I'm just happy that I found a good psychiatrist. I wasn't happy the first two days I had a appointment, but after receiving treatment and medication I realize that I was just unhappy in general. Now that my doctor has helped me so much I can breathe. My family can breathe. My mom even feels like she got her son back.

My son has been there since September 2024. Diagnosed with schizophrenia this is an amazing hospital.Social Sorker calls me monthly with updates .notifies me when his meds change, and reason they changed. His Social Worker is amazing answers all questions always returns all calls. All my visits are very nice from Guard Shack to all employees.They keep the patient busy with Movies , snacks etc . Tyler VA staff and doctors are outstanding! A recent visit to the optical department went very well. In a week or so I received my new glasses. I returned there and had them adjust the ear pieces and the gentleman that preformed that service did a great job. I am very pleased with the health care they provide for me.

Wanted to share my experience. At one of my most lowest and vulnerable times of my life, this hospital protected me long enough to reach sanity again. I highly recommend the Andrews Center. Dr. Furlong is an exceptionally outstanding doctor!!! I really can't emphasize that enough!!!!! I've been dealing with mental health issues for almost 25 years now....I really was thinking that the healthcare system was broken until I had my first appointment at this facility. Dr. Furlong along with the staff there are the most dedicated, caring, and patient people that I have ever met in my journey towards wellness. I really wish there was a way for other mental health care facilities to take lessons from them at the Andrews Center so that other patients would not have to go through the system in and out for so long before they are diagnosed correctly and find there way to a better quality of life. DPR was truly an amazing experience. They genuinely care about you and your recovery journey. Lucus pours his heart into this place and it shows. Cindy, TJ and JJ were extremely supportive and personable. The nurses, Amanda, Kenya, Bradie, and Kate were so kind and helpful. And of course Drew and Star were a highlight with the awesome food they prepared and had really great insight. It is truly a gem in the recovery community.

Absolutely saved my life. Between Julie getting everything done and I am mean everything and Cliff being there as a veteran and running that part of the program it allowed me to get everything that has made ever other attempt fail accomplished. I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

When I walked into Lighthouse on October 22, 2025, I had no idea what to expect. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility.

Our son has been in Lighthouse’s sober living program for the past ten months. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction. Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. They have stood in between our son and his addiction in a way our family could not have and they provided a safe haven for him to begin sobriety, Lighthouse Recovery has our highest recommendation and confidence.

Update 2: The dental clinic prices are high for a simple cleaning at a supposedly discounted rate. I found anorher clinic in Longview that was $40 cheaper for the first visit and future visits were also cheaper, plus you don't have to wait for months. Update: The clinic is still a good clinic, but the current doctor is not patient-friendly and will cut you off if you try to say anything. My daughter and my neighbor will no longer go there for this reason. He may be a good doctor but patients want to know they're being heard. First review: Easy appointment scheduling and wait time is minimal. I've used this clinic several years and definitely recommend it. Much better than having to travel out of town.
