Cypress Lakes was, by far, the best treatment facility I have been to. Unfortunately, I have been a frequent flyer to rehab facilities over the past couple of years. I'm kinda stubborn and think I know better. Lol. There is something really special, almost sacred, about this facility. I can't explain it. It's peaceful and beautiful. But, most importantly, it's the staff. From the Executive Director to the Maintenance Staff, everyone cares. There's no judgment. No one's too busy to meet you where you are. The therapy and the tools they teach can really be applied to life outside the treatment center. I never write reviews. If I like/don't like a place, I use word of mouth. However, this facility is outstanding and deserves every once of recognition.

I attended Cypress Lakes Recovery in October of last year and I had an incredible experience!!! I am now 10 months clean and sober and I am truly grateful for my experience there. The staff, the therapists, the food, the view, the activities were all AMAZING!!! The staff were all committed, down-to-Earth and caring. By the end of my time there, I felt a certain connection to them all. They truly care about your well-being!!! No, you won't be staying in the big house, but the dorms are comfortable and you have your own space in your room. They provide laundry baskets, lockers, towels, etc. We had a mix of different groups and classes that were Recovery focused and kept us pretty busy. In our free time we were able to fish, kayak, swim, watch movies, do puzzles together, play music in the music room, and go for hikes. It's a beautiful property!!! So peaceful! Also, once you reach a certain stage, you are able to go to outside meetings if you choose, like A.A. or Celebrate Recovery, and go on field trips (we went bowling). The kitchen staff was amazing as well and always serving us wonderful meals throughout the week. There is always a salad bar, which is equipped with fruit and muffins, etc. for breakfast. I encourage anyone who is considering rehab to go here!!! Thank you, Cypress Lakes ♡ I hope to see you in October for the reunion!!!

I went back to Cypress Lake twice and enjoyed my time There. The amenities are nice and the staff does care. My counselors Traci & Jennifer were both really kind and insightful. And i like the food. The dog Gracie was a sweetheart and had a lot of nice walking trails and other stuff. Would go back again

My son has been there since September 2024. Diagnosed with schizophrenia this is an amazing hospital.Social Sorker calls me monthly with updates .notifies me when his meds change, and reason they changed. His Social Worker is amazing answers all questions always returns all calls. All my visits are very nice from Guard Shack to all employees.They keep the patient busy with Movies , snacks etc . I went here years ago but now I'm super happy with the service. When I first went years ago it wasn't great but now that I've returned the staff is excellent and very kind. The services are easy to navigate and very supportive. I normally give up on this type of service because of the frustration I feel but at the center it's made it an easy process with very little stress. All the staff is very friendly and supportive.

This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

I moved to the area year ago, finding a dentist has been very stressful for me; I have implants, a fixed bridge, crowns and suffer from dry mouth. Because I hadn't had an exam in over a year I was worried about bone loss. After asking friends and random people what dentist they use and doing research online I finally decided to use Wellness Pointe; mainly because the providers on the website looked kind and friendly; also the office is in my insurance network. Anna, was very patient, gentle and kind while taking my xrays. Dr. Jennifer Smith along with Anna are so nice and put me at ease. This may be the first time I have had an examination where I didn't feel like my mouth had been ravaged by a bulldozer. Dr. Jennifer examined my whole mouth for bone loss, went over my list of medications and assured me that everything looks good and recommended a toothpaste that should help with dry mouth. I was very surprised to be offered a dental cleaning right after my exam. Because of time constraints, I will be returning next month for my dental cleaning. This is a very clean dental office. I honestly love this place but the Beaumont office are quite unfair about attendance and one group I didn't know that my camera was off and instead of warning me she kicked me off wouldn't answer her phone and I couldn't message her and if you miss one day you get a whole week added on. Its also not a nice way to handle people that are needing help from you.

Jalene Williams was my councilor, she was by far the most amazing and helpful person in my road to recovery, I was in the out patient rehab program in which I completed, I went on to also receive my recovery coach certification out of the beaumont location Rita and Will were ny counselors there and they were amazing as well!

I was placed here by the court, and I'm glad I was because this program taught me a lot. It helped me grow, strengthen my faith in God, and showed me how therapy and music can help people express their emotions and see life in a new way. Thank you to everyone who works here. A couple of suggestions I have are: In the shower, water collects around the handle and doesn't drain well. I'm worried it could cause mold over time, so maybe adding a small drain hole could help. For the night snack, I think two sandwiches instead of one would be nice. I asked a few others, and many agreed. Some also said hot chips would be a good addition. I don't know everything that goes into running this place, but I just wanted to share my thoughts. Thank you again for everything you do.

Update 2: The dental clinic prices are high for a simple cleaning at a supposedly discounted rate. I found anorher clinic in Longview that was $40 cheaper for the first visit and future visits were also cheaper, plus you don't have to wait for months. Update: The clinic is still a good clinic, but the current doctor is not patient-friendly and will cut you off if you try to say anything. My daughter and my neighbor will no longer go there for this reason. He may be a good doctor but patients want to know they're being heard. First review: Easy appointment scheduling and wait time is minimal. I've used this clinic several years and definitely recommend it. Much better than having to travel out of town.

I want to take a moment to recognize Dakota for the incredible impact they’ve had at West Bridge Recovery Center! Since i’ve met him, Dakota has shown genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to every individual they work with. They create a supportive and respectful environment where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged to keep moving forward. Something that really stands out is Dakota’s ability to connect with others on a personal level. He goes above and beyond to make sure each person feels valued, and their positive attitude brings a sense of comfort during what can be a very challenging time. Dakota is professional and consistently kind. I see him at my job sometimes and he has nothing but great things to say about west bridge!! Westbridge recovery center changed my life 100%! If you're serious about your sobriety and want a place to go to be sober this is the place to choose! It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Even after the treatment plan they offer classes for IOP or PHP or any kind of support that is needed to keep you sober on your journey. every single person at westbridge played a part in my recovery and I will forever owe my life and have extreme gratitude for each and every person that played a part in my recovery I am going on 4 months clean today and I wouldn't look back for anything. I will forever owe all of my sobriety to the people at West bridge and I will forever be thankful.

I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. Overall, the team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. You can really feel that this is more than a job to them, it’s a mission. If you are questioning their services give them a call!

This is a great place for seeking help with mental health. I've seen some one star reviews. Unfortunately, there will be those who don't like you. And those are the ones super motivated to post a review. You may have 98% satisfaction rating. But if only unhappy people give a review, it doesn't reflect the true quality of a place. I have gotten to know the CEO, and he has a true heart for helping those struggling with mental health. He sets the bar high at Ocean's. I highly recommend this facility.

I've been searching for a place like Community Healthcore since I was 16. I'm 66 now. We all have things happening in our lives. Putting our own mental and health wellbeing on the back burner. Don't allow terms like mental, psyichrist, counseling or new medications to name a few. I was accepted by court to complete 1 year at CHC to address many of my lifetime personal issues.
