I’m still learning, growing, and working through things — recovery is not always easy. But being here has given me real tools and real hope. BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

I don’t even know where to begin. This treatment center is truly changing lives. My husband attended their program during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, and I can confidently say they gave us hope and confidence in his recovery.
From day one, the staff treated him with compassion and dignity. They weren’t just professionals—they were caring, patient, and truly passionate about helping people rebuild their lives. The counselors went above and beyond, not just helping him work through addiction, but helping him rediscover who he is without it.
What meant the most to me as a spouse was how they kept family involved and supported throughout the process. I felt heard and understood. This wasn’t just treatment—it was transformation.

Greenhouse has truly saved/changed my life and rewired my way of thinking. The classes were extremely impactful, filled with knowledgeable information, and kept me in a solid routine everyday. The staff is so incredible from the doctors, nurses, therapists,TAs, cleaning crew, to the cafeteria cooks/attendants. The warmth and smiles from everyone make you feel safe and warm inside from the moment you walk in. Special shout out to Arturo, Dr. Malone Ms. Linda, Ms.Carly, Ms. G, Ms. Cha-cha, Mr. Todd, Enoch, Lowell, Patchelli, Franklin, Terrance, Alex and honestly the whole staff is so wonderful. If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.

I am so lucky to be able to go here and get medicine. It took a few years to get the meds right but it was worth it. I am happier than I have ever been and I don't feel worthless anymore. The people who work here deserve medals because I have seen them keep their cool around some nasty people. And I was one of those nasty people in the beginning. Thank god for this place and the people who run it. I'm so happy they didn't give up on me.

All the homeless around make it a little sketchy sometimes but it's next to 2 homeless shelters. Everyone there is very nice tho.
I visited the Dallas VA Medical Center Emergency Department and received excellent care from the moment I arrived. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient throughout my visit.
The team explained everything clearly, ensured I understood my care plan, and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. The facility itself was clean, modern, and one of the nicest VA locations I’ve been to.
I truly appreciate the support and the quality of service provided.
I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track.
I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year.
BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest...
I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

Love this place been clean for 6 years and I’ve tried other places but this is the only one that worked ❤️🙏
My son recently went there !! Sure wish they would have put him here in the beginning of his sentence!! He spent 6 months in Kyle correctional center!!! This place has a much better program and the nicest employees!!!! He has 2 months here and the short time he's been there I can already see a difference in him !!!!

I was here in a short stay in July-september of 2020. Under COVID it was frustrating and very very diluted. It's a co-ed facility and they do NOT allow fraternizing. But yet I have met my partner for life. We do not recommend to take the chances and risks involved but man I'm happy we did. We credit, Cindy, Wycliffe, Ali, Annie, and the other staff members there. Without their strict policing we probably wouldn't have been so strong today.

Good addiction programs for adults. Christine, Dee, Gina, and Kim are great therapists that actually care about the clients. The medical staff are nice. No facility is perfect, but this place is good and I personally recommend it.
Symetria was a life saver for me! The staff is wonderful and extremely friendly. I don't know where I would be without Symetria but it wouldn't be good! If you're struggling with addiction, Symetria can and will save your life!

I am 6 months in fighting a battle with Kratom. I called Symetria 6 months ago and the next morning I was in the office in Arlington. When I walked in I was a mess, crying and scared. They took me in and helped me right away and took their time with me and the process was so easy to get started. I cannot tell you how much better I felt that day walking out of there. I am doing more than great because of myself and the team in Arlington- David, Misty, Kari, Anita and the docs are so patient and really care. They chose a plan perfect for me and keep an eye on me all the time, they are available 24/7. How ever they figured out how to do it, they did it right! I am thankful for them and will always recommend them. I advise anyone to please just reach out and make that first call.

This VA Clinic is so far really good for what they provide. Dr. Johnson is a very down to earth person.
My first time coming to this location. I normally go to the Fort Worth location on Presidio st to see my Dr but she told me I could get labs done here so I tried it out since gas is expensive and I live in Arlington.
I've gotta say, this was quite a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in. Haley ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) was my phlebotomist and she was GREAT! She was both friendly and professional. Did a fantastic job. I didn't even feel the needle. A++

I have 3 years sober on July 19th and I have stayed sober with the help of this place the only thing that sucks is My counselor Ms. Kay left but I got a new counselor Ms. Kelly and she seems like a good match for me!

I have been here at this place for bout 5yrs, it has been a hard road. I HAVE NOT BEEN able to open up and talk to no one until I got AC as a Cancel he is a great person even better cancel . We have even cried together so hart touching...I just thank God for putting him in my life for a season. I'm so Happy where my life is today an AC is one of the people I thank for that
Love this place! Took me 17 rehabs to get clean and Valley Hope was the last stop I had to make for it to stick. This place is a must have if you need to get clean and sober.

This was my 4th rehab this year and it was by far the best. The food is TOO good and the staff was wonderful. I felt like they nearly bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable. I felt finally made it through a 30 day program without quitting. I feel it was because of the love and support from the staff who seemed to care more than all the other places.
They have decent staff and nurses its very clean comfortable beds and showers and they are one of the only hospitals in the surrounding areas that still let you smoke cigarettes. I love this place hope I dont go back but if I had to chose a hospital this would be it

Greenhouse outpatient treatment center the counselors and therapist go above and beyond to help their clients especially our total. I highly recommend outpatient counseling here in Greenhouse to anyone suffering from an addiction. if anybody goes above and beyond, it’ll be Danny he’ll do anything and everything he can for you.
Before learning about this place; I had very limited knowledge about what programs I would be qualified for (I’m a veteran) I assumed just the VA (for medical ) and I never gave it much thought past that . Finding out about the RRC has dramatically changed my life for the better; and I’m profoundly grateful. Prior to going there -I had lost my job and was about to be added to the ranks of the newly homeless (Depending on how you define “ homeless” in some people’s eyes, I would’ve already been there. I was staying on the floor of a gym at a church where I would clean every night
in exchange for sleeping there. I was too stubborn to go to a homeless shelter, because the one thing I had left in my life that I had no intention of leaving was my cat. Me and Cleo have been together a long time- she’s my family.
Fast forward almost a year. I have my own car; my own apartment (cat friendly! ) I make a little income online but also searching for a job (it’s hard to maintain a job if you can’t wash your clothes or have a place to stay) RRC didn’t do EVERYTHING for me - But I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at now without them. And although it’s a government agency, I have not met a bad employee from there- My caseworker, Amanda Jones; has went out of her way numerous times to help me-These people care about their clients and they do whatever they can to help them- If you are a veteran and you need help, they should be the first people you call. You won’t regret it.
I can not thank them enough for what they have done for me..
