I just wanted to say that I loved my 90 day stay over at the ranch and i feel it played a big part of who I am today the staff was amazing and every Thursday and Sunday we would worship and share the word of God but I really appreciate the staff for everything they’ve done for me while I was there I went back in December 2023 to March 2024 and I can say it’s helped a lot and I would like to say that Samantha and Jason were two of my favorites and Jeff and Lesley were two of the nicest people you could meet on this earth This place will always have a special place in my heart :)

The first thing my adoptive daughter said when we drove off was, “I am happy you brought me here.” Thank you all so much. I had my reservations, based off some bad reviews but when I addressed the staff with my concerns they gladly discussed my concerns with me. Samantha, her counselor communicated frequently with updates and always responded to my emails. To the whole staff million thanks, and thank God for programs like Sundown Ranch.

I would like to take a moment to share my gratitude and appreciation for Lacy and the incredible work she did with my daughter during her time at Sundown Ranch. From the very beginning, Lacy demonstrated not only professionalism, but also compassion, patience, and a true ability to connect. She took the time to understand my daughter’s individual needs and created a safe space where she felt heard, respected, and supported.
Lacy’s approach was both structured and empathetic, which allowed my daughter to open up in ways I had not seen before. She was consistent in providing guidance, encouragement, and tools that have had a lasting positive impact. The progress my daughter made under Lacy’s care is something I will always be thankful for.

BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

I don’t even know where to begin. This treatment center is truly changing lives. My husband attended their program during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, and I can confidently say they gave us hope and confidence in his recovery.
From day one, the staff treated him with compassion and dignity. They weren’t just professionals—they were caring, patient, and truly passionate about helping people rebuild their lives. The counselors went above and beyond, not just helping him work through addiction, but helping him rediscover who he is without it.

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person.
Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support.
I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire!
I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat.
I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for.
I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do.
The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life.
I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety.
I'll be a proud member of their Alumni program, and maybe one day, I'll see who reads this review at the Alumni group as well!

There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called:
"Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer"
It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"!
If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth?

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. I truly owe a great and big Thank You to the entire staff, specially Cheri for putting up with me, even though I know she is probably crying because I'm gone. My first time coming to this location. I normally go to the Fort Worth location on Presidio st to see my Dr but she told me I could get labs done here so I tried it out since gas is expensive and I live in Arlington.
I've gotta say, this was quite a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in. Haley ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) was my phlebotomist and she was GREAT! She was both friendly and professional. Did a fantastic job. I didn't even feel the needle. A++

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. I couldn’t recommend Origins more, I first attended their IOP program, then their residential program in south padre and lastly their Dallas sober living. I’m writing this today a year and a half sober and going strong. Origins has literally saved my life in more ways than one.

I spent 10 days here in the adult unit and it was absolutely worth it! The nurses, Dr.s and practitioners are extremely professional. Special shout out for the techs and other staff members (therapists, social workers, cafeteria staff, etc) that made my experience special. I have absolutely been to worse behavioral hospitals in the DFW area. This one will probably be my last because they prepared me for programs on the outside.
I would say, keep in mind that this facility is 24/7. I'd be tired after a 12 hour shift too! So be patient with the staff and they will be patient with you. You get what you give.

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience delivering our baby girl with Dr. Tallapureddy at Texas Health Presbyterian in Allen. My first male OBGYN, and definitely the best. He knows what he is doing and it’s obvious from the moment he walks in the room. The entire nursing staff felt like family to us, and it was difficult to leave and say goodbye to everyone that took care of us and helped us bring our daughter into the world. I felt safe, cared for, and respected for the entirety of our stay. The nursing staff was by far the greatest I’ve encountered, and this was my third child. Our anesthesiologist Quentin was so professional, and funny. Quentin even bought my fiancée lunch in the cafeteria when he forgot his wallet. Quentin made us laugh and calmed my nerves. I didn't feel any pain either. I felt I was in the best of hands at all times. It was always sad when the nurses would change shifts, because we grew to love them all in such a short period of time. The nurses in L & D are true angels, and I wish I had all the right words to express how grateful we are to them all. Shoutout to Angie, Katie, Tina, Kathy, Rosie, Tara and Kris ❤️
