Usually great 👍 staff. Some difficult patients, understandably but caused me a lot of concern. A little disagreement between 2 staff members on unit 3 caused me to get tense and a little 😡 upset. EXCELLENT meals and snacks. Staff seemed indifferent at times except for a few of the nurses and aides. Too much noise, especially at night, making good sleep hard to come by.

I have been in the DARKEST place for so long. Symetria was my saving grace. My counselor Callie (my saving grace) showed me that I actually really do matter and gave me a sense of belonging for the FIRST time in my life! She truly cares and has helped me in so many ways that I can't thank her enough. If it weren't for her, I'm not sure where I'd be in life right now without her. In the 33 days I spent there I was given time to medically detox, fed delicious and nutritious food, taught the nature of my addiction in scientific terms, given one on one therapy, given the option to attend wellness activities such as yoga and was provided time with a personal trainer to work on regaining my strength. We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life.

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

My experience was far beyond my expectations. I had a tooth pain like something I've never experienced before. I just walked in and was like, look I need help, I can't do this. They said give us an hour and we got you lol. I came back and they got me back there, prepped, ready and done in 45 minutes on a busy Friday afternoon. The real kicker is I went to another Dentist office and they quoted me a $900 for a tooth and I left this appointment paying around $150! I believe my dentist name at JPS was Dr Steven but him and his ENTIRE staff were not only amazing but really friendly too. Their care alone made my mouth calm down some on its own. I hope they see this review and know that I thank them for saving me from another night of absolute tooth torture! I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone.

I’ve been to green house in patient before coming to greenhouse out patient. Hands down the best experience for my recovery. I really understand what so many reviews mean when they say Dr. Lawrence saved their life. I'm a firm believer in God first and then medicine, I wish I got the chance to be in his care a year ago. And maybe I'll be further a long in the journey, but everything happens for a reason. God, Me, Dr, Medicine I'm grateful to feel better than I have in 2years, now that's the change I'm talking about. EXTREMELY satisfied !!!! took a while to get called back but everything else absolutely made up for it! wonderful intake nurse, wonderful sonography techs, let my 4 year old be hands on and involved when appropriate, he LOVED IT, great ultrasound pics, pain free injection, FLAWLESS blood draw, no pain, no trouble, was treated with so much respect and dignity, i am so excited to continue my pregnancy here! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent experience at this medical clinic.I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Nurse Practitioner Sapatwalla, Tasneem was absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Well I got my self in a little bind I had to look for counseling in AA and NA for Help , I called around in my area couldn’t find a center where I could get Intensive outpatient help and was able to contact Sunshine Care Centers in Arlington Tx I called and Mr David happened to answer the call, by the way Mr David, happened to be the Owner, I informed him my issued and informed him what I needed , he immediately asked for my information and insurance and told me he was going to verify insurance and he would call me back in 5-10 minutes ,I’m pleased to inform you he returned my call in5 minutes,asked me when did I want to begin well got incontact Thursday, and began my Intensive Outpatient Counseling appointment the following day on Friday I met my Counselor Miss,Micheale Merriot, she is very understanding she walks with you through the whole process If whenever I need help again I will definitely give them a call Again Thank you Juan P Martinez The Truck Driver over the road

Sunshine was not the first place I called to help my friend but they are the place that gave me hope that maybe he would finally have a chance. I had been trying for over 2 years to help my friend get to recovery and everytime there was a closed door at some point of the process.. Whether it be $$ or programs or people on the other end of the phone unwillingness to help. I came across Sunshine Care Center with absolute defeat written all over me by the time I called them.. and there it was someone willing to not only to be the only other person on my team but to help me navigate what to do who to call how to help my friend with his addiction. I can’t put into words how much it meant to me to find a center that is truly there to help people that cannot help themselves. Beautiful people that work here with beautiful hearts. I just want to say this place saved my life it has helped me so so so much and I went from being a fent and heroin addict who was BAD BAD into addiction this disease we have is not an easy thing and neither is living in a constant hell of withdraw and misery. But when you do the work and have a great support system like this place offers truly turns you from a monster so to speak back into the person you were always meant to be.. so I just want to say thank you to Bryan and Haley and the rest of the staff located here. Without a great counselor and without a great nurse there is not point but every single person there is a great hard working and understanding above all else. So lastly I’m not sure how many of y’all are religious but I will say from my own exsperiance that the higher power at work whoever you might believe or whatever you might believe gave me the strength to walk in there with nothing to loose and at the lowest of the low and the dr and the rest of the team took it from there. REMEMBER IT ALL STARTS AND ENDS WITH YOU . It is your responsibility to stick with it and trust me I swear to god above it works if you work it and I am 💯 % better than where I was. The social worker, Dr. Erika P., is an excellent professional. She made me feel very comfortable at all times. She was kind and attentive throughout my visit. She explained the next steps very clearly, always with great kindness, and stayed with me until my next appointment was scheduled. I am very satisfied with my first experience at the center.
