At the tail end of my last stay I had an absolute horrendous encounter with the CEO and another staff member. Both of their behaviors were disgusting, petty, dishonest, and totally contrary to ethical patient care. That said, I cannot totally bash the place. The vast majority of the staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of treatment centers and my overall staff experience at the ParC was better than any place I’ve been. The place is undergoing a lot of changes. A great deal of staff have left recently and I’ve heard a lot of complaints from staff about the upper leadership. For the most part the technicians, nurses, and counselors are truly great. Most of them truly, truly care about the patients and their success. There really isn’t a bad counselor there and a couple of them are the absolute best you will find. The program is a whole lot of classes. You get breaks in between but you are going to groups, classes, or meetings for 12 hours a day. As far as patient education it’s really a great place. If you’re serious about getting better, it’s the best place I know of. It is undergoing changes though. I write this on 9/11/2026 and the staff is having a lot of turnover. If it wasn’t for my disgusting interaction with the CEO and one particular care coordinator I would give this place an honest 5 star review. But the staff and patient moral had a noticeable decline in the 50 or so days I was there. That said, I am eternally grateful for the ParC and have a real love for a lot of the people that work there. Hopefully the upper management either leaves or adjusts things because this is a great place for recovery and I truly hope it stays that way. Edit 9/15/2026- The CEO left soon after my post. Firstly, I was allowed to bring my fur baby with me which was a wonderful comfort to me. I don’t think I would have done as well without having her with me. The facilities are clean and well-kempt. The staff is caring, understanding, and genuinely invested in your unique recovery journey (Jacob and Sunny are phenomenal). The therapists authentically understand the journey to recovery and ensure everyone feels respected and heard. While your recovery is taken seriously and put in the work, they make the process fun and relatable. The physician and nursing staff is thorough and available 24/7 - they care about each patient and their bedside manner is impeccable. They are NOT autonomous robots like you see with a lot of other medical facilities. Nursing even does occasional group sessions on the medical aspects of recovery, post-recovery preventative care. You are even sent home with a supply of medications to help bridge the gap between discharge and your own provider. And the food… where do I start? I have travelled all over the country for work, eating at high end hotels and restaurants yet the thrice daily meal here far exceeded in quality and variety. The thrice daily, freshly cooked international cuisines were amazing! They also have juices, sodas, flavored water, coffee, teas, high end snacks, and even ice cream available 24/7. They have working washers and dryers and even provide Tide pods and dryer sheets. The outside grounds are peaceful and the outside activities during and after group sessions are relaxing. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. This recovery place offers medicine treatments that for my experience are very successful yet there is one treatment that you go in there and get for free which is there blessed joyful, loving presence and help. I just left there after taking my medicine and I was there for really good 30 minutes to an hour, and I lost track of time because all the workers upfront. We’re just positive bubbly, loving, and we were talking about life so pleasantly and it wasn’t just That they’re like robotic workers that just get you back there and get you out of there now they they care and they spend time with you and they make sure You are getting help not just getting medicine but The counseling from The counselor and just even the other employees that aren’t paid to counselor you but Treat you as though you are family and everyone that I was speaking with this morning was God-given, Their presence, Thank you so much for every bit of help that y’all have given me and still provide as it’s needed! This outpatient rehab is so patient. Im literally crazy and they have put up with me for years. Im telling yous guys from attacking my Uber driving to talking way to much. They would care for me while I was in the most difficult time of my life. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Ok hear me out …..I didn’t have any issues . If you are worried about wait time just show up at 7 you are still going to have to wait a few hours but not like a crazy wait time . If you come after 7 expect to be there a while ….i walked in did paperwork got evaluated(I already have a diagnosis) and dr appointment scheduled next day for meds in less then 3 hours very fast easy process (IF) you come at 7 . I’m sure it’s easy after 7 as a well just maybe not so fast …. Hope it helped.

I’ve been to the ParC three times; twice very recently. At the tail end of my last stay I had an absolute horrendous encounter with the CEO and another staff member. Both of their behaviors were disgusting, petty, dishonest, and totally contrary to ethical patient care. That said, I cannot totally bash the place. The vast majority of the staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of treatment centers and my overall staff experience at the ParC was better than any place I’ve been. The place is undergoing a lot of changes. A great deal of staff have left recently and I’ve heard a lot of complaints from staff about the upper leadership. For the most part the technicians, nurses, and counselors are truly great. Most of them truly, truly care about the patients and their success. There really isn’t a bad counselor there and a couple of them are the absolute best you will find. The program is a whole lot of classes. You get breaks in between but you are going to groups, classes, or meetings for 12 hours a day. As far as patient education it’s really a great place. If you’re serious about getting better, it’s the best place I know of. It is undergoing changes though. I write this on 9/11/2026 and the staff is having a lot of turnover. If it wasn’t for my disgusting interaction with the CEO and one particular care coordinator I would give this place an honest 5 star review. But the staff and patient moral had a noticeable decline in the 50 or so days I was there. That said, I am eternally grateful for the ParC and have a real love for a lot of the people that work there. Hopefully the upper management either leaves or adjusts things because this is a great place for recovery and I truly hope it stays that way. Edit 9/15/2026- The CEO left soon after my post. Hopefully things will return around. This is a great place to recover and I hope things improve.

