I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. My therapist was the best I’ve ever had, the food was great and the living accommodations were clean (cleaners came every day) and felt more like a hotel. Austin Stille 3 months ago In the 33 days I spent there I was given time to medically detox, fed delicious and nutritious food, taught the nature of my addiction in scientific terms, given one on one therapy, given the option to attend wellness activities such as yoga and was provided time with a personal trainer to work on regaining my strength. We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life. From the beginning, the staff treated him with respect, compassion, and accountability while also giving him the structure and support he needed. The staff recognized his progress and strengths while still challenging him to take responsibility, communicate better, and continue working toward his goals. We weren't just focused on what he needed to work on. We were also learning how to communicate better and support him as a family once he came home. Leaving Clearfork didn't feel like simply finishing a treatment program. It felt like he was leaving with accomplishments he could genuinely be proud of and a stronger foundation for what comes next. Several members of the team even offered to provide character letters for him, which meant a great deal to us because it showed that they truly got to know him as a person and recognized how hard he worked. I am very grateful to the counselors, staff, and everyone at Clearfork who played a part in his time there. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area. And they are always smiling When you come back to their cubicle, I know this was lengthy and I’m sorry and I hope and pray you have the time to read this because there’s a lot more than I can say great wonderful things about Symetria but it’s not necessary for me to write a book so come out. I am from Houston and called what I thought was a Houston base detox recovery center. Much to my surprise I was directed to true Dallas detox. James the representative on the phone, I stated that I wanted a Houston based detox not in Dallas, James said how willing am I to get sober? Am I willing to go to Dallas? I said yes and committed for 30 day program. They arranged Uber for transportation for me There and back, and I arrived on 07/27/26. And discharged on 08/27/26. I just wanted to give a shout out to all the true detox staff. They were kind, caring, attentive, respectful, and professional. Thank you for all you did for me and I love you, Maria, Liz , Tiffany, Sydney, Allissa, Naisha, Ashley, Kayla, Jasmine, Romero, Dan, Matt, Miguel, James, Sierra, Sawyer and LJ. I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! As a recovery professional, I’m very intentional about where I refer my clients. I recently referred a client with substance use disorder , significant trauma and co-occurring mental health concerns to Santé Center for Healing, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received. What stood out most was that her treatment never felt like a cookie-cutter program. In the 33 days I spent there I was given time to medically detox, fed delicious and nutritious food, taught the nature of my addiction in scientific terms, given one on one therapy, given the option to attend wellness activities such as yoga and was provided time with a personal trainer to work on regaining my strength. We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life.

Clearfork Academy was truly a positive experience for our family and especially for my son. From the beginning, the staff treated him with respect, compassion, and accountability while also giving him the structure and support he needed. What impressed me most was the growth we saw during his time there. He took the program seriously, worked hard, and ultimately completed the program successfully. The staff recognized his progress and strengths while still challenging him to take responsibility, communicate better, and continue working toward his goals. I also really appreciated the family involvement. The family sessions gave us an opportunity to have conversations that weren't always easy, but were necessary. We weren't just focused on what he needed to work on. We were also learning how to communicate better and support him as a family once he came home. Leaving Clearfork didn't feel like simply finishing a treatment program. It felt like he was leaving with accomplishments he could genuinely be proud of and a stronger foundation for what comes next. Several members of the team even offered to provide character letters for him, which meant a great deal to us because it showed that they truly got to know him as a person and recognized how hard he worked. I am very grateful to the counselors, staff, and everyone at Clearfork who played a part in his time there. Treatment is never something a family hopes their child will need, but if you find yourself in that position, having people who genuinely care about your child's growth makes all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Clearfork Academy to another family looking for that kind of support.

Went here 3 years ago staff was awesome. Learned coping skills when I was there that helped me when I was actually ready to get sober. Don’t expect your kids to come out never wanting to do drugs again that’s their own choice. My only complaint was the favoritism that would go on there besides that pretty solid. The foods great if JT is still the chef I can’t vouch for anyone else’s cooking. Shout out Big Ken, Jeff, Sherrod, JT, Justin and Mr James much love appreciate everything you did for me

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

I cannot imagine any other place to go to for Help it started off with me coming to this place and then thinking I was OK but in reality I wasn’t and I stopped coming a few months down the road. I found myself coming back. These workers are phenomenal when I came it started with the director James. He explained everything and then some. Then I saw the magnificent charming, wonderful Dr. Cruz he listens to your every need He is an all around a great doctor very intelligent, smart as a whip, very caring And very kind I have yet to meet a doctor in this field like him at all I can’t say enough for him or anybody else Or anyone else at Symetria. The first time I came in, I was assigned to the counselor Carolee I met with her maybe twice because I quit coming and then I began to see Mr. wonderful Trey He is so good makes me feel like there’s A light at the end of the tunnel He is another one that will listen to you wants to set goals for you helps you set those goals and meet them so now when I come in, I see a beautiful smiling Karen she’s so bubbly she cares and she will always always ask you if you need anything else. She is a wonderful person. She will let The nurses know you are there and Keeshaw And Vicky are They will have your medicine ready and they will call you back to dose. They are both very sweet and kind and one thing I know they’re both Christians. And they are always smiling When you come back to their cubicle, I know this was lengthy and I’m sorry and I hope and pray you have the time to read this because there’s a lot more than I can say great wonderful things about Symetria but it’s not necessary for me to write a book so come out. Make an appointment do the first step and thank God in the process that you’re on your way to a better you, you will not be disappointed with Symetria and this crew in Fort Worth. so please make that first step with this Symetria family you will not regret it. My experience was far beyond my expectations. I had a tooth pain like something I've never experienced before. I just walked in and was like, look I need help, I can't do this. They said give us an hour and we got you lol. I came back and they got me back there, prepped, ready and done in 45 minutes on a busy Friday afternoon. The real kicker is I went to another Dentist office and they quoted me a $900 for a tooth and I left this appointment paying around $150! I believe my dentist name at JPS was Dr Steven but him and his ENTIRE staff were not only amazing but really friendly too. Their care alone made my mouth calm down some on its own. I hope they see this review and know that I thank them for saving me from another night of absolute tooth torture! I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone.

My Aunt was inpatient at Texas Rehab hospital for 10 days after a fall resulting in a broken hip with surgical repair. She was treated respectfully, her pain managed, and when she was discharged - her Home Health was set up and follow up appointments made. What a difference in her recovery!

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I really understand what so many reviews mean when they say Dr. Lawrence saved their life. I'm a firm believer in God first and then medicine, I wish I got the chance to be in his care a year ago. And maybe I'll be further a long in the journey, but everything happens for a reason. God, Me, Dr, Medicine I'm grateful to feel better than I have in 2years, now that's the change I'm talking about. If only the whole Fort Worth mental health system had a Dr. Lawrence, the most passionate and caring Dr, God sprinkled him with Golden powers. I'm convinced he works for Jesus 😊 thank you sir. For all of the criticism that the VA gets, this clinic surprisingly operates very efficiently. The staff always seems eager to help and ask questions. The nurses are capable and have a great attitude as they help veterans get the care that they need. Sadly the wait time to get new appointments often means weeks or even months of waiting.
