Had a questionable experience honestly this place is a alright place but the people make it worse like the patients but staff are good like Mr Larry and kenon I loved the gym there it definitely made me cope

Working in the SAT industry is probably a somewhat thankless job, serving so many customers who would prefer not to be served or, at best, would prefer never to have stepped onto the path leading there. Literally the most welcoming ,caring and genuine people I’ve ever meet. From the nicest lady ever at the front desk to both of the most amazing nurses I’ve ever spoke with even had a Vet to Vet chat with one of them. I respected that sooo much. The woman nurse didn’t judge so I felt I could be completely honest with her and I did and it felt great. She listened, and I could really really see that. I also respected that dearly. The counselor outstanding, I talked for an hour straight. He sat and listened every word and was truly engaged into my treatment plan. Great guy!! Last but not least got to see my old counselor from my old methadone clinic “CARS” A clinic that caused more PTSD than my military service. I couldn’t believe it my heart skipped a beat in a good way when I saw her I was so happy she moved on from that hell hole! 😇 lol and The smile on your face said it all had me come her office and sit down spoke to me like a human being like she always had done before. These people truly care, and now for the final step meeting the Doctor who was the coolest guy ever! That’s the most nerve racking part especially for me when I’ve been going to Methadone maintenance clinics since 2017 and I just know that right dose there’s a sweet spot that works for me perfectly for me without any side effects, cravings etc. he’s was beyond outstanding most kindness doctor I’ve ever met. If you’re looking for help when your at a complete loss or want to prevent yourself From going to far down that path of your addiction and you don’t know where to go give these people a call don’t give up. Trust me they will save your life and get you back on track. And the best part of this place is getting you back on track getting back on track fast not these hard insane rules. They want to get you back on track and get you back to your life, family and work. I could truly see that they are in the business for the patients. the therapist and nurses and all the staff really have been very helpful and caring in my opinion.they listen to both the parents and the children and show genuine empathy to the situation. they help with different solutions to see what works best for the individual family and offer support along the journey. I'm very greatful for places like this and the people who work there and provide help and encouragement to family's. God bless and keep helping.

My foster daughter goes here for play therapy and the staff are wonderful. They are also very accommodating when we need to be seen last minute due to changes.

I'm not even kidding it was worse than prison None of the staff care The food is worse than prison food You don't do anything all day there's no learning Every other day you see random doctor that changes what the other doctor before did it's useless it's absolutely useless I'm going to sue them for giving me PTSD and trauma

Heartwood is a special place, ran by people who truly care about your wellbeing, and your experience with getting sober. The message at heartwood is synonymous with love, and optimism- which is exactly what a struggling alcoholic/ addict needs when making a major life change. I’m extremely grateful for heartwood, and recommend it to any men in my life who want to change for the better.

I’ve been to multiple treatment centers. This is the best men’s treatment center there is in the area. Top to bottom, there’s not one staff member who isn’t truly doing this deal. You will be seen, you will be heard and you won’t fly under the radar. Heartwoods got a great mix of therapy/clinical practice and 12 step practice. Heartwood is in the helping people industry. If you gotta go to treatment, go to heartwood

Transferred here from another facility in Tomball which I miss so much. But Ms Angie and Joshua have been welcoming and helping me with everything. Very quick being one nurse. But also watch your safety alot of homless/ shiesty people will sleep outside the clinic when it isn't open.
