those extreme and dangerous points. It breaks my heart that money becomes such a huge barrier to getting the help so many families desperately need. If I had the financial means, I would pay out of pocket without hesitation so my son could complete his treatment and return to being the healthy, happy young man he was a few years ago. This center has an outstanding program, and I truly believe it saves lives and futures. It is devastating that insurance companies focus more on profit than on the future of our youth and our society. I wholeheartedly recommend The Center for Success and Independence to any family who has the opportunity to choose it.

the therapist and nurses and all the staff really have been very helpful and caring in my opinion.they listen to both the parents and the children and show genuine empathy to the situation. they help with different solutions to see what works best for the individual family and offer support along the journey. Never thought I'd be reviewing a detox/rehab facility, but Recovery Unplugged delivered. The medical team handled my detox efficiently and continued to manage my medical need throughout my residential stay. My therapist Carolyn was always available and helped me develop a solid plan for my continued recovery. The tech staff kept things moving smoothly. The meals were good for the most part (i'm pretty picky.) There was no shortage of snacks during my stay. I hope to never come back to Recovery, but would recommend it to anyone who is ready to take back their life from addiction.
