Would recomend this facility to anyone struggling with addiction. The therapy staff is top notch. The entire staff is warm and friendly. Shout out to Beau (RC) he went above and beyond his reg. duties. Always checked on the clients and helped with anything they needed, always has a smile, and gave great recommendations whenever clients needed.

My experience at Riverwalk Ranch has truly been life changing. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported, welcomed, and treated with genuine compassion and respect. The staff created an environment where I could focus on healing and beginning my recovery on the right track. A special thank you to Alek and Koti for their encouragement and support throughout my stay. I am also incredibly grateful to the other therapists, Lisa and Richard, whose guidance, patience, and insight helped me work through difficult challenges and gave me tools I can continue using moving forward. Thank you as well to the RCs — Beau, Chelsea, and Courtney — for always showing kindness, understanding, and consistency every day. Their support made a bigger difference than they probably realize. I am thoroughly grateful for the care, structure, and encouragement I received at Riverwalk Ranch. This was an important first step in my recovery journey, and I will always appreciate the people here who helped me find hope again.

In the 33 days I spent there I was given time to medically detox, fed delicious and nutritious food, taught the nature of my addiction in scientific terms, given one on one therapy, given the option to attend wellness activities such as yoga and was provided time with a personal trainer to work on regaining my strength. We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life.

I came here at a very low point in my life so I wasn't expecting a whole lot..they were going thru a transition at the time but they were trying to make the process work. The staff were the absolute best though. Cindy Kendra, Kate jj were the high point of my stay. Starr in that kitchen had me always anticipating something good she would be putting together. DPR was truly an amazing experience. They genuinely care about you and your recovery journey. Lucus pours his heart into this place and it shows. Cindy, TJ and JJ were extremely supportive and personable. The nurses, Amanda, Kenya, Bradie, and Kate were so kind and helpful. And of course Drew and Star were a highlight with the awesome food they prepared and had really great insight. It is truly a gem in the recovery community.

Every one here is SO NICE! I was looking forward to finally meeting a doctor who could help me. Well, when I met Dr. Dinghra through an iPad and only saw her eyes and nothing more, it felt extremely impersonal. I gave the doctor the benefit of the doubt. As we proceeded to talk she began interrupting me and even worse he started subtly insulting. Complete lack of empathy throughout. She only had his eyes in the frame I had no idea who I was even talking to. I could barely understand her but I definitely understood the insults. She should be fired IMMEDIATELY. Update: The director switched me doctors to Reddy and she was by far way better than Dangra. She is very nice and listened to me.

If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

This place is a dump as well as it’s employees they rules are constantly broken unlesss they impose them upon you. It’s also filthy, you would think with some of the funds they take away from people they could hire a cleaning service or janitor. The dr. My son recently went there !! Sure wish they would have put him here in the beginning of his sentence!! He spent 6 months in Kyle correctional center!!! This place has a much better program and the nicest employees!!!! He has 2 months here and the short time he's been there I can already see a difference in him !!!!

I cannot imagine any other place to go to for Help it started off with me coming to this place and then thinking I was OK but in reality I wasn’t and I stopped coming a few months down the road. I found myself coming back. These workers are phenomenal when I came it started with the director James. He explained everything and then some. Then I saw the magnificent charming, wonderful Dr. Cruz he listens to your every need He is an all around a great doctor very intelligent, smart as a whip, very caring And very kind I have yet to meet a doctor in this field like him at all I can’t say enough for him or anybody else Or anyone else at Symetria. The first time I came in, I was assigned to the counselor Carolee I met with her maybe twice because I quit coming and then I began to see Mr. wonderful Trey He is so good makes me feel like there’s A light at the end of the tunnel He is another one that will listen to you wants to set goals for you helps you set those goals and meet them so now when I come in, I see a beautiful smiling Karen she’s so bubbly she cares and she will always always ask you if you need anything else. She is a wonderful person. She will let The nurses know you are there and Keeshaw And Vicky are They will have your medicine ready and they will call you back to dose. They are both very sweet and kind and one thing I know they’re both Christians. And they are always smiling When you come back to their cubicle, I know this was lengthy and I’m sorry and I hope and pray you have the time to read this because there’s a lot more than I can say great wonderful things about Symetria but it’s not necessary for me to write a book so come out. Make an appointment do the first step and thank God in the process that you’re on your way to a better you, you will not be disappointed with Symetria and this crew in Fort Worth. so please make that first step with this Symetria family you will not regret it. I am 6 months in fighting a battle with Kratom. I called Symetria 6 months ago and the next morning I was in the office in Arlington. When I walked in I was a mess, crying and scared. They took me in and helped me right away and took their time with me and the process was so easy to get started. I cannot tell you how much better I felt that day walking out of there. I am doing more than great because of myself and the team in Arlington- David, Misty, Kari, Anita and the docs are so patient and really care. They chose a plan perfect for me and keep an eye on me all the time, they are available 24/7. How ever they figured out how to do it, they did it right! I am thankful for them and will always recommend them. I advise anyone to please just reach out and make that first call.

