My wife and I just recently graduated DPR the place saved our lives and marriage I watched my wife not only gain recovery but help other clients in their recovery as well. We built a relationship with Jesus and now we live in Dallas and are productive members in society the program works thank you to Marcus Brown Raven Brian J Caroline Crystal Sarah Esther Gabby Joel amazing the therapist and RCs are great Henry Mack love you bro. But there is one thing that desperately needs to change and that s Mr William Langley the facility manager. He is a cancer to clients recovery in DPR he needs to be removed from staff before he destroys the very program that saved my family he is very disrespectful lies and is only about insurance money and it pains me to see that new clients won t get the same opportunity that we had the relapses are up the ACAs are up and he should be banded from all DPR property and I can promise you will see a growth in recovery but as long as he remains I wouldn t recommend anyone going to this program until he is removed immediately and this is coming from a leader within and out here if this program a walking testament that the program works but as long as Mr Langley is around all clients are doomed! I will go to wherever and whoever to expose him because people need this program and he simply won t test until they fail

THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE the staff is incredible, the food was bomb, so many outdoor activities, Alisha is the BEST, the nurses are so amazing! I cannot speak more highly of this place. I will be forever grateful

This facility has been a blessing to my life. I was referred here by another facility and I m so grateful I got the opportunity to come here instead. All the staff has been amazing and have given me hope that I too can stay clean and one day be in their position. I ve attended other facilities that are 75-90 day programs and I feel that I ve gotten more out of my time here (30 days) than I did out of the others. I appreciate everyone s dedication to each and every one of us and I can t stress enough how grateful I am to have found this place. Here I felt like I actually mattered and an individual person, not like I was just another client. Thank you for everything TRC and staff.

This place is one of the best places to go to for drug and alcohol rehabilitation. The staff listens to your needs and work very hard to make sure you get what you need. There is plenty of recreational activities to do, like horseback riding and zip lining. On Friday night there is karaoke and Saturday night there is trivia. They do a lot to keep your mine on your recovery like housekeeping and the do your laundry. This place is just awesome and that is an understatement!

If you want a way out of that hell hole called addiction this is the place to go. This place has literally saved my life. The staff here are so caring and understanding of addiction because most of them are in recovery as well. I gotta say Nay is my favorite though. Will is pretty awesome as well but i could go on and on with how much each and every one one of them have had a positive impact on my recovery!!! I highly recommend this place to any and every person that wants to live a sober life.

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. When I came here fresh out of rehab, I was in a rough spot, and honestly, I didn t know if I d ever pull myself together. But you all took me in, gave me a place to get my head straight, and most importantly, you never gave up on me even when I wasn t making it easy.You guys stuck by me through everything, and because of that, I ve been able to grow into someone I never thought I could be. I ve learned so much here, not just about staying sober but about being a better person someone who s responsible, who thinks before he acts, and who actually wants to build a real future. That means more than I can put into words.The staff here is seriously amazing. If you re serious about your recovery this is the place to take your life back !I started treatment on January 4th 2025 which was the best decision of my life. This is my 3rd month sober and I have to say that it was mainly because of the effectiveness of this program. I want to thank the whole staff for their professionalism and commitment. The program will guide you through the steps needed to defeat your addiction as long as you re honest with yourself and willing to put in the work. I want to say thank you to Sarah my therapist Tyler who coordinates the 12 step program, the other 2 Sarah s, Mr Jones, all the nurses, techs and the awesome chefs that made every meal so delicious. Also special thanks to Miss Disco for the personal training sessions.The whole staff thank you so much for everything!!!

I loved my experience so much! I learned so many coping skills and learned how to manage everything I m dealing with. I loved hearing other people stories and getting to know them. I meet some really good people at basepoint. I loved my therapist and basepoint team! I can t think y'all enough for all the love and support you guys have given me.

TLDR: It saved my life.I m driving out to the ranch now to watch a friend graduate with a couple of other alumni pleasantly reminiscing and commiserating on our past time there. Looking back, I m giving 5 stars to this place, not because I loved my time there (it was fing tough), but because my time there impacted my life in a way other places haven t been able to. If you re a parent, a sibling, a spouse, or a significant other wondering Why tf can t he/she get this!? Why can t they stop? Can t they see they re killing me and themselves? We ve been through this rigmarole over and over, and we re at our wits end and financially drained. Or if you re the addict thinking I m so over this BS. What s the point. Nothings worked .AA is a joke, and treatment is a scam. then this may be a good place for you. Over 17 years, I ve been in and out of treatments from California, Minnesota, California, Utah, out to New Jersey. 30, 60, 90, and even a 12-month program. I ve hit the big names; Hazelden, The Retreat, Alina Lodge, Jaywalker Lodge, Michael s House, and a litany in Southern California. Nothing seemed to work. Finally, I landed in Kaufman, TX (honestly, one of the last states I cared to visit) and was presented with the difficult journey and option that is Burning Tree Recovery Ranch. I was in inpatient treatment for 17 months and 1 week .but hey, who s counting, and have been in their aftercare program now for 7 months, scheduled to complete in 5. This journey has been nothing short of a miracle. The treatment while in inpatient can be grueling and ridiculous, but hey, my behavior for the last 26 years (13-39) was beyond ridiculous to the point of terroristic, antisocial, and dangerous, so I d say I was met with an adequate force. A ridiculous place, with ridiculous rules, for ridiculous people, some would say. Long story short, I ve never been kept sober this long and felt so involved in life. I m supporting myself and show up as a productive and invested member of society, which I ve been incapable of achieving for any sustainable amount of time. Thank you to all those who have made this possible both inside and outside of BTTR, but especially thank you to the staff who showed up and fought head-on with me until I was ready to surrender. Indebted and grateful. - $

Our family s experience with SOS was just what we needed. The entire staff have huge hearts for clients battling addiction and also for their families. They treated all of us. As a family member, I came away with much needed knowledge about my son s disease and with the tools for our family to get well. I would recommend SOS without hesitation.
