My son has been there since September 2024. Diagnosed with schizophrenia this is an amazing hospital.Social Sorker calls me monthly with updates .notifies me when his meds change, and reason they changed. His Social Worker is amazing answers all questions always returns all calls. All my visits are very nice from Guard Shack to all employees.They keep the patient busy with Movies , snacks etc . Cypress Lakes was, by far, the best treatment facility I have been to. Unfortunately, I have been a frequent flyer to rehab facilities over the past couple of years. I'm kinda stubborn and think I know better. Lol. There is something really special, almost sacred, about this facility. I can't explain it. It's peaceful and beautiful. But, most importantly, it's the staff. From the Executive Director to the Maintenance Staff, everyone cares. There's no judgment. No one's too busy to meet you where you are. The therapy and the tools they teach can really be applied to life outside the treatment center. I never write reviews. If I like/don't like a place, I use word of mouth. However, this facility is outstanding and deserves every once of recognition.

I attended Cypress Lakes Recovery in October of last year and I had an incredible experience!!! I am now 10 months clean and sober and I am truly grateful for my experience there. The staff, the therapists, the food, the view, the activities were all AMAZING!!! The staff were all committed, down-to-Earth and caring. By the end of my time there, I felt a certain connection to them all. They truly care about your well-being!!! No, you won't be staying in the big house, but the dorms are comfortable and you have your own space in your room. They provide laundry baskets, lockers, towels, etc. We had a mix of different groups and classes that were Recovery focused and kept us pretty busy. In our free time we were able to fish, kayak, swim, watch movies, do puzzles together, play music in the music room, and go for hikes. It's a beautiful property!!! So peaceful! Also, once you reach a certain stage, you are able to go to outside meetings if you choose, like A.A. or Celebrate Recovery, and go on field trips (we went bowling). The kitchen staff was amazing as well and always serving us wonderful meals throughout the week. There is always a salad bar, which is equipped with fruit and muffins, etc. for breakfast. I encourage anyone who is considering rehab to go here!!! Thank you, Cypress Lakes ♡ I hope to see you in October for the reunion!!!

I went back to Cypress Lake twice and enjoyed my time There. The amenities are nice and the staff does care. My counselors Traci & Jennifer were both really kind and insightful. And i like the food. The dog Gracie was a sweetheart and had a lot of nice walking trails and other stuff. Would go back again

I moved to the area year ago, finding a dentist has been very stressful for me; I have implants, a fixed bridge, crowns and suffer from dry mouth. Because I hadn't had an exam in over a year I was worried about bone loss. After asking friends and random people what dentist they use and doing research online I finally decided to use Wellness Pointe; mainly because the providers on the website looked kind and friendly; also the office is in my insurance network. Anna, was very patient, gentle and kind while taking my xrays. Dr. Jennifer Smith along with Anna are so nice and put me at ease. This may be the first time I have had an examination where I didn't feel like my mouth had been ravaged by a bulldozer. Dr. Jennifer examined my whole mouth for bone loss, went over my list of medications and assured me that everything looks good and recommended a toothpaste that should help with dry mouth. I was very surprised to be offered a dental cleaning right after my exam. Because of time constraints, I will be returning next month for my dental cleaning. This is a very clean dental office. Love Dr Isherwood, Laura and each person there!! It’s hard finding a Dr or place in general for help when there is so many who have no bed side manner. ** staff on 3 Tower** Mariah — Mariah is simply the best. I told her I wasn’t feeling well, and without me even having to ask, she advocated for me and got me bed rest from the doctor. She was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cared about how I was doing. She made me feel seen and taken care of when I really needed it. I’m incredibly grateful for her. Twaill — Twaill was there for me through some really hard and dark moments. She has such a great sense of humor and knew exactly when I needed someone to make me laugh or bring a little light into a difficult situation. She was able to balance humor with genuine compassion and support, and that made such a difference for me. She helped make some incredibly difficult days feel a little lighter, and I’ll always appreciate her for that. Nicole — Nicole was absolutely hilarious and made me feel safe and comfortable. She didn’t treat us like we were just “mental health patients”—she treated us like actual people. She would participate in games with us, joke around with us, and genuinely engage with us instead of simply standing on the sidelines. She brought a sense of normalcy and humanity to an environment where it can be really easy to feel like you’ve lost your identity. I felt safe around her, and that meant more to me than she probably realizes. She was professional while still being real and approachable, and I’m so grateful for that. Ashley — Ashley went above and beyond, even after I was discharged. She contacted my new psychiatrist at my outpatient clinic on a Sunday so that I could speak with the doctor first thing Monday morning. That level of dedication and follow-through is something I will never forget. She continued to advocate for me even after I was no longer a patient at Brentwood, and that speaks volumes about the kind of person and professional she is. I’m so grateful for these four women and the role each of them played during a very difficult chapter of my life. They each supported me in completely different ways, and I will never forget the kindness, compassion, humor, and genuine humanity they showed me. Brentwood is lucky to have them. ❤️

Update 2: The dental clinic prices are high for a simple cleaning at a supposedly discounted rate. I found anorher clinic in Longview that was $40 cheaper for the first visit and future visits were also cheaper, plus you don't have to wait for months. Update: The clinic is still a good clinic, but the current doctor is not patient-friendly and will cut you off if you try to say anything. My daughter and my neighbor will no longer go there for this reason. He may be a good doctor but patients want to know they're being heard. First review: Easy appointment scheduling and wait time is minimal. I've used this clinic several years and definitely recommend it. Much better than having to travel out of town.

