I have been going to add a life for over two years these guys and counselors are the greatest. I have even guest dose at other clinics and would rather stay here and still drive 3 hrs to see them. They really do help you here!!

Everyone here treats me well. Never have I had a bad experience. I came here from Dallas, the VA Dallas can be a mess. So many people and too much confusion.

Wanted to share my experience. At one of my most lowest and vulnerable times of my life, this hospital protected me long enough to reach sanity again. Thank you to the whole staff who helped me Nov 7 - Nov 9 2025. I'm sorry for attacking some of you employees but I truly wasn't myself at first. I sorry I'm unable to remember everyone's name but Mr Silas stands out as being my guardian angel that whole crazy weekend. Much love from the Ross's. ❤️

I've been there twice and I've had really good experiences both times. Andrea (nurse) made a huge difference in my life. She was never too busy to talk and offer therapeutic insight. The rooms were clean and well cared for. My only complaints are 1) the shower always flooded the bathroom and 2) the beds were really uncomfortable. Other than those two things I have nothing but nice things to say about the place.

My name is Riccardo Ross and I'm here to say when I was 17 I didn't care about life really or the people around I just wanted to get high but going to that place and working them steps and not faking it tell I made it really work and now I wanna thank the man upstairs for Mr David for allowing me to come there and most importantly BIG THANKS TO MR .ROB thank you for putting up with me and helping me this place help change me into the man I am today 6 YEARS would have never thought I'd be where I am today so thanks AZLEWAY and to your wonderful staff God bless
The nurses and staff here treat my elderly mom with such care and compassion. They are always on top of prescription refills, paperwork and anything she needs. I appreciate so much how they are so sweet to her during visits and how they treat her like family. It helps so much knowing they are a part of her health care team. My first time seeing Dr. Vera and I was very impressed. He listened attentively. He was very thorough with my medications and I was able to stop taking a couple of them. He was very full of important information that benefits my health. Thank you Dr. Vera!

My son has been there since September 2024. Diagnosed with schizophrenia this is an amazing hospital.Social Sorker calls me monthly with updates .notifies me when his meds change, and reason they changed. His Social Worker is amazing answers all questions always returns all calls. All my visits are very nice from Guard Shack to all employees.They keep the patient busy with Movies , snacks etc . Thank you
These people have helped me so much. Lindsey is the best social worker ive ever met in my life. She is kind and took time to help me with all my worries. Thank you oceans for your help to get me reconnected with my family.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had the best treatment possible.
Kirby kept us busy with a daily low impact workout. Voni, the activities director, kept our minds active with art, trivia and so much more.
Vern, the CEO made periodic visits to speak with us and answer any questions we might have.
Delicious well balanced meals and snacks were provided.
I give Oceans an overall 10/10
This clinic is great for counseling and medical treatment. The staff in this clinic is compassionate and really cares about their clients.
We only left due to moving out of their service area.

I've been going to the VA clinic for a little over a year I've gone through physical therapy to havin my blood drawing my blood pressure was way out of whack in all I was a mess my team of doctors and nurses are awesome they got me put back together im feeling much better now thank to doctor steagel and team 7

I’m obligated to say good things about the folks at the Longview VA Clinic. They have saved my life more than once (really) and are the best in my experience with any medical issues I have ever had. Thanks to everyone there .
I would like to take a moment to share my gratitude. This place was truly a blessing for my son. The counselor were amazing and the staff was very polite. Every time I would call to check on my son they always had a positive attitude. I want to say a special thanks to Lacy. She truly made an impact on my son’s life , you can visibly see the passion she has for what she does.❤️

I just wanted to say that I loved my 90 day stay over at the ranch and i feel it played a big part of who I am today the staff was amazing and every Thursday and Sunday we would worship and share the word of God but I really appreciate the staff for everything they’ve done for me while I was there I went back in December 2023 to March 2024 and I can say it’s helped a lot and I would like to say that Samantha and Jason were two of my favorites and Jeff and Lesley were two of the nicest people you could meet on this earth This place will always have a special place in my heart :)

The first thing my adoptive daughter said when we drove off was, “I am happy you brought me here.” Thank you all so much. I had my reservations, based off some bad reviews but when I addressed the staff with my concerns they gladly discussed my concerns with me. Samantha, her counselor communicated frequently with updates and always responded to my emails. To the whole staff million thanks, and thank God for programs like Sundown Ranch.

Loved this clinic when I went there. Staff was amazing my counselor Caroline was someone I enjoyed meeting with. I miss this clinic the one I am at now in Tennessee is terrible I’d do anything to be back there. Great place all around definitely suggest to anyone seeking outpatient treatment.
Good place for homeless, hopeless, jobless, Moneyless, vehicleless, wheelchair, disabled people, and for the people who don't have anyone to take care of! Good place for the people who want to get back up and new start in their life!

I've been seeing Tracy Taylor for my mental health and psychiatric issues for over 3 years now. He takes time to listen, shows empathy and sympathy for you. He takes as much time as possible trying to get to know you and figure out your issues and treats you accordingly, including referring you to see a therapist/counselor. I appreciate him very much, especially him having to deal with my multiple mental/psychiatric issues. My situation is complicated, yet he hasn't given up on me. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is always very positive about things. I wouldn't ever want to be under the care of anyone else for these issues, if at all possible. He's an absolutely wonderful person who actually cares about his patients. I've also been seeing Emili Lim, the counselor that Tracy referred me to start seeing about 3 years ago. Emili is an absolutely amazing person! She is sympathetic and empathetic just as Tracy is. Emili gives the best advice to help deal with difficult situations in the easiest way possible. We all know there's no easy way to deal with every situation, but Emili will be there for you to talk you, give you advice, and help you through it. She will help you realize that everything isn't your fault, you can't control every situation, you can't change the past (only how you react to or deal with it), teach you to set boundaries between yourself and toxic people that keep causing you pain, they keep you on an emotional/mentally unstable rollercoaster or setting off triggers within you. After 3 years of dealing with all of my complicated situations and issues, I'm extremely thankful she's still here for me. Emili goes above and beyond for her patients. It definitely shows and proves that she really cares about them and she loves what she does. Since seeing her I feel like I've gained a new best friend, especially since she knows literally EVERYTHING about me, my family, and pretty much my whole life. When I feel like my life is spiraling out of control and I'm all alone during these times, Emili is one person I know I can count on to be there for me. She's the one person I know I will have on my side and that keeps me from feeling like I'm alone 24/7. So, if y'all are having some mental issues, don't be ashamed or afraid to see someone for it. If you're reading this, you have found exactly where to go and who you should see to shake off being uncomfortable or afraid of talking about whatever your problems are. Tracy and Emili are the best I've ever seen in my whole life. It's definitely worth it so just make an appointment and see for yourself. #MENTAL#HEALTH#MATTERS #BLESS#YOU
