I've been there twice and I've had really good experiences both times. Andrea (nurse) made a huge difference in my life. She was never too busy to talk and offer therapeutic insight. The rooms were clean and well cared for. My only complaints are 1) the shower always flooded the bathroom and 2) the beds were really uncomfortable. Other than those two things I have nothing but nice things to say about the place.

Hey! I am so thankful this has been a place of refuge for my socioeconomical and domestic violence problems I have two protective orders on two parties to leave me alone. I have had a past of bad boyfriends and their narcissistic friends who have lied to me and stolen from me and looked past really simple health issues which fogged me up really bad for a long time. I mean I almost died at least once or twice as a young child and have found some really bad deals growing up along the way. Wow! Keeping my own beliefs and trying to keep the enemy away and out of my mind body spirit has not been easy as a middle aged woman.Burke is alright. I am grateful for them, but I don't like it when they change my appointments when I rely on the city bus or Uber, etc.No I am not the one too good for the five dollar bus vouchers.Single mom Cassandra 39.Where was Longview Square Apartments anyway? While my 1boy and 1 girl ran off!?Well at 40 I have to admit as a patient there at Burke I honestly had a recent problem with missing an appointment and rescheduling myself, so there is the humanity I have! Today Feb 18, 2022 was a wonderful day to visit Burke, Hearts for the Homeless was there. It is always good to see them. They made me my sugar cookies I love so much with colored frosting and sugar sprinkles.

(2 years ago)I've been threw over 7 case workers the past 2 years didn't see 90 precent of them they quit before my appointments. There was a solid year I didn't see a doctor because they kept quiting. And as of now Ive been waiting 1 hour to see the doc when I had an 8:30am appointment the earliest and first one of the day... I've been going hear for 10 years and it's the worst place but I have no where else to go.(5/7/21) They seemed to have gotten there act together more or less a good case worker really make a difference you need to make sure you have a good one because as great as great my new doctor is he's very busy and the nurse don't like to bother him when he's with patients he's so booked. Timothy James Furlong, MD is a great doctor that cares and listens and try's his best to get you well and even has back up plans, and makes sure that you get an appointment with a nurse to see how you are doing. He's very busy but does his best to see to all his patients needs and if you have a good case worker like I have to help you in the prosses if you ever feel like you have been put on a back burner or questions and problems aren't being answered in a timely manner talk with your case worker about it and they will do there best and make sure you are being taken care of and getting proper info and treatment.