I have had the best experience a mother could hope for at a treatment center. My daughter is healthy, happy and moving on to sober living. My stay at Physicians was nothing short of amazing. I received adequate care and understanding. Mrs. V SHOWED SO MUCH COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING. She went above and beyond to meet all my needs. If she didn't know it rest assure she pushed forward to find the answer. In a mental health facility sometimes care is not adequately provided, but I did not have that issue. Every facility has pros and cons and rest assure there's more pros at Physicians than cons. I l ike the fact that some employees has had similar issues and understand. Mrs. V pushed me to have a better understanding and was very encouraging. I recommend Physicians Behavioral to anyone battling mental health/addiction.

I entered CADA March 30, 2017, I was completely out of hope, and full of despair, the only solution I thought I had was suicide. My drinking, and drug use took me to a place of desperation. I could not stay sober, but I could not quit using. I went 20 plus years of suffering. The only coping mechanism I had, for every emotion, was to change the was I felt with drugs, and alcohol. When I was sad, I used, when I was happy, I used. My life revolved around when I would get my next bottle, or find my next high. I lied, cheated, and stole, whatever it took to get my drug of choice. I destroyed my family, and friends. I was like a hurricane in people I loved lives. I saw only darkness. In CADA, I learned tools, coping mechanisms, of how to deal with life, on life's terms, without alcohol, and drugs. I gained a new sense of self worth. I started to recover from a disease that had already taken so many I loved, including my mother. CADA took another chance on me 6 months into my recovery. I was hired as part of the support staff. I continued to learn and grow, in the place that saved my life. Three, and half years later, I am now part of the Peer Support Team, giving back, what was given to me. One of my favorite quotes is, "It is always darkest before the dawn." CADA gave me my dawn.

CADA offers a treatment solution for almost anyone! It is affordable and very comprehensive in its therapy. My favorite programs at CADA are the adolescent treatment facility, which includes a full time teacher, and the Family program. Women who are pregnant, or have children are welcomed in the family hall. Their children attend public school. Infants and toddlers are cared for while the ladies participate in their groups or counseling sessions. CADA has been a LIFESAVER for hundreds of recovering people!

I’m Melles daughter, Bella K. I got out on July 1st!! I truly cannot say enough good things about Sundown Ranch. Going there was one of the best experiences of my life, and I’m beyond grateful for everything I learned and everyone who helped me along the way. The staff made such a huge impact on me. Lacy, Jordan, Jason, Patricia, and Delaney were all incredibly caring, supportive, and genuine. They always took the time to listen, encourage us, and remind us that we were capable of so much more than we believed. They created an environment where I felt safe, understood, and motivated to keep growing every day. I especially want to recognize Judy. I know some people might see her as strict, but after being there, I truly understand why. Judy wasn’t strict because she wanted to be mean—she was strict because she genuinely cared about us. She made sure everyone followed the rules, stayed on track, and avoided getting into trouble with the higher-ups. She held us accountable because she wanted us to succeed, not because she wanted to make our lives harder. Looking back, I appreciate her so much for that. Sometimes the people who care the most are the ones willing to tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear. She always wanted the best for every single kid there, and I have so much respect for her because of it. I also want to mention the ITU (the Intensive Treatment Unit), because I know people sometimes leave reviews that make it sound like a punishment for no reason. In my experience, that’s simply not true. It is genuinely hard to end up in the ITU. You don’t get sent there over something small—you have to make a serious choice that goes against the program or the rules. Most people are only there for around 24 hours, or until they are able to honestly acknowledge what they did and take accountability. That may sound tough, but learning to accept responsibility for your actions is one of the most important lessons we can learn in life. The ITU isn’t there to shame kids; it’s there to help them reflect, calm down, and get back on track. Looking back, I can see that the structure and accountability were there because the staff truly wanted every one of us to succeed. Sundown Ranch gave me so much more than just treatment—it gave me hope, life skills, lifelong memories, and people who truly believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself. The staff didn’t just do their jobs; they changed lives, and I’m living proof of that. If you’re considering Sundown Ranch for yourself or someone you love, I can honestly say it was one of the greatest decisions I ever made. The people there care deeply about the kids they serve, and every rule and every expectation exists for a reason. Thank you to Lacy, Jordan, Jason, Judy, Patricia, Delaney, and everyone else at Sundown Ranch for your patience, compassion, and dedication. I will always be grateful for everything you did for me and for helping me become a stronger, healthier version of myself.

I can't recommend this place enough! I was very nervous to send my daughter here after reading all of the reviews, but she had a very positive experience. Her two favorite counselors were Jason and Jennifer. Jason was phenomenal about keeping in contact with me and during our family sessions. You can tell he truly cares and I can't thank him enough. I didn't get to speak with Jennifer until I picked her up, but my daughter has bragged about how she was truly there for her and helped her turn her life around. The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful as well. We are both so thankful for the entire experience and all of their help.

Loved this clinic when I went there. Staff was amazing my counselor Caroline was someone I enjoyed meeting with. I miss this clinic the one I am at now in Tennessee is terrible I’d do anything to be back there. Great place all around definitely suggest to anyone seeking outpatient treatment.
