This place is amazing! I'm so impressed with every aspect of this clinic. Every staff member is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and seems to genuinely care about each patient. They make you feel important and are dedicated to helping you and understanding each individuals situation. They even arranged an Uber ride for me when I had transportation issues and couldn't make it on my own. I am really just "wowed" and that doesn't happen often these days. I 100% would recommend this place to everyone. They are extremely competent , efficient , courteous , and caring. To the entire staff-Thank you for striving for excellence (and succeeding!) in a world where so many people's goals are to do the bare minimum they can get away with and still collect a paycheck. I absolutely love symetria. They took care of me at my worst. Everyone there is always so attentive and caring. They even make sure to know you by name! My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. We felt both times that their treatment and care for the teens was really great and the information shared in family was always helpful. My daughter recently completed the IOP program at the Woodlands location of New Dimensions. Although it was a long and rough process sometimes, she and the rest of our family had great support from everyone, but especially from Isabella and Ayana, the teen treatment counselors. Without their personal attention and continued support, my daughter would not be making positive strides in her mental health journey. I would highly recommend NDD The Woodlands. If you have an open mind and REALLY want help, this is the place to go.
