The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. When I say staff, I mean EVERYONE. From the techs, to the medical staff, to the housekeeping(they do your laundry), to the groundskeepers, counselors, everybody. This is world-class, luxury, top-tier care. If you want to do it right and you believe that you get what you pay for, this is the place for you. I'm a current resident who has been here for just over a week and am already planning to extend my stay another 30 days.

I just left this amazing place! Nervous not knowing what to expect not wanting to be there. I did 21 days. The 21 days there was life changing. I will always be grateful for this place and the counselors and the staff. Met some people I will never forget and my counselor Cody most importantly. I stumbled upon Positive Recovery Centers - Cinco Ranch’s Intensive Outpatient Program through a simple Google search and I am incredibly grateful that I did. Terri is an amazing counselor! I’ve been to the ParC three times; twice very recently. At the tail end of my last stay I had an absolute horrendous encounter with the CEO and another staff member. Both of their behaviors were disgusting, petty, dishonest, and totally contrary to ethical patient care. That said, I cannot totally bash the place. The vast majority of the staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of treatment centers and my overall staff experience at the ParC was better than any place I’ve been. The place is undergoing a lot of changes. A great deal of staff have left recently and I’ve heard a lot of complaints from staff about the upper leadership. For the most part the technicians, nurses, and counselors are truly great. Most of them truly, truly care about the patients and their success. There really isn’t a bad counselor there and a couple of them are the absolute best you will find. The program is a whole lot of classes. You get breaks in between but you are going to groups, classes, or meetings for 12 hours a day. As far as patient education it’s really a great place. If you’re serious about getting better, it’s the best place I know of. It is undergoing changes though. I write this on 9/11/2026 and the staff is having a lot of turnover. If it wasn’t for my disgusting interaction with the CEO and one particular care coordinator I would give this place an honest 5 star review. But the staff and patient moral had a noticeable decline in the 50 or so days I was there. That said, I am eternally grateful for the ParC and have a real love for a lot of the people that work there. Hopefully the upper management either leaves or adjusts things because this is a great place for recovery and I truly hope it stays that way. Edit 9/15/2026- The CEO left soon after my post. Hopefully things will return around. This is a great place to recover and I hope things improve.

This program is just different. Ive been in programs before and they were very surface level, but if youre willing to put in the work, these therapists and counselors are determined to help you in the healing process and deeply. Im really glad I took this step for myself to become a more well person and I hope others choose this step for themselves too with this program because it is worth it. You are worth it. I'm at a loss for words for how great this place is and their team... i have extreme PTSD and akathisia and now no akathisia and plenty of new coping skills for my PTSD, some causes derived from the other psych wards I've been to for my depression and akathisia, so i was scared to come here but Menninger made me feel more at home than my own house also extremely safe too. I've had such a great experience I now consider staff my family. I'd recommend to anyone I know. they stick to the values they have but greatly exceed them. they truly love their clients... now I'm a changed man and can chase my dreams to the fullest. This place was truly a life saver!! They stopped what they were doing twice within 3 weeks to come rescue me from myself over an hour and a half away. The staff is amazing and really care about your state of well-being. They don't care if you like them, they care if you live and that's the most comforting thing about this place. My dad has struggled with drug addiction for 25+ years. He recently had a massive heart attack due to drug use and his situation was becoming dire. We knew if he didn't get help he wasn't going to make it much longer. He finally agreed to get treatment and my sister found this place. He went from not wanting to go to rehab to not wanting to leave this place. He absolutely loved it and loves everyone there. He considers them family. He completed his treatment and the staff is still there to offer him support and help him succeed. Andy has been amazing at helping him find out patient programs. They truly care here. They deserve more than 5 stars.

This is to let Harris Health know HOW WONDERFUL each and every part of y'all are. I come in kinda anxious And not really wanting to be there(It's a long trip). I start at the Check in. That Lady(sorry I don't know your name), starts out the process by understanding what I need and then sending me off to the right place. Next stop is the pharmacy. You guys rock trying to get my meds to me as soon as possible! Thank You! That's a big weight off my mind. Next, it's 3rd floor check-in. Just wonderful and caring people! I'm there over an hour early. I come out of the ladies room and everybody's looking for me! The Lab tech, the Vitals tech, and the Rn! WOW!!!! I came seeking help for my daughter, they are helping her so much. I've seen a change in here since the therapy has started. It was overwhelming for me as a parent to seek help part of a Mental Hospital, but it has helped her tremendously and I'm glad I took her there. Thank you to the staff and therapist for your help. I’ve been to the ParC three times; twice very recently. At the tail end of my last stay I had an absolute horrendous encounter with the CEO and another staff member. Both of their behaviors were disgusting, petty, dishonest, and totally contrary to ethical patient care. That said, I cannot totally bash the place. The vast majority of the staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of treatment centers and my overall staff experience at the ParC was better than any place I’ve been. The place is undergoing a lot of changes. A great deal of staff have left recently and I’ve heard a lot of complaints from staff about the upper leadership. For the most part the technicians, nurses, and counselors are truly great. Most of them truly, truly care about the patients and their success. There really isn’t a bad counselor there and a couple of them are the absolute best you will find. The program is a whole lot of classes. You get breaks in between but you are going to groups, classes, or meetings for 12 hours a day. As far as patient education it’s really a great place. If you’re serious about getting better, it’s the best place I know of. It is undergoing changes though. I write this on 9/11/2026 and the staff is having a lot of turnover. If it wasn’t for my disgusting interaction with the CEO and one particular care coordinator I would give this place an honest 5 star review. But the staff and patient moral had a noticeable decline in the 50 or so days I was there. That said, I am eternally grateful for the ParC and have a real love for a lot of the people that work there. Hopefully the upper management either leaves or adjusts things because this is a great place for recovery and I truly hope it stays that way. Edit 9/15/2026- The CEO left soon after my post. Hopefully things will return around. This is a great place to recover and I hope things improve.

My stay here on unit 6 was a positive and transformative experience. The facility is kept clean at all times, the meals are good with snack times in between each meal, and the group times can be fun and informative. The staff members are some of the most compassionate and intelligent people to walk the earth. If you are a veteran struggling with addiction this is the place to be. The staff are courteous and understanding. The food isn't half bad either. Its the calmest atmosphere ive seen in a hospital setting. Also you will not discharge without a plan of action. Jim white is a great director and will help you into thw next stage of your life. Alot can be accomplished in 30 days here. So if your looking for a change in a comfortable environment this is the place to be!

My son was never been excited to attend speech therapies until he had Sydelle in TIRR. He's usually grumpy to attend speech but he got excited when i mention Sydelle and his retention at home is very positive. The place is nice and the staff is nice they let you see movies and hear music but sometimes if the staff see a fight beginning they will ask you to stay in your room for a while and later they will let you leave your room and there are also group time for doing something like art and pet therapy and they will also give you snacks but if you are going to bring things you should not bring anything with string with them because the staff will tell you that you need to keep the one that has string
