I loved my experience so much! I learned so many coping skills and learned how to manage everything I m dealing with. I loved hearing other people stories and getting to know them. I meet some really good people at basepoint. I loved my therapist and basepoint team! I can t think y'all enough for all the love and support you guys have given me.

I've had the best treatment in my recovery I have been treated with respect and care in every part of my recovery .With support from all the staff they been so respectful and kind. Mr. Will has been a amazing mentor! I have a family I can now trust !!!

If you want a way out of that hell hole called addiction this is the place to go. This place has literally saved my life. The staff here are so caring and understanding of addiction because most of them are in recovery as well. I gotta say Nay is my favorite though. Will is pretty awesome as well but i could go on and on with how much each and every one one of them have had a positive impact on my recovery!!! I highly recommend this place to any and every person that wants to live a sober life.

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. When I came here fresh out of rehab, I was in a rough spot, and honestly, I didn t know if I d ever pull myself together. But you all took me in, gave me a place to get my head straight, and most importantly, you never gave up on me even when I wasn t making it easy.You guys stuck by me through everything, and because of that, I ve been able to grow into someone I never thought I could be. I ve learned so much here, not just about staying sober but about being a better person someone who s responsible, who thinks before he acts, and who actually wants to build a real future. That means more than I can put into words.The staff here is seriously amazing. Mike Jones, Michael Fowler, Frankie Gomez, Bryce Hand, Joshua Stoddard, and Brooke Keels you guys are the backbone of this place. Each of you brings something different to the table, and together, you create a space where people like me get a real chance at a new life. You re patient, you understand what we re going through, and you actually care which isn t something you find everywhere.This place saved my life. That s not an exaggeration. This facility has been a blessing to my life. I was referred here by another facility and I m so grateful I got the opportunity to come here instead. All the staff has been amazing and have given me hope that I too can stay clean and one day be in their position. I ve attended other facilities that are 75-90 day programs and I feel that I ve gotten more out of my time here (30 days) than I did out of the others. I appreciate everyone s dedication to each and every one of us and I can t stress enough how grateful I am to have found this place. Here I felt like I actually mattered and an individual person, not like I was just another client. Thank you for everything TRC and staff.

This place is one of the best places to go to for drug and alcohol rehabilitation. The staff listens to your needs and work very hard to make sure you get what you need. There is plenty of recreational activities to do, like horseback riding and zip lining. On Friday night there is karaoke and Saturday night there is trivia. They do a lot to keep your mine on your recovery like housekeeping and the do your laundry. This place is just awesome and that is an understatement!

TLDR: It saved my life.I m driving out to the ranch now to watch a friend graduate with a couple of other alumni pleasantly reminiscing and commiserating on our past time there. Looking back, I m giving 5 stars to this place, not because I loved my time there (it was fing tough), but because my time there impacted my life in a way other places haven t been able to. If you re a parent, a sibling, a spouse, or a significant other wondering Why tf can t he/she get this!? Why can t they stop? Can t they see they re killing me and themselves? We ve been through this rigmarole over and over, and we re at our wits end and financially drained. Or if you re the addict thinking I m so over this BS. What s the point. Nothings worked .AA is a joke, and treatment is a scam. then this may be a good place for you. Over 17 years, I ve been in and out of treatments from California, Minnesota, California, Utah, out to New Jersey. 30, 60, 90, and even a 12-month program. I ve hit the big names; Hazelden, The Retreat, Alina Lodge, Jaywalker Lodge, Michael s House, and a litany in Southern California. Nothing seemed to work. Finally, I landed in Kaufman, TX (honestly, one of the last states I cared to visit) and was presented with the difficult journey and option that is Burning Tree Recovery Ranch. I was in inpatient treatment for 17 months and 1 week .but hey, who s counting, and have been in their aftercare program now for 7 months, scheduled to complete in 5. This journey has been nothing short of a miracle. The treatment while in inpatient can be grueling and ridiculous, but hey, my behavior for the last 26 years (13-39) was beyond ridiculous to the point of terroristic, antisocial, and dangerous, so I d say I was met with an adequate force. A ridiculous place, with ridiculous rules, for ridiculous people, some would say. Long story short, I ve never been kept sober this long and felt so involved in life. I m supporting myself and show up as a productive and invested member of society, which I ve been incapable of achieving for any sustainable amount of time. Thank you to all those who have made this possible both inside and outside of BTTR, but especially thank you to the staff who showed up and fought head-on with me until I was ready to surrender. Lois and her team provide on one of the best IOP programs in the state. Lois is passionate about recovery and her own experience has inspired so many. They are a collaborative center and are truly dedicated to getting folks well. Simply the best!