My experience was far beyond my expectations. I had a tooth pain like something I've never experienced before. I just walked in and was like, look I need help, I can't do this. They said give us an hour and we got you lol. I came back and they got me back there, prepped, ready and done in 45 minutes on a busy Friday afternoon. The real kicker is I went to another Dentist office and they quoted me a $900 for a tooth and I left this appointment paying around $150! I believe my dentist name at JPS was Dr Steven but him and his ENTIRE staff were not only amazing but really friendly too. Their care alone made my mouth calm down some on its own. I hope they see this review and know that I thank them for saving me from another night of absolute tooth torture! I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone.

I have waited to write this review until I had some time of sobriety under my belt. February 7, 2023 I entered myself into Valley Hope of Grapevine. I did not know until I entered into the program how very sick I was. I just knew that I wanted to put the bottle down and I couldn’t for even a day. I went in with the intention of nothing more than just getting alcohol out of my body physically, so I could be strong enough to say no to a drink. That was 3 yrs, 1 mo and 5 days ago. Total sobriety. The people, the family of Valley Hope truly saved my life that day. Not only was I able to get the alcohol out of my system permanently, but I received so much more. I am a walking miracle thanks to this treatment center and the top notch care I receive from counselors and nurses and doctors. And. I walked out of there having a network of sober friends that I will be in touch with for a lifetime. I want to give a very special shout out to Christopher and Joseph from IOP for all their professional help and love and care given during that very difficult time. I am healthier and happier than I have been in 25 years.

DEAR PARENTS- Don’t read parents reviews, if you care about your kids, read the kids’ reviews. Parents here are mislead. ALSO- DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO FAITH BASED TREATMENT FOR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IF THEY ARENT PASSIONATELY CHRISTIAN. Faith can move mountains but in order to have true faith you need a clear head and if you never work on your mental health you aren’t going to be clear. This place made me a first agnostic the occultist. Thankfully I’m back to my Christian origins, but this place turned me off so hard from Christianity both time i went. This place was truly insane when i went back in 2020.

