I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. Overall, the team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. You can really feel that this is more than a job to them, it’s a mission. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Molly Thomason. She evaluated by son for ADHD and did such a phenomenal job on his neuropsychological evaluation. I don't live in the Woodlands, but I drove out to see her because I wanted a high-quality evaluation. I also would like to add that I highly recommend Dr. Kat Cohn for parent training/coaching. She and I completed our PhDs together, and we trained together at Texas Children's Hospital. I refer to her regularly for parenting support related to disruptive behavior, ADHD, and Autism, because she is simply excellent at her job. 10/10 recommend!

Ok hear me out …..I didn’t have any issues . If you are worried about wait time just show up at 7 you are still going to have to wait a few hours but not like a crazy wait time . If you come after 7 expect to be there a while ….i walked in did paperwork got evaluated(I already have a diagnosis) and dr appointment scheduled next day for meds in less then 3 hours very fast easy process (IF) you come at 7 . I’m sure it’s easy after 7 as a well just maybe not so fast …. Hope it helped.

The staff here are amazing. They are caring responsive and knowledgeable. They gave me the support and understanding that I desperately needed. A year later and these ladies are still phenomenal in the compassion that they share for the clients who are struggling and for those who just need a friendly ear to keep them on the path. 5 years later and they are still the greatest people that anyone struggling with substance use disorder could ever ask for. This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

I’ve been to the ParC three times; twice very recently. At the tail end of my last stay I had an absolute horrendous encounter with the CEO and another staff member. Both of their behaviors were disgusting, petty, dishonest, and totally contrary to ethical patient care. That said, I cannot totally bash the place. The vast majority of the staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of treatment centers and my overall staff experience at the ParC was better than any place I’ve been. The place is undergoing a lot of changes. A great deal of staff have left recently and I’ve heard a lot of complaints from staff about the upper leadership. For the most part the technicians, nurses, and counselors are truly great. Most of them truly, truly care about the patients and their success. There really isn’t a bad counselor there and a couple of them are the absolute best you will find. The program is a whole lot of classes. You get breaks in between but you are going to groups, classes, or meetings for 12 hours a day. As far as patient education it’s really a great place. If you’re serious about getting better, it’s the best place I know of. It is undergoing changes though. I write this on 9/11/2026 and the staff is having a lot of turnover. If it wasn’t for my disgusting interaction with the CEO and one particular care coordinator I would give this place an honest 5 star review. But the staff and patient moral had a noticeable decline in the 50 or so days I was there. That said, I am eternally grateful for the ParC and have a real love for a lot of the people that work there. Hopefully the upper management either leaves or adjusts things because this is a great place for recovery and I truly hope it stays that way. Edit 9/15/2026- The CEO left soon after my post. Hopefully things will return around. This is a great place to recover and I hope things improve.

Margaret was my tech for my TMS treatments. She made my experience so pleasant. I felt so warm and safe as the TMS machine can be intimidating with the loud tapping noise. Margaret was also very knowledgeable of these treatments and so all my questions were answered. And the best part is that I started feeling better and this really helped with my depression. I would highly recommend the TMS treatments at Anew Era, especially if Margaret is your tech!

This recovery place offers medicine treatments that for my experience are very successful yet there is one treatment that you go in there and get for free which is there blessed joyful, loving presence and help. I just left there after taking my medicine and I was there for really good 30 minutes to an hour, and I lost track of time because all the workers upfront. We’re just positive bubbly, loving, and we were talking about life so pleasantly and it wasn’t just That they’re like robotic workers that just get you back there and get you out of there now they they care and they spend time with you and they make sure You are getting help not just getting medicine but The counseling from The counselor and just even the other employees that aren’t paid to counselor you but Treat you as though you are family and everyone that I was speaking with this morning was God-given, Their presence, Thank you so much for every bit of help that y’all have given me and still provide as it’s needed! Tina, Regina, Amanda, Tonya were chatting and laughing with me as soon as I got in there but we finished at the same they called my name for dosing, time flies when you get a bonus package treatment of speaking and Going back and forth with the employees there,,I’m glad they don’t have wingdvbr i would have mistaken them for angels this morning!✝️

This outpatient rehab is so patient. Im literally crazy and they have put up with me for years. Im telling yous guys from attacking my Uber driving to talking way to much. They would care for me while I was in the most difficult time of my life. They were my friends at my lowest and I will always appreciate how many times they saved my friends lives by giving me free narcan and education on how to use it and when. They have saved my life countless times. My counselors work so hard to help me. Regina and Mrs. Tina go above and beyond for poor ol me. Thank yous guys so much 💓 ily all may GOD bless and im so grateful that symetria in spring helped so much in my journey to sobriety. So thankful for my Santa Maria Family. My sister was her about 3 times in 2 years. Every time we tried to get her admitted, we didn’t follow protocol and the staff always assisted us and she was always approved! The staff looked out for my sister and niece, it takes a village and thank god for each and every staff member here! From the counselors to the security. I still updated them on my sister because I know they care for her. I never got to visit inside so no comment but i witnessed my sister get her own place, look healthier by the day and get employment. She a break and time to recover. Will always be grateful for their services.

