My son has been there since September 2024. Diagnosed with schizophrenia this is an amazing hospital.Social Sorker calls me monthly with updates .notifies me when his meds change, and reason they changed. His Social Worker is amazing answers all questions always returns all calls. All my visits are very nice from Guard Shack to all employees.They keep the patient busy with Movies , snacks etc . Wanted to share my experience. At one of my most lowest and vulnerable times of my life, this hospital protected me long enough to reach sanity again. Thank you to the whole staff who helped me Nov 7 - Nov 9 2025. I'm sorry for attacking some of you employees but I truly wasn't myself at first. I'm just happy that I found a good psychiatrist. I wasn't happy the first two days I had a appointment, but after receiving treatment and medication I realize that I was just unhappy in general. I highly recommend the Andrews Center. Dr. Furlong is an exceptionally outstanding doctor!!! I really can't emphasize that enough!!!!! I've been dealing with mental health issues for almost 25 years now....I really was thinking that the healthcare system was broken until I had my first appointment at this facility. Dr. Furlong along with the staff there are the most dedicated, caring, and patient people that I have ever met in my journey towards wellness. I really wish there was a way for other mental health care facilities to take lessons from them at the Andrews Center so that other patients would not have to go through the system in and out for so long before they are diagnosed correctly and find there way to a better quality of life. God bless you and thanks so much for all your help and support!!!

Love Dr Isherwood, Laura and each person there!! It’s hard finding a Dr or place in general for help when there is so many who have no bed side manner. They truly are a gift and doing the work of God. It’s very rare to find someone you can be totally transparent with , without feeling judged. Or waiting for the “shoe to drop”. I moved to the area year ago, finding a dentist has been very stressful for me; I have implants, a fixed bridge, crowns and suffer from dry mouth. Because I hadn't had an exam in over a year I was worried about bone loss. After asking friends and random people what dentist they use and doing research online I finally decided to use Wellness Pointe; mainly because the providers on the website looked kind and friendly; also the office is in my insurance network. Anna, was very patient, gentle and kind while taking my xrays. Dr. Jennifer Smith along with Anna are so nice and put me at ease. This may be the first time I have had an examination where I didn't feel like my mouth had been ravaged by a bulldozer. Dr. Jennifer examined my whole mouth for bone loss, went over my list of medications and assured me that everything looks good and recommended a toothpaste that should help with dry mouth. I was very surprised to be offered a dental cleaning right after my exam. Because of time constraints, I will be returning next month for my dental cleaning. This is a very clean dental office.