They still owe me over $300, starting 3 yrs ago! Even though I paid 2wks in advanced and then they would short be doses I paid for. Do not go here! Anywhere but here! I transferred from Fort Sill to Fort Hood and Medmark waco, 8 months in advanced. Showed up with 2 doses left and they had no idea who I was. I contacted the Oklahoma SOTA who got me guest dosing for 2 weeks which was a huge hassle because it's an hour and a half drive, plus I was a transfer phase 5 of 3 years. The receptionist told the "counselor" assigned to me not to answer any questions from me unless they wanted to lose their job. The receptionist, in front of everyone, said I better not ask her anything! And was so mad she was shaking. She literally made something into nothing because she read an email wrong and it said the receptionist from Oklahoma. But my 1st appointment was at 5am and the receptionist made me sit til almost 10am! That first counselor logged into the Texas gov site under my name! In my account and tried to cancel the only appointment i had already scheduled, available before my license expired. They said I failed a drug screen for FENTANYL and I've never done fentanyl. I've never failed a drug screen in my whole 6yrs in MAT Therapy! They wouldn't let me see the results. I wanted it sent off for confirmation. They said it came back positive with metabolites both times. I asked to pay out of pocket to have it sent to a different lab and it didn't happen. I still haven't seen those results! They're my medical records and my husband was having brain surgery and I couldn't even be there because Medmark took my take-homes away! I had a letter from the army stating I needed to be home 45 days for convalesent care and emergency hospital trips in San Antonio. The main lpn took my meds away and said if I didn't like it, she'll take them ALL away! Why? I did a hair follicle test and it came back clean for 8yrs. Thats the furthest they could go back. So if my drug screen was negative, that costs hundreds of dollars out of pocket, but Medmark is saying they did 3 test that were positive with metabolites but wouldn't let me see the results? Or pay to have it tested at a lab. The counselor AND the main lpn said there were metabolites. The Dr said no. They also called me in about 10x for diversion calls within a 11 or 12 week period and I was fired from my brand new job right before Christmas 2yrs ago. I'm also physically disabled with 1 arm and im supposed to use my wheelchair. They called anytime my husband had a Dr's appointment or anything and I was doing 3 or 4 drug screens a month. When I brought this up a male counselor called me a liar. I'd never even think to say that to someone! Then he came back from the main office in back and said I'd actually been called in for more diversion calls then I said. But no apology. A counselor came up and said SAMHSA is doing it because I've done bad things in my past. No I haven't lol. SAMHSA doesn't know who anyone is or if they're even a patient! I was told numerous times I'd be dosed out. I have worked in recovery since 2008 and was a rn for 20yrs. I'm still involved in recovery and am a big asset from my previous communities. They can not discredit this review. This and a lot more happened. People leave good reviews because they have to or face retaliation. I just left that place after the dosing nurse left and she was the only one who actually cared. The main Lpn got my doses ready. A few weeks ago I had to be admitted to the hospital for severe withdrawal even tho I had 10 doses of medication left. I took my lockbox and the Dr checked the seals on the bottles and documented they were all full, sealed and correct dates. So how was I in withdrawal even though I was taking the meds? And they called me for a diversion while I was inpatient! Do not go here and if you're a patient, get a body cam!

I have been to Mesa Springs many times for both detox and mental health stays, and the staff there showed me kindness and compassion during some of the hardest periods of my life. Even when I was far from a perfect patient, I was consistently met with care, patience, and understanding instead of judgment. The facility was always clean, safe, and comfortable, and the food was good as well. The doctors were attentive and present, which made a huge difference. I never felt like just another number there the way I have at some other facilities. The staff genuinely wanted to see me get well and supported. One person who especially stands out in my memory is Ms. Amelia. Even years later, I still remember the compassion she showed me during a very difficult time in my life, and I will always be grateful for that. The outpatient program at Mesa Springs was also incredibly helpful. Being able to participate in group therapy with people going through similar struggles made me feel less alone and gave me a sense of connection and hope. I would highly recommend Mesa Springs to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or anyone needing help detoxing from substances. They truly care about the people who walk through their doors.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!! I’m writing this review without any idea how to express my gratitude. Sunshine was not the first place I called to help my friend but they are the place that gave me hope that maybe he would finally have a chance. I had been trying for over 2 years to help my friend get to recovery and everytime there was a closed door at some point of the process.. Whether it be $$ or programs or people on the other end of the phone unwillingness to help. I came across Sunshine Care Center with absolute defeat written all over me by the time I called them.. and there it was someone willing to not only to be the only other person on my team but to help me navigate what to do who to call how to help my friend with his addiction. I can’t put into words how much it meant to me to find a center that is truly there to help people that cannot help themselves. Beautiful people that work here with beautiful hearts. Overall I had a very good experience. The staff were helpful and caring. Especially Tish Tina and Maxine. The therapist were good except for one lady who yelled and ran around acted like a preacher. She's a caring person but she triggered some people. She talked about all her trauma from years ago. If she would calm down and focus on the patients everyone's needs would be better met. I could tell she definitely really cares but her technique could benefit from some coaching. The gym times were nice and the yoga was really nice. There was a problem with the patient ids so all the visitors had to wait a long time. The food was good and the facility was very clean and neat. The courtyard was very nice. I loved it when Tish had us all line dancing. It was very hard for my family to get someone to answer the phone or even get a message to me. They were very frustrated. I am glad I went there and all the patients we were all kind to each and enjoyed the support we gave each other. Overall all encountered a lot of friendly and open people there.

