My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. We felt both times that their treatment and care for the teens was really great and the information shared in family was always helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for families looking to find mental health care for their teens.

I have only positive things to say about Dr. Molly Thomason. She evaluated by son for ADHD and did such a phenomenal job on his neuropsychological evaluation. I don't live in the Woodlands, but I drove out to see her because I wanted a high-quality evaluation. I also would like to add that I highly recommend Dr. Kat Cohn for parent training/coaching. She and I completed our PhDs together, and we trained together at Texas Children's Hospital. I refer to her regularly for parenting support related to disruptive behavior, ADHD, and Autism, because she is simply excellent at her job. 10/10 recommend!

This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

Even the techs were so helpful n friendly i went in on 7-23-23 everything was good towards the end i got a couch how lucky was i to get couch AUTUMN ha she talked about my pants not being fancy enough for community saying i wasnt serious that I don’t want to b sober ( hint I was in rehab willingly) n basically ignored me wouldn’t help me get help with anything literally SHE DID NOTHING for me n the day I graduated im all proud n happy she walks up to me says “ im not gunna b ur couch, u don’t want this ur no hope bye “ I told the lady in charge she said “ she has to it’s to late , o well just go ask another couch “ other couches had already left or said they were full so while Santa Maria was great couch AUTUMN shouldn’t b a couch if that’s how she thinks while Santa Maria was setting me up for greatness the one person that’s supposed to b ur support on the outside tryed to set me up for failure n Santa Maria as a whole don’t need her mentality in a place like that ur supposed to couch help not tear us down

I Wanna start by saying thank you to everyone at PRC for helping me through this difficult process of getting sober. Where do I begin so back in January it was a learning process and a great experience for me I never thought in a million years I could have done that. However today march 28th I AM GOING STRONG ON 82 days sober and by the grace of my higher power and working the steps and making sober connections I’m sober today. I’ve been through a lot during my life with being part of the LGBTQ community (a Transgender Woman) I had lots of hurdles when I first arrived and overcome them so I’m really glad to be doing IOP at the montrose Location I couldn’t have done this without MY PRC FAMILY. This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. LOVE YALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. So thankful for my Santa Maria Family. My sister was her about 3 times in 2 years. Every time we tried to get her admitted, we didn’t follow protocol and the staff always assisted us and she was always approved! The staff looked out for my sister and niece, it takes a village and thank god for each and every staff member here! From the counselors to the security. I still updated them on my sister because I know they care for her. I never got to visit inside so no comment but i witnessed my sister get her own place, look healthier by the day and get employment. She a break and time to recover. Will always be grateful for their services.

my daughter had a really positive experience with Ariel at Woodland Springs. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my daughters time there. Ariel took the time to listen and made sure my child felt heard,safe and most of all comfortable, which made a big difference in a stressful situation. (Her first time in the hospital.) Her calm and compassionate approach really stood out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the people she works with. Woodland Springs is lucky to have someone like Ariel on their team. My daughter had an issue with a staff Ms.Randi but overall an amazing experience.

Westbridge recovery center changed my life 100%! If you're serious about your sobriety and want a place to go to be sober this is the place to choose! It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Even after the treatment plan they offer classes for IOP or PHP or any kind of support that is needed to keep you sober on your journey. every single person at westbridge played a part in my recovery and I will forever owe my life and have extreme gratitude for each and every person that played a part in my recovery I am going on 4 months clean today and I wouldn't look back for anything. I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. It is unfortunate that one individual gave this place a 1 star rating - their comment clearly shows that they were rating the wrong place. In hindsight I'm gonna go ahead and give a five star to this clinic. They have really as a whole gone above and beyond for me.,.without charging me a penny. The nurses and counselors are really fantastic. Yes it's their job , but they could easily work somewhere that doesn't require getting up at 3 am or whatever. Most all of them genuinely care about harm reduction and saving lives. The parking lot is guarded and free of fights , thefts, getting robbed for take home medication ( something I saw in the Dallas area) I know I left an initial bad review but that wasn't fair of me because it stemmed from a personal issue I perceived at the time. This is a really good clinic, they have government funding , and you can hit the metro rail and bus stops with a rock. So if you are tired of the life you are living due to opioids there's really no reason not to go. Methadone is not for everyone,and yes it can cause really severe withdrawals if you don't taper properly,but it's the only way I was able to stop. Plan to give a minimum 3 years to any methadone program. It takes time to get stable on a dose...it may take you a while to stop using your doc..then ideally you work on family , employment etc, then take a good year to slowly taper off. Some people need to stay on it indefinitely and that's ok too.

Ms. Nancy runs the front desk.. She is ON IT like Nobody's Business!!! she is so kind, professional, in super helpful... She is the glue that holds that place together. She helps keep each of us clients on track, helping me and others make sure we sign in appropriately, keeping all of our contracts in order and up to date. . She goes above and beyond with each and every one of us clients, and I'm sure the staff as well. She never says NO!! I can not help you...., Her heart , her empathy is amazing. Even though we as clans are there because we have suffered from addiction at some point in their life, she treats each and every one of us with integrity and dignity and respect. Unfortunately many of us have suffered from homelessness and she is the one person in this world that we know we're going to be accepted and treated fairly everyday all day all the time and I personally am so grateful and treats the other clients and the staffthe same, behaves in such a manner to them as well. Thank You Ms. Nancy I wish there were more people like you in this world. you deserve what's the Highest Kudos EVER!!!

I’ve been going here for serval months now and absolutely love it! The staff truly cares and listens I love hearing good morning Collin and have a great day Collin! When I come in and out from the wonderful person working behind the front desk. I’ve been to three clinics in this one. These nurses have absolutely your full attention, They listen to you they communicate with you, They truly care and I love that. Both of the nurses are just amazing so sweet and caring and very well trained in the field of work! The doctor is The Coolest guy I’ve ever met lol. Very laid-back but listens to you is and your needs and is very open not all crazy strict. Great guy and a great doctor! And of course, the counselors I love them. My counselor is amazing. She’s a veteran just like me and we get along just great. She’s perfect. And there’s always this other counselor always tells me to have a great day with a wonderful smile. And I don’t know Just makes me feel really good. I would give this place 10 stars If I could!! If your looking for Suboxone or Methadone maintenance treatment look no further this is your place to go to trust me. I have been in Methadone maintenance clinics since 2018 and this is the best one I’ve ever experienced. I’m sober and never felt better in my life! 😇😊

I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. I have been to a few recovery centers and CARS is by far the best. They work with you and actually care about your progress and how you are. Kim is by far the best counselor I could’ve asked for, she is kind, caring and is the best part of CARS in my opinion. Also thw nurses there, Leah and Art work SO hard making sure everyone gets taken care of. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the counselors for that matter because they are all awesome.

Probably saved my life when I was going through “SI” my phycologist at the time would take me into hiss office and just drop everything for me. Sometimes that’s all it takes someone to listen to you for 15 mins. there’re doing to be there for you but don’t expect them to call an ambulance. They will definitely sit and talk with you and make sure you’re good! 🤝😇

I just had to take the moment just to let anybody know if they were deciding to come to this clinic and get help. They’re in the right hands.