It is unfortunate that one individual gave this place a 1 star rating - their comment clearly shows that they were rating the wrong place. They mentioned that they work as an EMT and that they were dropping off a stroke patient - but this clinic does not receive stroke patients from EMTs - they are an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic.

Since i’ve met him, Dakota has shown genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to every individual they work with. They create a supportive and respectful environment where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged to keep moving forward. Something that really stands out is Dakota’s ability to connect with others on a personal level. He goes above and beyond to make sure each person feels valued, and their positive attitude brings a sense of comfort during what can be a very challenging time. Westbridge recovery center changed my life 100%! If you're serious about your sobriety and want a place to go to be sober this is the place to choose! It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Even after the treatment plan they offer classes for IOP or PHP or any kind of support that is needed to keep you sober on your journey. every single person at westbridge played a part in my recovery and I will forever owe my life and have extreme gratitude for each and every person that played a part in my recovery I am going on 4 months clean today and I wouldn't look back for anything. I will forever owe all of my sobriety to the people at West bridge and I will forever be thankful.

I was placed here by the court, and I'm glad I was because this program taught me a lot. It helped me grow, strengthen my faith in God, and showed me how therapy and music can help people express their emotions and see life in a new way. Thank you to everyone who works here. A couple of suggestions I have are: In the shower, water collects around the handle and doesn't drain well. I'm worried it could cause mold over time, so maybe adding a small drain hole could help. For the night snack, I think two sandwiches instead of one would be nice. I asked a few others, and many agreed. Some also said hot chips would be a good addition. I don't know everything that goes into running this place, but I just wanted to share my thoughts. Thank you again for everything you do.

I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. Overall, the team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. You can really feel that this is more than a job to them, it’s a mission. These people have saved my life time and time again. I’ve been to the ParC three times; twice very recently. At the tail end of my last stay I had an absolute horrendous encounter with the CEO and another staff member. Both of their behaviors were disgusting, petty, dishonest, and totally contrary to ethical patient care. That said, I cannot totally bash the place. The vast majority of the staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of treatment centers and my overall staff experience at the ParC was better than any place I’ve been. The place is undergoing a lot of changes. A great deal of staff have left recently and I’ve heard a lot of complaints from staff about the upper leadership. For the most part the technicians, nurses, and counselors are truly great. Most of them truly, truly care about the patients and their success. There really isn’t a bad counselor there and a couple of them are the absolute best you will find. The program is a whole lot of classes. You get breaks in between but you are going to groups, classes, or meetings for 12 hours a day. As far as patient education it’s really a great place. If you’re serious about getting better, it’s the best place I know of. It is undergoing changes though. I write this on 9/11/2026 and the staff is having a lot of turnover. If it wasn’t for my disgusting interaction with the CEO and one particular care coordinator I would give this place an honest 5 star review. But the staff and patient moral had a noticeable decline in the 50 or so days I was there. That said, I am eternally grateful for the ParC and have a real love for a lot of the people that work there. Hopefully the upper management either leaves or adjusts things because this is a great place for recovery and I truly hope it stays that way. Edit 9/15/2026- The CEO left soon after my post. Hopefully things will return around. This is a great place to recover and I hope things improve.

I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

In hindsight I'm gonna go ahead and give a five star to this clinic. They have really as a whole gone above and beyond for me.,.without charging me a penny. The nurses and counselors are really fantastic. Yes it's their job , but they could easily work somewhere that doesn't require getting up at 3 am or whatever. Most all of them genuinely care about harm reduction and saving lives. The parking lot is guarded and free of fights , thefts, getting robbed for take home medication ( something I saw in the Dallas area) I know I left an initial bad review but that wasn't fair of me because it stemmed from a personal issue I perceived at the time. This is a really good clinic, they have government funding , and you can hit the metro rail and bus stops with a rock. So if you are tired of the life you are living due to opioids there's really no reason not to go. Methadone is not for everyone,and yes it can cause really severe withdrawals if you don't taper properly,but it's the only way I was able to stop. Plan to give a minimum 3 years to any methadone program. It takes time to get stable on a dose...it may take you a while to stop using your doc..then ideally you work on family , employment etc, then take a good year to slowly taper off. Some people need to stay on it indefinitely and that's ok too.

This is my daughter’s second time at Kingwood Pines, and I want to recognize two people who made an incredibly difficult situation much better for us yesterday. Princess was instrumental in helping me get my daughter admitted. After we had spent five days waiting in an ER for psychiatric placement, Princess helped me discover that my daughter’s insurance information had not been included on the face sheet the ER sent to facilities. Because of that, her insurance could not be verified. Once I understood what was happening, I was able to advocate for the information to be corrected, and Princess was key in helping us finally get my daughter into Kingwood Pines last night. I am incredibly grateful for her help. I also want to recognize Gabriel at check-in. By the time we arrived, I was beyond exhausted after five days of this process. I also had my service dog with me and needed an accommodation because of my disability. Gabriel was professional, patient, respectful, and worked with me to make sure I had an appropriate place to wait during the lengthy intake process. Mental-health crises are incredibly difficult on the entire family, and the way staff treat parents and caregivers during those moments matters. Princess and Gabriel both made a difference for me when I desperately needed someone to help. Thank you both.

All of the nurses were patient with me as this was a hard thing for myself and kid. I am grateful for the staff and how well they answered questions.