My daughter has been going to Millwood Branches for almost 4 months and or more off and on due to the difficult school year she had her freshman year . From the counselor teacher the van driver therapist even the nurse they don’t understand how much I truly appreciate them and the positive impact they have made on my daughter ! They are all so sweet communication is everything to any parent that child maybe going through something rather if it’s long term and or short seek help for you kiddo don’t judge and think oh because of the name it’s a bad things because it’s not I appreciate it all and thank God daily that I chose this route to better her life and ensure she good mentally . This place is amazing I would recommend this over any clinic! The staff and nurses are the best and counselors are supportive. I’m not sure about these negative reviews, I haven’t read one true one yet! Don’t listen to them if u really need help and are ready to stop and can afford $13/day this is ur best option for clinics. They work with you and are never judgmental. It’s also a discreet, and clean.

This place saved my life I underwent treatment here for about a year and was able to get completely clean now for 3 years and will never look back. Don't go in thinking it will be easy it will be hard but it's worth it. Listen to your counselors and don't abuse the medicine take it as it's supposed to be and get yourself clean. You can only get clean when that's what you truly want and methadone can help with that but if you abuse it you're just wasting your time.

OT Edwin was the Best! A little hard at times, but balanced with encouragement that challenged my mindset to think in positive terms of what I believed I could do physically. PT Justin was also very good at tailoring my workouts to accommodate sore muscles rather than charging forward with his original plan. He was very conscious to not over use a strained muscle and possibility risking an injury, but altered my plan to still achieve the goals set. In reference to OT Edwin & PT Justin, I am amazed with my progress from Monday 8/4 to Friday 8/13! Nurse on 8/6 (Wed overnight into Thursday AM) had a very unhelpful attitude towards me. It was like I was wasting her time when I asked for her help. 8/7 & 8/8 Nurse Ruth & nurse tech DeeDee were top notch! And great attitudes! Nurses Karla & Michelle & nurse techs  Janie & Lateka were also very good! Dr. Rega stopped by everyday to ask if there was anything I needed--med adjustments, etc.). After I had been here a week, the bed was leaving a lot to be desired. When she asked me on Friday AM if there was anything she could get me, I half jokingly said a new bed would be nice. I love the workers at this clinic and methadone works if you really want to quir using but I recommend using it as a tool to get clean off everything and to have the nurses wean you off very slowly once you get to a point that you aren't craving, and try not to stay on methadone for a long time or you'll never get off and it's also ann addiction and even more physically addictive than what your trying to get free from. Okay that's my 2 cents, you're welcome 😉

Excellent experience at this medical clinic.I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Nurse Practitioner Sapatwalla, Tasneem was absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns and adjusted my medical plan with my input. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The facility was very clean and modern.

Had a little bumpy start but I'm a very complicated case. I have liver cancer along with some other medical issues and have been in treatment for over 6 years. I was looking for a new clinic when I found MAT. I met the doctor, super compassionate and very knowledgeable. You can tell this Dr. doesnt treat people in recovery like another number. She sat their and listened to my story and helped me with this transition. I look forward to making this my home clinic and staying sober. Staff is super nice! SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to the front desk lady, forgive me I dont recall her name (im new still) but she deserves a pay raise/award. If I ran a clinic I would be more than confident to leave their Clinic Director/Manager in charge. Shes very straight forward and to the point which I appreciate (also very nice)! Cant wait to see what the future holds! Thanks MAT Texas!!

This facility in Livingston is dangerous to their patients!!! They prescribed my daughter in law a psychotic drug instead of a sleep med!! She had just gotten back from a psychiatric facility due to their prescriptions.