Margaret was my tech for my TMS treatments. She made my experience so pleasant. I felt so warm and safe as the TMS machine can be intimidating with the loud tapping noise. Margaret was also very knowledgeable of these treatments and so all my questions were answered. And the best part is that I started feeling better and this really helped with my depression. Hi: My name is Leslie L. I was treated at TRS in July & August of this year for Substance Abuse Disorder. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at TRS and the impact this program had on my addiction, recovery, and life. I completed TRS's detox, residential, and PHP program. Each level of care played a significant & important role in my Recovery. As soon as I walked into TRS I was treated with understanding, compassion, dignity, and patience. The entire staff truly cared about me not just as a client, as a person as well. Treatment at TRS helped me understand myself, face my struggles, and taught me tools I needed to help me in the future with my addiction and disease one day at a time. The transition from detox, residential, and PHP was seamless and gave me the structure and support I needed at each stage. The facility is magnificent and far exceeded my expectations of a recovery facility. Firstly, I was allowed to bring my fur baby with me which was a wonderful comfort to me. I don’t think I would have done as well without having her with me. The facilities are clean and well-kempt. The staff is caring, understanding, and genuinely invested in your unique recovery journey (Jacob and Sunny are phenomenal). The therapists authentically understand the journey to recovery and ensure everyone feels respected and heard. While your recovery is taken seriously and put in the work, they make the process fun and relatable. The physician and nursing staff is thorough and available 24/7 - they care about each patient and their bedside manner is impeccable. They are NOT autonomous robots like you see with a lot of other medical facilities. Nursing even does occasional group sessions on the medical aspects of recovery, post-recovery preventative care. You are even sent home with a supply of medications to help bridge the gap between discharge and your own provider. And the food… where do I start? I have travelled all over the country for work, eating at high end hotels and restaurants yet the thrice daily meal here far exceeded in quality and variety. The thrice daily, freshly cooked international cuisines were amazing! They also have juices, sodas, flavored water, coffee, teas, high end snacks, and even ice cream available 24/7. They have working washers and dryers and even provide Tide pods and dryer sheets. The outside grounds are peaceful and the outside activities during and after group sessions are relaxing. They have karaoke, acupuncture, movie nights, and yoga among other activities. I highly recommend this facility!

This was the best decision I could have made for my mental wellness. Everyone has life issues and experiences. Sometimes you don’t know you need professional help until you’re in the middle of it. Well I was. I am blessed to have a support system who was on board for my self care. I researched various IOPs/PHPs that my psychiatrist suggested. The Heights Treatment sounded like the best fit for me. Based on reviews and researching the area, solidified my choice to start treatment there. So I did. From the intake for IOP5, to individual therapy sessions, to group sessions including equine therapy, to individual sessions with Dr. R, was well thought out to get this group of professionals to help people. The one who held it together with scheduling to communicating to even listening for a couple of minutes in passing, was truly a blessing. Their client care services, Adam, is kind and professional. They all make you feel welcome. Bre - my therapist, help tremendously. Various group sessions, helped me realize so much. They gave me the tools to help me reach my goals. They helped me choose to do the work. Be it daily checking in, verbalizing my emotion at the time, concerns, etc, these are the things for me, that were so beneficial in my mental wellness. So thankful for my Santa Maria Family. My sister was her about 3 times in 2 years. Every time we tried to get her admitted, we didn’t follow protocol and the staff always assisted us and she was always approved! The staff looked out for my sister and niece, it takes a village and thank god for each and every staff member here! From the counselors to the security. I still updated them on my sister because I know they care for her. I never got to visit inside so no comment but i witnessed my sister get her own place, look healthier by the day and get employment. She a break and time to recover. I want to take a moment to recognize Dakota for the incredible impact they’ve had at West Bridge Recovery Center! Since i’ve met him, Dakota has shown genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to every individual they work with. They create a supportive and respectful environment where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged to keep moving forward. Something that really stands out is Dakota’s ability to connect with others on a personal level. He goes above and beyond to make sure each person feels valued, and their positive attitude brings a sense of comfort during what can be a very challenging time. Dakota is professional and consistently kind. I see him at my job sometimes and he has nothing but great things to say about west bridge!! West Bridge Recovery Center is stronger because of employees like Dakota. His commitment truly makes a difference in people’s lives, and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you Dakota!!

Westbridge recovery center changed my life 100%! If you're serious about your sobriety and want a place to go to be sober this is the place to choose! It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Even after the treatment plan they offer classes for IOP or PHP or any kind of support that is needed to keep you sober on your journey. every single person at westbridge played a part in my recovery and I will forever owe my life and have extreme gratitude for each and every person that played a part in my recovery I am going on 4 months clean today and I wouldn't look back for anything. I will forever owe all of my sobriety to the people at West bridge and I will forever be thankful.
