DPR was truly an amazing experience. They genuinely care about you and your recovery journey. Lucus pours his heart into this place and it shows. Cindy, TJ and JJ were extremely supportive and personable. The nurses, Amanda, Kenya, Bradie, and Kate were so kind and helpful. And of course Drew and Star were a highlight with the awesome food they prepared and had really great insight. It is truly a gem in the recovery community.

The facility, staff and overall program was first rate. I cannot recommend Discovery Point enough to those seeking help with learning to control an addiction and living a clean healthy life.

I don’t even know where to begin. This treatment center is truly changing lives. My husband attended their program during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, and I can confidently say they gave us hope and confidence in his recovery. From day one, the staff treated him with compassion and dignity. They weren’t just professionals—they were caring, patient, and truly passionate about helping people rebuild their lives. The counselors went above and beyond, not just helping him work through addiction, but helping him rediscover who he is without it. What meant the most to me as a spouse was how they kept family involved and supported throughout the process. I felt heard and understood. This wasn’t just treatment—it was transformation.

I just left this place last week, and I loved my time there. It truly helped me a lot I moved on to the next steps of the program but I genuinely miss it there. Chef is amazing and a lot of the therapists and staff are great.

As a person who went through many different methadone clinics in my past with no success, it turns out that environment really matters. Symetria College Station was brand new when I became a patient there. I was immediately taken aback by the environment. No long lines, personable staff, getting called by your name instead of a number, and watching everyone jump through hoops to make sure you're taken care of the way you need for your personal success. Symetria was a breath of fresh air for me when I needed it most. The best part was the support group. It was NOT a bunch of people telling "war stories" . We learned! We learned about what addiction truly is, with the support of the entire staff, right down to the program director and doctors. We learned to recognize our behaviors and how to turn them around. We learned how to deal with our current challenges in a healthy way. I can go on forever. I truly can. They started me on a program towards becoming a recovery coach! 5 years later I am now a Recovery Support Peer Specialist for the last several years and it was all because Symetria sponsored me and led me in every way they could, then sent me out on a successful journey on my own, and I have been 6.5 years in recovery ever since then. Not only was I one of their first patients, but I was also their first successful taper and discharge. finishing the program was bittersweet. We all knew it was time and they supported every good decision I made. and to this day I still have an attachment to Symetria since I work in the SUD field in our small community. I absolutely recommend Symetria to everyone, but also to those who feel like they have tried and tried, but couldn't be successful in their recovery. This place brings a whole new light to your life! I am just 1 of the many walking, talking, sober examples of what they can do for you, as long as you are truly ready to make that step!

The staff is phenomenal. They are professional and personable. They go above and beyond to help whoever walks through their doors; they definitely helped me! I highly recommend More Than Rehab . Truly was the best experience and gift I have ever received music therapy with Mrs. Jade was so helpful and reminded me how I was talented and used to create something beautiful, nick went above and beyond to help me and truly brought me back to myself thank god! We do recover!!

My loved one was treated like family in this place. He was accepted and loved from the moment he got there to the moment he left. The Treehouse changed his life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I found the genuine care and heartfelt compassion that the entire Treehouse staff gave me was far superior to other centers I had been to. They didn't make me conform to a pre-set form of treatment. They listened to what I needed and met me where I was at, allowing for more personalized treatment.

My child struggled for almost a year. My child needed support after leaving a residential treatment facility and my child blossomed upon return to BasePoint. My child is doing amazingly now.

Basepoint has been everything we needed and I wish I found them sooner! I was scared to call and not be able to afford a stellar program for my kid - but they offered a payment plan that fit my budget and removed that hurdle for me quickly. Please don’t let fear of cost keep you from making an appointment! the day we had our intake appointment I cried happy tears knowing my child was finally somewhere GOOD! They even offer transportation to and from the program which is so helpful! Que is the best driver around! The staff has an amazing way of connecting, getting on their level and truly mapping out their success WITH them and not just FOR them. My child felt very hands on with her healing which made a huge impact. They listened to my concerns and observations at home and helped build a real village for me as we went through this. Courtney was my child’s counselor and we wish we could keep her forever! So many breakthroughs and advances in mindset were achieved by how she conducts her connections. Marleny made handling our ISD so smooth; both she and Courtney helped fight for things we needed upon her return to school. Miss Kim the program specialist always made her look forward to coming in person. Crystal at the front desk was always welcoming, helpful and has the lobby smelling like a 5 star resort! We are sad to leave our new found village but are grateful for where life is headed with bigger dreams, bigger tools and better familial communication than when we enrolled. Healing isn’t linear and everyone’s journey will be different - but I promise this program will make an incredible change for both you and your child if you give them the opportunity. Basepoint Breakthrough has been exactly what I needed. The staff here is so kind, and their focus is always on what is best for you and your specific journey. They work hard to provide the upmost care that best fits your needs. I was so impressed at the communication and dedication at Basepoint as well. I was never left out of the loop of my care. Devan is the best therapist I have had, and she worked with me on healthy coping skills and how to reframe my thinking. I will always be so grateful for Basepoint. They helped me when I needed it most, and I am in a much better place because of it.
