I have to say this place was amazing for my grandson. His family counselor, Lacy Dorgan, was so amazing. Working with Lacy has been an incredible experience. From the very first session, she created a warm, non-judgmental, and safe environment that allowed him to open up and process difficult life experiences. Her gentle approach and active listening helped him feel truly heard and validated. He talked about how much he loved working with her all the way home. And during our Family sessions, she made sure that we were all involved in the whole visit. She helped us work through all of our problems. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone seeking compassionate care. She is a skilled and insightful professional who has helped him make significant, positive changes in his life over the past few months. She doesn't just listen; she provides practical tools, coping strategies, and actionable advice that he still uses use daily. His confidence has grown tremendously thanks to her guidance. He is a totally different person from the time we dropped him off at Sundance.

This is one very thorough place they helped me out by explain to me what my proper diagnosis was went to Athens facility in Texas and I met a doctor named Furlong I hope they say his name properly cuz he is one excellent physician in this field of psychiatry there's only one issue and I didn't do something properly during my visit with him but I hope to clear the air fully but I get to go through the experience again they also have another wonderful office in Canton Texas don't hesitate just make sure you have all programs before you start your treatment so because there suddenly away there's any cost involved that because of the overwhelming caseload for professional psychiatric treatment so be patient add paperwork ready remember the human beings like us working with artificial intelligence and they do the best they can so sometimes they might say something a patient Ed clinical staff have to work together to get a real diagnosis improper treatment so don't have fear trying to have an open mind the medical professionals of today because they're doing the best I can do to perform the best job they can for people like us and may be blessed with realization of care and now I realize that I can't deal with this by myself without proper treatment so I'm going back in to try again and I hope I keep my mind open and sharp okay will you do the right thing

Texas recovery center absolutely saved my life. I’ve been to many many treatment centers and this one is like no other every single staff member. They’re played a role in my sobriety and truly cares and loves what they do. I couldn’t be more grateful for this place and the staff for making this possible for me. Absolutely saved my life. Between Julie getting everything done and I am mean everything and Cliff being there as a veteran and running that part of the program it allowed me to get everything that has made ever other attempt fail accomplished. A five star for sure and I may miss some of the things done, don't plan on being back. I have a great start, and have gotten all my VA benefits while there so I have everything I need.n Plus you actually put out the effort to make sure I am alright and that is icing on the cake as far as I am concerned Thank you and anyone needing help deciding it's TRC and everyone else no other choice you should make

We love Mrs. Courtney and Mrs. Alexis. They are wonderful and are great at connecting with teens. They have helped my child and us tremendously and we are sad that we aren't able to work with them once our child graduates BPA program. Mrs. Patrice is also great with our child. She provided a safe and quiet van environment for our child who gets over stimulated. We were sad we didn't get to be on her Van this time. Mrs. Crystal and Mrs. Tomeka are always friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and warm every time I speak with them or see them.

Love Dr Isherwood, Laura and each person there!! It’s hard finding a Dr or place in general for help when there is so many who have no bed side manner. They truly are a gift and doing the work of God. It’s very rare to find someone you can be totally transparent with , without feeling judged. Or waiting for the “shoe to drop”. I absolutely LOVE Nexus Recovery Center. This place has saved my life twice now. The staff are extremely passionate, loving, knowledgeable, and kind. This is a place that strives to help women succeed in recovery and unite them with their children. They provide excellent care for women and women with children! I have had the best experience a mother could hope for at a treatment center. My daughter is healthy, happy and moving on to sober living. My son attended court ordered treatment centers without results. Cenikor is different. Counseling is one on one and the people are kind and helpful. Also, extremely honest and resourceful.

I just got out of Glen Oaks yesterday (05/04/2026), and I can honestly say I’m glad I went. I was put in Restore when I first came, but moved to Square One after a few days, and every RN, LVN, Tech, Case Worker, Therapist, Mr. G and Dr. Sayed were nothing short of exceptional. The group sessions were a tremendous help for me, and the food wasn’t bad either! Glen Oaks is a facility where I felt cared for, respected, and loved. This was first experience with an out patient program and from the horror stories you hear and what you expect going into an out patient program or rehabilitation like program, lighthouse exceeded all expectations. Coming in I didn’t know how to cope with my emotions, I didn’t even understand emotions I was truly feeling I was simply avoiding them with substances. This program was helpful for me to learn about myself and the why behind what I do. It set me up for a better life with my family. They staff is amazing, from the beginning with Austin doing intake, to seeing Reese every day at the front and giving him a hard time, to having amazing group and one on one sessions with Dave who helped me learn so much about myself and my struggles I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend lighthouse to anyone in need of their help!

Tyler VA staff and doctors are outstanding! A recent visit to the optical department went very well. In a week or so I received my new glasses. As a person who went through many different methadone clinics in my past with no success, it turns out that environment really matters. Symetria College Station was brand new when I became a patient there. I was immediately taken aback by the environment. No long lines, personable staff, getting called by your name instead of a number, and watching everyone jump through hoops to make sure you're taken care of the way you need for your personal success. Symetria was a breath of fresh air for me when I needed it most. The best part was the support group. It was NOT a bunch of people telling "war stories" . We learned! We learned about what addiction truly is, with the support of the entire staff, right down to the program director and doctors. We learned to recognize our behaviors and how to turn them around. We learned how to deal with our current challenges in a healthy way. I can go on forever. I truly can. They started me on a program towards becoming a recovery coach! 5 years later I am now a Recovery Support Peer Specialist for the last several years and it was all because Symetria sponsored me and led me in every way they could, then sent me out on a successful journey on my own, and I have been 6.5 years in recovery ever since then. Not only was I one of their first patients, but I was also their first successful taper and discharge. finishing the program was bittersweet. We all knew it was time and they supported every good decision I made. and to this day I still have an attachment to Symetria since I work in the SUD field in our small community. I absolutely recommend Symetria to everyone, but also to those who feel like they have tried and tried, but couldn't be successful in their recovery. This place brings a whole new light to your life! I am just 1 of the many walking, talking, sober examples of what they can do for you, as long as you are truly ready to make that step!
