This place has staff that is very polite and does there job in a timely manner. I personally haven't had any problems scheduling appointments. Shout out to cherie who listens well and responds with good feed back always trying to keep God as the savior.

Before deciding I was ready for treatment I always had a very negative view of therapists, counselling, and everything else typically included in a rehab center. This location proved I was far from correct. The staff are kind and keep the days going at a pace without it feeling like I am "locked up" or without freedom. The location is absolutely beautiful with activities such as fishing, volleyball, kayaking, or simply taking a nature walk to help keep everyone involved and physically active! Above all the counselling is unable to be put into words how helpful it is. The counselors here care deeply (with lots of relatability and knowledge) and take each case individually to address whatever each client is needing help with most. I am beyond grateful for this program and will never forget my time here (I even got the logo tattooed on my wrist!). If you are someone who feels they are ready to commit and accept help, I HIGHLY suggest this place! I will be attending all alumni events and stay involved with this location!

Cypress Lake is an incredible program to find recovery. The clinical staff is proficient in handling substance abuse and mental health issues

Literally the most welcoming ,caring and genuine people I ve ever meet. From the nicest lady ever at the front desk to both of the most amazing nurses I ve ever spoke with even had a Vet to Vet chat with one of them. I respected that sooo much. The woman nurse didn t judge so I felt I could be completely honest with her and I did and it felt great. She listened, and I could really really see that. I also respected that dearly. The counselor outstanding, I talked for an hour straight. He sat and listened every word and was truly engaged into my treatment plan. Great guy!! Last but not least got to see my old counselor from my old methadone clinic CARS A clinic that caused more PTSD than my military service. I couldn t believe it my heart skipped a beat in a good way when I saw her I was so happy she moved on from that hell hole! lol and The smile on your face said it all had me come her office and sit down spoke to me like a human being like she always had done before. These people truly care, and now for the final step meeting the Doctor who was the coolest guy ever! That s the most nerve racking part especially for me when I ve been going to Methadone maintenance clinics since 2017 and I just know that right dose there s a sweet spot that works for me perfectly for me without any side effects, cravings etc. he s was beyond outstanding most kindness doctor I ve ever met. If you re looking for help when your at a complete loss or want to prevent yourself From going to far down that path of your addiction and you don t know where to go give these people a call don t give up. Trust me they will save your life and get you back on track. And the best part of this place is getting you back on track getting back on track fast not these hard insane rules. They want to get you back on track and get you back to your life, family and work. I could truly see that they are in the business for the patients. Jalene Williams was my councilor, she was by far the most amazing and helpful person in my road to recovery, I was in the out patient rehab program in which I completed, I went on to also receive my recovery coach certification out of the beaumont location Rita and Will were ny counselors there and they were amazing as well!

Ms. Jaline and Ms. Abmer are truly remarkable individuals. I personally struggled with sobriety for a long time and have explored other recovery programs in the past. However, their program was the key to my sustained success. They have walked this path themselves and deeply understand the challenges and Wins of recovery. They have an empathetic understanding that extends beyond mere knowledge. The journey is undoubtedly demanding, with its share of highs and lows. Yet, their constant support is present. It's difficult to fully explain the profound impact of their program until you've experienced it firsthand. But I urge you to take that leap of faith you will not regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend their program to anyone grappling with addiction...

I had a bad experience with outpatient treatment before hand so wasn t very excited about it but soon learned this place was different. Right choice was a safe space to me to be vulnerable and grow. I now have 2 years 7 months and 21 days clean and sober and a huge part of that is thanks to right choice helping lay the foundation for my recovery. I ve gained my life back times ten.

The nurses and staff here treat my elderly mom with such care and compassion. They are always on top of prescription refills, paperwork and anything she needs. I appreciate so much how they are so sweet to her during visits and how they treat her like family. It helps so much knowing they are a part of her health care team. Thank you Dr. Vera and staff/Valerie!!

All personal were very nice and helpful.

My first time seeing Dr. Vera and I was very impressed. He listened attentively. He was very thorough with my medications and I was able to stop taking a couple of them. He was very full of important information that benefits my health. Thank you Dr. Vera!

Best thing I have ever done! PRC not only helped me learn about my addiction but it also broke down some walls of abuse and showed me ways to move forward. Seeking treatment for mental health for myself was the best decision I have ever made. I am beyond grateful for New Dimensions.

My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. We felt both times that their treatment and care for the teens was really great and the information shared in family was always helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for families looking to find mental health care for their teens.

My daughter recently completed the IOP program at the Woodlands location of New Dimensions. Although it was a long and rough process sometimes, she and the rest of our family had great support from everyone, but especially from Isabella and Ayana, the teen treatment counselors. Without their personal attention and continued support, my daughter would not be making positive strides in her mental health journey. I would highly recommend NDD The Woodlands. If you have an open mind and REALLY want help, this is the place to go.
