Even though i didn’t complete the program, i was greatly impacted by Sundown Ranch. The counselors are absolutely amazing and have your best interest at heart. I have been sober almost nine months thanks to this program. I was able to find God again and that has greatly impacted my life. I've been there twice and I've had really good experiences both times. Andrea (nurse) made a huge difference in my life. She was never too busy to talk and offer therapeutic insight. The rooms were clean and well cared for. My only complaints are 1) the shower always flooded the bathroom and 2) the beds were really uncomfortable. Other than those two things I have nothing but nice things to say about the place.

(2 years ago)I've been threw over 7 case workers the past 2 years didn't see 90 precent of them they quit before my appointments. There was a solid year I didn't see a doctor because they kept quiting. And as of now Ive been waiting 1 hour to see the doc when I had an 8:30am appointment the earliest and first one of the day... I've been going hear for 10 years and it's the worst place but I have no where else to go.
(5/7/21) They seemed to have gotten there act together more or less a good case worker really make a difference you need to make sure you have a good one because as great as great my new doctor is he's very busy and the nurse don't like to bother him when he's with patients he's so booked. Timothy James Furlong, MD is a great doctor that cares and listens and try's his best to get you well and even has back up plans, and makes sure that you get an appointment with a nurse to see how you are doing. He's very busy but does his best to see to all his patients needs and if you have a good case worker like I have to help you in the prosses if you ever feel like you have been put on a back burner or questions and problems aren't being answered in a timely manner talk with your case worker about it and they will do there best and make sure you are being taken care of and getting proper info and treatment.

Dr furlong is the greatest takes a little while to see him but he is very caring about your situation. I would highly recommend him and the Andrews center for all of your mental health needs.
I've been going to the Andrews center sentence 1994 and have yet to find anyone better.....

I don’t even know where to begin. This treatment center is truly changing lives. My husband attended their program during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, and I can confidently say they gave us hope and confidence in his recovery.
From day one, the staff treated him with compassion and dignity. They weren’t just professionals—they were caring, patient, and truly passionate about helping people rebuild their lives. The counselors went above and beyond, not just helping him work through addiction, but helping him rediscover who he is without it.
What meant the most to me as a spouse was how they kept family involved and supported throughout the process. I felt heard and understood. This wasn’t just treatment—it was transformation.

Discovery Point is an amazing place. I’ve only been here for a week, but it already feels like home. A pool, nice gym, great staff, and amazing chefs. Drew (chef) on top of her great cooking, is so positive and always smiling, and Star makes the best desserts - we even get desserts at breakfast when she’s here!! At the support staff and nurses are so kind and patient.

I have struggled for years. Symetria and their staff helped me discover why. Their outpatient approach allows you to still work and attend your sessions too. No judging, no ridicule. They provide the system, you provide the work. The struggle is real but it works if you work it!!!!

It was some confusion picking up a friend that needed help from the other facility in Dallas.. MTR reschedule for the same day and pick up my friend from my house.. Thank you guys!! My friend... really needed to go.. I didn't get the woman name that help my friend out on the phone.. She was very understanding and helpful.. Thanks again MTR!! 6 stars!!