Our family s experience with SOS was just what we needed. The entire staff have huge hearts for clients battling addiction and also for their families. They treated all of us. As a family member, I came away with much needed knowledge about my son s disease and with the tools for our family to get well. I would recommend SOS without hesitation.

Honesty I've never done sober living coming out of rehab, but this was a great place. Thank yall for giving me this opportunity to live here, really enjoyed it.

She was up front and honest about how this wasn't the treatment I currently required.1) I appreciated that she wasn't just trying to sell to me2) she gave me many references to contact for my circumstances3) she was entirely patient and sympathetic... which I really neededI really recommend this place just based on the interaction with the staff. I will likely come here when the circumstances are right for me!

Saved my life.

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

Chapter House is a phenomenal facility and I would highly recommend them to anyone who s struggling with addiction.

CFD has been such a blessing for our family! The people there are so warm, caring, compassionate, helpful, and responsive. They made my child feel so welcome and he absolutely thrived in their program. It was a hugely positive experience from beginning to end and a big thank you to all of the staff, especially Ali, Manal, and Elizabeth! CFD is the best.

Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

This is a great facility and program. The staff is amazing! I took off one star because the billing department at corporate is incompetent. Make sure you are well educated on your insurance coverage and know the financial process at the center ahead of time to avoid stress and frustration.

The clinicians are knowledgeable and skilled in a way that is always helpful and never harmful. This program brought me lasting healing and freedom.

I couldn t recommend Origins more, I first attended their IOP program, then their residential program in south padre and lastly their Dallas sober living. I m writing this today a year and a half sober and going strong. Origins has literally saved my life in more ways than one.

Origins Counseling was exactly what I needed. The staff (Andy, Joellen, Shay, James, everyone) were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. They come with years of experience and consider each individual they're helping. If you're looking for a facility that will truly care as much as you/your parents do, or are desperate for a miracle I can't recommend Origins more!

This place was SO helpful to me and quite literally saved my life. I cannot recommend it enough! They will go out of their way to help keep you mentally and physically safe. Thank you to everyone there who helped me through the toughest time of my life!

Came here for help with GAD and Major Depression, and learned so, SO much to help. Very small, and friendly, with a max of ~10 adolescents , normally in 2 groups, with adults getting help in the other half of the building (no contact with the adolescents).No suffocating surveillance, while making sure we are all safe and okay. Pretty much no aggressive or threatening behavior allowed, whether towards others, authority, or your self, so no need to worry about any harm coming from being here.We all have blood drawn as well as a urine sample when we first come, and see the therapists, doctor, nurse, and psychiatrist on our first or second day.The adolecent therapists, Amber and Neelima, are skilled at helping you process, and teaching you as much as they can. Davis, the school liason (and so much more) and Gerald are wonderful people who help us in general and are there to talk to for help or just hang out with during lunch and school time. The nurse, Tanya, is super friendly, and the Psychiatrist, Dr.Tiaba is wonderful at balancing, perscribing, or weaning medications, and she spends time with you (10-40 minutes, every Tuesday and Thursday normally), working to help you change your mindset with helpful metaphors and reality checks.I'm so thankful that I've been able to come here, and stay for so long (8-9 weeks!), as they work very hard to help with insurance and schools.Stepping from PHP to IOP is hardly different, with one less Physiatrist visit a week, and everything else about the group and schedule remains the same, so that you can continue your progress with just as much attention.You normally have one Family session a week, as the therapists recognize that it's never just one person, and everything plays off each family member. They help provide support for the adolescents to speak truthfully with parents while keeping the conversations safe and productive.If you are looking for a place to send your struggling teen or are a teen looking for help before it's too late, please consider Change's.
