My son has been there since September 2024. Diagnosed with schizophrenia this is an amazing hospital.Social Sorker calls me monthly with updates .notifies me when his meds change, and reason they changed. His Social Worker is amazing answers all questions always returns all calls. All my visits are very nice from Guard Shack to all employees.They keep the patient busy with Movies , snacks etc . Update 2: The dental clinic prices are high for a simple cleaning at a supposedly discounted rate. I found anorher clinic in Longview that was $40 cheaper for the first visit and future visits were also cheaper, plus you don't have to wait for months. Update: The clinic is still a good clinic, but the current doctor is not patient-friendly and will cut you off if you try to say anything. My daughter and my neighbor will no longer go there for this reason. He may be a good doctor but patients want to know they're being heard. First review: Easy appointment scheduling and wait time is minimal. I've used this clinic several years and definitely recommend it. Much better than having to travel out of town.

Its a good place to go if your wanting help sometimes certain people make it hard but the other ones want to help and see u doing good when u go you can tell the difference from the fake people and real people that want to see u better yourself and they have some really good counselors but it just almost seems like there is a lot of chaos but it's almost like they don't have communication with each other but I wouldn't trade it for nothing I love going there they've helped me so much and the counselors the one in Houston also I went to I've been clean for 8 years now and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this place and my husband my husband gets more credit though cuz he's the one that wanted us to go there to get it the help so we been doing really good....

Me and my mom came here every morning at 4-5:30 am she would be close to the front of the line her name was DEL LANGHELD SHE started around year 2000 or 2001 until she passed away in 2015 this clinic was amazing to he if sick they would dose at car if she couldn't come in or something we were there for a long time i hope they continue to do great work even though i live in Denver now and go to Denver methadone clinic my self i still miss coming there every morning

Loved this clinic when I went there. Staff was amazing my counselor Caroline was someone I enjoyed meeting with. I miss this clinic the one I am at now in Tennessee is terrible I’d do anything to be back there. Great place all around definitely suggest to anyone seeking outpatient treatment.

Emergency room visit: Staff moves things right along no delays throughout the check-in the CAT scan and the surgery an incredible positive facility. I got lucky with the surgeon Dr Jordan and he realized this was my first broken bone ever so he took his time to explain the options and the implications and he put me at ease with his competence. Healing time depends on many things and I'm grateful to Dr Jordan (and team). Y'all got me to a good place when I was broken so I can start healing.

Tyler VA staff and doctors are outstanding! A recent visit to the optical department went very well. In a week or so I received my new glasses. The best! Compassionate, professional, and experienced. I have been receiving mental health and substance abuse services since 2015 from at least 7 different places in the area. I have been here at SBH since 2020 and this is by far the best. They helped me recover from 6 months of debilitating depression where I couldn't even get out of bed. I thought I was broken and in some ways I was. I had eyes but couldn't see. A heart but couldn't feel. A brain but couldn't think properly. Dr. Bosmia and the staff cared enough to try new things when I wasn't getting better. If you are reading this and you or someone you love needs help please don't give up. Pick up the phone. Make the call. Get help because it's available and there are those willing to help, I promise. I'm proof.
